The Kruger Safari Co were quick and clear in their communications. Their service was fantastic, going the extra mile to accommodate our requests.
Since we chose a "budget" tour the accommodation was basic as expected. The game drives and sightings more than made up for any lack of comfort in the accommodation.

Incredible Safari with amazing sightings and great hospitality
We had a fantastic safari through Tanzania with Safari Goats! The planning and communication with the team and especially Edna were easygoing and helpful. Upon arrival and being picked up by Collins and Edna we were in great and professional company and they made sure that everything was alright. Our guide Silas has an amazing knowledge of the country, its people and the wildlife and was always happy to share it and answering our questions. He made sure that we always knew what the plans were and kept checking on us. He looked after us and we enjoyed every movement being with him on our safari. We had a great time together! ☺️

Professional, accomodating, and experienced tour operator for a once in a lifetime safari trip
Our family went on a week long safari trip in Tanzania in late summer of 2025, with Mr. Augustine as our tour operator. We had a fantastic week as he drove us all around the park reserve, and we were able to see lots of the unique safari wildlife every day. This included elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, zebras, and more, and the standout was the amazing wildebeest river crossing. Augustine always made sure to get us a great view of these animals from which we could take many of photos and videos, all while making sure the experience was safe.
Mr. Augustine provided excellent service and accommodation, and his decades of experience shows. He was always prepared every day with a schedule to follow, made sure lunches were packed with special mind to dietary needs (vegetarian family members in this case), and was greatly knowledgeable and familiar with the areas and locals which we had stopped by. He knew great spots to stop for lunch while avoiding busy crowds, and great scenic views to watch the beautiful sunset. We always arrived to our camps on time, which were all accommodating with comfortable rooming and good food waiting at the start and end of our days.
Overall our family had an amazing safari vacation in Tanzania, unique even in our many years of vacationing around the world, and we have Mr. Augustine and Ozon Light tours to thank for this wonderful experience.

Communication via WhatsApp with Martin was prompt, easy to discuss what our preference for accommodation We aimed for mid level but felt all the accommodation was 4+, higher quality than expected.
Additional request accommodated, arranged local tours in Nairobi prior to Safari as arrived earlier.
Guides Patrick through Kenya - had also guided our friends earlier in the year. Such informative person on animals and Birdlife. Excellent driving on difficult to roads and through traffic. Listened to our request on few minor changes. Well dressed, we respected his advice.
Amos was our Tanzanian guide- less time with him but also superior knowledge, driving skills. Excellent eyesight for spotting animals. Well dressed, genuine too.
Highly recommend both guide- they are an important part of the Safari experience.Commication was always clear, always prepated.

I had some ideas about national parks etc. Discussed with Martin and so glad I listened to his recommendation.
This was my major wish and it exceeded my expectations. The animals, I could watch all day. We saw all the usual and more. Bat eared fox family, families of cheetah, amazing birds, leopard tortoise and the rhinoceros. Food, all high quality even in the Serengeti. More than you can eat.
Safety was important to me, especially bringing my family. We never had any concerns. Safes in all accommodation. The staff were so polite, kind. Enjoyed our conversation with different people about their lives etc.
It is expensive for Australians( paying in US$) but most of the cost was upfront so I knew and paid severely prior. Also we added a relaxing holiday on Zanzibar -Breezes spoilt us with beautiful beach view.
Additional costs include tipping and drinks.
It was worth every cent for the seamless, security and experience.

Fun, Adventure, and Nature with Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours
The trip to safari was fun and Amazing, we were enjoy ourselves so much. When we reached the National park it was so very awesome the hospitality was ten over ten, I so recommend the Kilimanjaro umoja tours to anyone who wants to visit safari. The prices are very much affordable so you can plan well your budgets and enjoy to the fullest and the food Oh my God the food is to die for, will definitely do this again and again

Great tour, when dine with the right guide: Denis!
Our guide Denis was the star of the trip and the 5* rating for Ozon Light Tours is heavily due to him. As a travel guide myself, I recognized the difficult balance between entertaining and very informative guiding (at an academic level for botanics, zoology and ornithology). His true passion and involvement maintained the good vibe of the whole trip. Communication with Mrs Yohanna from the back office was flawless. The choice of accommodation was great. Some problems with the vehicles, but that seems to be part of the adventure. To be recommended for sure.

It would have been better to have more communication before. Coming from England I wasn’t sure of the itinerary or system for paying etc. I would have preferred a document that explained all this.

Very professional and client-need oriented.
The agency did not only modified their classic tour to meet our requirements, but also gave us lots of tips about en route sites and activities which has enhance our overall experience. Furthermore they provided support during the trip when it was needed (eg. accommodation upgrade on a rainy day). The rent a car agency (Classic Car Rental) they booked for us was also very professional.

Great experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro
We had two amazing days covered Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We saw the big 5. Our guide Deo is knowledgeable about the different animals.
Professionals Safari provided us our tailored trip. We flew from Zanzibar and arrived back at Dar Es Salaam.

Amazing Safari, nice guide and excellent service
Is good value for money. We was on camp Bastian and it was amazing. The people was so nice and welcoming. We saw so many animals in the safari! The driver was so good and know his stuff
