Wonderful day at Mikumi!
Everything was well organized. The wonderful Fatma met us at the hotel, took us to the SGR and introduced us to the amazing Obi, our Jeep driver We had a great time seeing the animals. Obi has very good eyes and instinct. We were even able to have an exciting chase and spot a lioness. Lunch was also included, as were the SGR tickets. Fatma took us all the way back to the hotel. Amazing Especially our Tour Guide Gifty
We did the 4 day camping safari and it was amazing. Our guide Gifty was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the extra effort to ensure we saw everything we could at the best angle. He was also great to have a laugh with! The tour itself was also great, the tents were comfy and sturdy and the food was delicious and in large quantities. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to see abundance of herd animals as well have the many big cats. We ended up seeing close to 30 lions and 3 leopards and even had a cheetah jump on top of our car.

Perfect Zanzibar Tour
Safari pals tours was the perfect way to experience Zanzibar as a solo traveler. I came to visit the island with a general itinerary of what I wanted to do, but no concrete plans. I knew I wanted to visit the Salaam Turtle cave and go dolphin watching. I quickly realized once I arrived that options for solo travelers were limited or very expensive. Most single tours cost upwards of $150 and cost extra for transportation. Seeing that Zanzibar has limited options to arrange your own transport (uber and bolt do not work/only work in certain areas), I wasn’t sure how I’d get to do everything on my list without spending an arm and a leg. I looked on safaribookings to find a guide and came across Safari Pals. I reached out to see what my options were for the places I wanted to see, especially considering I was transferring from Jambiani (south of Zanzibar) up to Nungwi (northern Zanzibar). The operator gave me multiple options to work with my schedule at a reasonable budget. They assigned me a driver/guide, Mohamed, who made the whole trip perfect. He knew how to navigate everything I wanted to do and made me feel completely at home there to the point where I never had to lift a finger. His knowledge and hospitality made my trip a breeze and put Tanzania at one of my top destinations (for reference, I’ve been to 31 countries, so I am picky!). He remained easy to reach even after the 2 tour days were over, which allowed me to arrange transport to the airport easily! I highly recommend safari pals- ask for Mohamed M. for a smooth and wonderful trip!!

The best tour guide we could have asked for!
Abu and the team with Wild Horizon Safaris were top tier. No matter what question or request I had at any time the entire team was prepared to answer. Their knowledge about the amazing animals we saw or culture we learned about was deep and authentic. The cars were in great condition and the popped top was such a fun way to see everything while not getting blasted by dust the entire time. I couldn’t recommend this group more!!

Great experience
Our trip across Tanzania and Kenya went extremely smoothly. Our Kenyan guides Erica and Mike, as well as our Tanzanian guide Macha, were all excellent. Macha especially worked tirelessly during the Tanzania part of the journey — the roads were rough and travel took a great deal of time. Our customer service agent Carl was also very reliable. We spotted countless wild animals and witnessed breathtaking scenery across the East African savanna.

Amazing Experience with David
Our 6-day safari adventure in Kruger National Park was truly unforgettable, and much of that was thanks to our exceptional guide, David.

If any Chinese people around me plan to go to Tanzania, I’ll recommend your company first.Quickly spot animals and accurately determine their movement paths. Won’t disturb the animals and allows you to capture photos of all the animals you want. The driving on the road is very stable, avoiding bumps. Makes your journey extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Provides patient explanations of animal-related knowledge, which is extremely professional.The price is very reasonable.
Good affordable option
I recently took my 6- and 7-year-old daughters on a safari trip to the Maasai Mara. Initially, we had booked a shared safari vehicle, but during the drive to the Mara, I realized that a private vehicle would be a much better fit for our family. My kids loved moving around the vehicle and looking out from different sides to spot wildlife.
After reaching out, both the hotel and Jockey Travel were incredibly flexible and accommodated our last-minute request for a private safari van. That change made a huge difference and helped create a truly memorable experience for all three of us.
We were also fortunate to have two excellent drivers and guides. Papa John drove us to the Maasai Mara and led our first evening game drive, while Patrick guided us for the remaining two days. Both were knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful with the kids.
We booked the mid-range package and stayed at Mara Jambo. It was a great choice for families. The property had a swimming pool (a bit chilly in June, but the kids still enjoyed it), and the food was excellent. The live cooking stations for pasta, omelets, and pancakes were a big hit with the children. Plenty of vegetarian Indian food option as well.
Overall, I would highly recommend Jockey Travel to anyone looking for a stress-free safari experience. Their flexibility, organization, and quality of service helped make this a trip our family will never forget.

Amazing flight!
The service was amazing, they went to pick us up at the border waiting for us and brought us back and be sure we had a taxi to to back.

Amazing experience!
My girlfriend and I spent 10 days with Omary between 4 parks, and it has been one of the best experiences we’ve ever made.
