Saloniki was an amazing tour operator. So knowledgeable about all of the wildlife.
Amazing tour and great accommodations. Our guide, Saloniki, was not only a great tour guide, but was also so funny and made the experience tailored to what we wanted to see. Pilly was so easy to correspond with and very responsive. Only note is that they should have a car pick you up from the ferry rest stop on the way to the train station. We had to run to catch our train in the heat, which was very difficult and not pleasant. Besides that, great experience. Highly recommend.

We were reliably picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel, where we had our first contact with the tour operator, who presented the program and our safari guide.
The program was very diverse (our wishes were already taken into account during the planning), all accommodations were very attractive, the service was always very friendly, the driver/guide was very experienced and considerate, the atmosphere was always good, and individual needs were always accommodated.

The best operators we could find. James is such a humble and helpful person. He was with us right from the beginning from planning to dropping off at the airport. He customised the tour according to our requirements and budget. He took care of all our requirements. Our tour guide Saddam is a gem of a person and has excellent instincts. Because of him we were able to watch the big 5 on the first day itself. Overall after the trip we felt that these guys were not just or operator it tour guide, they were like our family.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Morningstar Safari, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our main contact was Beryl, and from the very beginning she was extremely professional, flexible, and attentive. She suggested different ways to make the most of our trip and helped tailor everything perfectly to our needs. Communication was very smooth both via email and WhatsApp — she answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly, which gave us great confidence before arriving.
When we finally arrived at the airport and met Beryl in person, she was just as professional, friendly, and genuinely kind as she had been throughout the planning process. It was such a pleasure to meet her.
Our driver-guide, Augustine, was truly exceptional. His knowledge is impressive, and his eyesight is on another level — he could spot animals we would never have seen on our own! Beyond his expertise, his good energy, friendliness, and sense of humor made every game drive even more enjoyable. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of with him.
We stayed at Sopa Nakuru and Zebra Valley in Masai Mara, and both were amazing. A special mention goes to Margaret from Zebra Valley, who is another incredible person that will definitely put a smile on your face during your stay.
While Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara were breathtaking and unforgettable destinations, we truly believe it’s the people who make the biggest difference. Beryl and Augustine absolutely made this experience extraordinary and unforgettable for us.
