Basic but good value
The tour was good but not being based in Kruger makess for a long day. Other tours based within the park are able to have a decent break during the day. The Lodge was older and basic yet it did provide value for money.If you are on tight budget this tour is ideal. Staff were friendly helpful and looked after us well.

Incredible experience and better service
Aron took care of us from our inquiry about the gorilla trekking to the very end. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was very prompt when responding to our questions over WhatsApp. He made us feel very comfortable the whole way through. We were taken Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, apparently this one is the hidden gem. We found the family in an hour and a half hour to stay with them for 40 minutes or so. But the whole experience was incredible. We got lucky and saw a Golden Monkey as well!

Willow was excellent, she made every arrangement and had excellent communication!
We had a great safari all arranged and coordinated by Willow. She handled all the logistics from purchasing airline tickets to booking the lodge and guided tour (Lion Sands resort). We saw ALL the animals we were hoping to see and the service and food were outstanding! I would highly recommend Willow for anyone looking for an amazing safari experience in South Africa!

Amazing Tour of Addis Ababa
First visit to Ethiopia was not sure whether to stay in airport for layover or visit city. Contacted Etio Top Tours to ask about possible day trip. Lamesgn, the tour guide himself, messaged me back immediately and shared all details. He was regularly in touch up until my flight. Lamesgn picked me up at the airport as expected and helped ensure I saw all the good places in Addis Ababa. He also ensured I got nice, fresh vegetarian breakfast & lunch as per my request. Coffee was out of this world good. Felt more like having a new friend for a day, than a simple guided tour. I wish to come back for a longer tour. Had a great time and highly recommend this tour guide and company. My driver Silabat was also cautious and helpful.
