Jimmy is an excellent tour guide, he is knowledge fun and made sure we all stayed safe!
We had a large group of about 20 people, we all had a wonderful experience and felt very safe the whole time. Jimmy is an awesome tour guide and always made sure to get us up close with the animals! Masai Mara was beautiful & I think this was a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived a day late and they made accommodations to pick us up from the airport and gave us a wildlife tour before meeting up for lunch. I was able to see SO MANY things bc of Kasine. He’s an excellent driver who got us so close while still feeling safe. He’s got funny jokes and kept us entertained and informed about the life of flora and fauna of the savanna. Also excellent were Caleb, Jimmy, Ole ntumo. They all contributed to a wonderful tour and bush lunches. Thanks Kasine!! Your calls to my friends (the giraffe and elephants) made it thru! You guys are the best tour ever!!

Our safari through Tanzania was well organized. We stayed in impressive lodges. Our driver, Mahmood Sugal, was always punctual and reliable; he drove us safely through rough terrain at all times. He shared a wealth of information about the country and its people, demonstrating extensive expertise throughout the safari.

Service: was very responsive to our wishes and booked excellent recommendations for us – all the accommodations we booked were unique, clean, and welcoming & impress, each in their own way.
Our driver Mahmood Sugal was great, he always told us interesting things about the animals, the landscape and the country, he was always punctual and took care of everything related to the journey, the accommodations etc. on site.
Value for money: the trip and the experiences were definitely worth the cost, even though it wasn't a cheap vacation

Coming to Kenya for a medical mission trip is amazing in itself! However, doing a safari tour and have Jimmy as our guide was off the chart exceptional! He went above and beyond to get our group to see as much as we could and so many animals! He DEFINITELY has an eye for spotting out many animals. He was extremely educational and answered so many questions! Our group definitely looked forward to seeing each day. He strives for excellence and wherever we need to be at he made sure we were on time. My first time to Africa was more than I hoped for and Jimmy definitely played a role in that for me! Thank you Jimmy you are a complete rockstar!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful 5 day safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. From the beginning Joyful Safaris were incredibly good at communicating and answered all my questions including providing a full digital brief of what our trip would include and involve. Naite was always reachable during our safari and coordinated everything for us so we had a very easy and laidback trip. The tour was brilliant and we saw many different national parks, there were long drives between some of them but then we would spend as much time as possible in each of the parks. We saw so much, including the big 5, and had a superb guide driver that really looked after us and knew all the best spots to look for animals. The accommodation was nicely varied and we enjoyed each spot whether a lodge, glamping, or camping. I would throughly recommend for your trip they will arrange it all for you!
