Kind, Helpful, and Attentive
We chose to go on a 6-day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara parks. We chose to have an Italian-speaking guide, Jafar, a really capable young man who learned to speak Italian in a very short time and was highly professional in sharing interesting facts about the safari, the culture, and life in Tanzania. Our driver, Frankie, a highly experienced man, ensured we had the best possible adventure; his Jeep was equipped with many comforts that made the long hours of travel between parks much more manageable. They even offered to take wonderful photos and videos of us using professional equipment, since we didn't have any ourselves; it was a service we really appreciated. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would like to repeat in the future, and I would certainly turn to Sunscape agency again for their professionalism. A special thanks also goes to Neema, who handled all the logistics, such as booking lodges and arranging various transfers and was very understanding regarding our budget.
