Incredible 5 day Safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. JOHN was an amazing guide, he was so knowledgeable, funny and very easy to get along with and really added to the trip. The accommodation was top quality throughout, As was the food. We saw all the main animals and would recommend this trip to anyone!

Professionalism at its best with siyabonge guides
I and my family had a great time at Murchison falls national park, saw the kings and queens of the Jungle... I enjoyed my trip with siyabonge, it was good value for my money.

Could do better
I recently used Kaitech Travel for my trip planning and overall, their service was okay and the trip was well arranged. However, there are a few areas where they need to improve, especially communication.
The most significant issue I experienced was poor communication regarding flight changes. I arrived at the airport only to be informed that my flight had been cancelled, yet the agent had not communicated this to me in advance. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress that could have been avoided with timely updates.
Additionally, I paid for E-visa application services for three people, but I ended up applying for two of the E-visas myself. This was disappointing as I had already paid for the service.
Kaitech Travel is a good company with potential, but they need to improve their communication with clients, especially concerning flight changes and services paid for. Better coordination and timely updates would greatly improve the customer experience.

The Holiday Dealers are the best! Use their services if you’re thinking to plan a trip to Kenya. I started planning this trip four months from when I wanted to visit with my family (2 young kids). David and his team were instantly responsive providing excellent recommendations on where to stay and options for what to do. The Holiday Dealers showed great flexibility when our flights altered from the original plans and when we wanted to make last-minute adjustments to our trip for the final day.
Every driver we had in Nairobi and the Maasai Mara was on time and considerate. Notably, I’m so thankful for going with The Holiday Dealer’s recommendation to use one of their Maasai game drivers, Stanley. Stanley was fantastic and great with our kids. He showed us so much and we learned a lot about the animas, land, and the Maasai tribe.

Amazing Safari
We had an incredible safari experience visiting Serengeti National park ,Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park with Sandpiper safaris From the beginning, communication was clear and professional, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
The team was reliable and well-organized, and our guide Abouh was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife. We saw a wide variety of animals and learned so much about the parks. Each destination offered something unique—from the thriving scenery of Manyara, to the breathtaking views of Ngorongoro, and the large elephant herds in Tarangire.
The service throughout the trip was excellent, and we felt well taken care of at all times. The experience was truly worth the cost, offering great value for money.
