We were lucky enough to see every animal imaginable, some up close (lion, cheetah, leopard, monkey, elephant, giraffe). The landscapes were magnificent, both in Tarangire and the Serengeti. As for the meals and accommodations, they were absolutely top-notch and right in the heart of nature!
Our guide, Mayila, was incredibly efficient, understanding, and kind. He did everything he could to ensure we had a fantastic safari, which he absolutely succeeded in doing.
I highly recommend it!!

Amazing!
We chose Long Way Expeditions for our safari based on a friend’s recommendation, and I truly believe it was the best decision we could have made to discover Tanzania!
As a small local agency, they offered us a genuinely authentic experience and gave us the opportunity to explore Tanzania beyond the usual tourist routes. It was incredible. Incredible safari experience
Our trip to Uganda with Experience Uganda was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment we landed, everything was seamless. We were met at the airport, guided effortlessly through immigration, and from that point onwards every detail was taken care of. The lodges were exceptional, the food and wine were excellent, the service throughout was warm and attentive, and every activity exceeded our expectations. From unforgettable game drives and boat safaris to gorilla trekking and chimpanzee encounters, the entire itinerary was perfectly planned and executed.
But the real star of the trip was our guide and driver, Farouk.
Quite simply, Farouk was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail elevated an already amazing holiday into something truly special. His ability to spot wildlife was incredible – finding animals that seemed completely hidden from everyone else – and his passion for sharing Uganda’s natural beauty was evident every day.
What really set him apart, however, were the thoughtful touches. Whether it was finding the perfect shaded picnic spot under the trees during a safari, sharing fascinating local knowledge, or ensuring we were always comfortable and enjoying ourselves, nothing was ever too much trouble. He struck the perfect balance between being professional, informative and great company.
Uganda itself is a stunning country, but people like Farouk are what make the experience unforgettable.

Papa Johns is an excellent tour operator. He is very kind, engaged and have a big knowlage
We (me and my friends) saw all animals which are able to see during safari. We are grateful to our tour guide - Papa Johns - becacuse he was very engaged in our trip. He searched all species for us, told us a lot of information about Kenya, people who live here, we got a lot of knowlage about animals and nature.
During car rides he answered all questions and was talkative so we aren't bored.
He is very cultural, has good taste of music and sense of humour.
We felt very safe with him (as a driver and during all safari).
When we wanted extra trip or atraction he organised everything on the time.
If I come back to Kenya I will surley choose Jocky Tours and Papa Johns!

Kojuu Safaris is the best operator who truly love what they do and you can feel it.
From the beginning when I sent my initial message, Julian made it so easy to understand the process of creating the best trip possible. We had constant communication and he extremely quick with responses and had was able to adjust our trip to accommodate what we really wanted while also giving us options we didn’t think about to make the trip as comfortable and fun as you can get. He also kept constant communication with us during the trip to help us if anything came up during the trip.
Once we got to Tanzania, we were taken care of with the utmost care and respect from the airport pickup to airport drop off. Every single step was curated amazingly. All the lodges were 10/10, the extra excursions were amazing, and the safari itself, was incredible. Our guide Livingston, was the best guide you can ask for. He was attentive, personable, funny, and best of all, so so knowledgeable on all the animals (not just the big five, but all the animals) the Tanzanian culture, history. You could feel the real passion he had for the wildlife and nature. If you want a great safari, Livingston is the man.

Fantastic experience
We have just had an amazing 2 days with these guys as part of a 2 week zanzibar holiday.
Flew to Tanzania and met at the airport.
Straight out on a 7 hour safari in open land rover through some tough terrain which the vehicle and driver managed without issue.
We were fortunate with the weather and with the guides extensive knowledge, we manage to see virtually everything we had hoped to. Lions, elephants including baby's, zebras, Impala, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, wild dogs, various monkeys, baboons and lots of birds. All in their natural habitat and free but we managed to get up close
We stayed in a chalet safari Lodge and today had a 2 hour river cruise / safari followed by a 2 hour visit to a traditional massi village.
Great staff, wel organised great knowledge and a fantastic experience all round.

We recently returned from an incredible Tanzania safari organized by Josh Dreamland Safari and highly recommend them.
From the very beginning, our contact was outstanding. She was extremely responsive via email, WhatsApp calls, and messages, making the entire planning process easy and stress-free. She was also very flexible with our travel schedule and worked with us to create the perfect itinerary.
Our guide, Mateo, was simply the GOAT. His knowledge of the wildlife, Tanzanian culture, and local history added so much to our experience. Most impressively, he seemed to have a sixth sense for finding animals. We saw everything we hoped to see and more, including all of the big five something many safari-goers never get to experience. His expertise and enthusiasm made every game drive memorable.
The accommodations throughout the trip exceeded our expectations. Every place we stayed was comfortable, welcoming, and staffed by incredibly friendly people. The food was consistently excellent, and we always felt well taken care of.
This safari exceeded our expectations in every way. We've already recommended Josh Dreamland Safari to friends since returning home and would absolutely use them again for a future trip to Tanzania.
