Fantastic value for money
Kima Safari's one nighter at Nyerere NP is great value for money. From the staff at the lodge who made us feel at home, to our tireless guide Emmanuel who drove us over the two days, to seamless communications with Steven....all great. What a sunset river cruise. What a safari. Emmanuel drive us 40min into the park to ensure we sighted lionesses and their cubs on a kill.
Emmanuel is a huge asset to Kima Safaris.

5-day Marangu Route of Mount Kilimanjaro
I recently ascended the 5-day Marangu Route of Mount Kilimanjaro with Bwanana Adventures, led by the outstanding Moses, and what an experience it was. Throughout from beginning to end, organization and professionalism were superb. The Marangu Route, commonly referred to as the "Coca-Cola Route," provided pleasant hut lodging and stunning trails, making the climb both challenging and rewarding. Moses's extensive familiarity with the mountain, in conjunction with his energizing spirit, kept our team secure, well-prepared, and energized throughout the hike. He paced us just right, gave us useful altitude advice, and shared interesting information on the area's culture and wildlife. The support staff took care of logistics with ease, from healthy meals to timely rest breaks. Reaching Uhuru Peak in only five days was thrilling and humbling. I would very much recommend Bwanana Adventures and Moses to anyone who wants a well-organized, memorable climb up Kilimanjaro. Their commitment, professionalism, and hospitality made the adventure simply unforgettable.

We compared the itineraries and prices of several agencies in the market. This agency not only offered highly competitive pricing but more importantly, the actual experience proved it to be great value for money. The itinerary was well-paced, the included attractions were rich and representative, there was no forced shopping, and the arrangements for accommodation and transportation were satisfactory. We enjoyed a quality and delightful trip without paying a premium price.

Safari service as advertised
Information about pickup and activities was clear, drivers and people on site were friendly and accomodating. Special shoutout to Conve of Sekekema tented camp for bring cheerful and helpful, drivers Blessing and Theodore for taking care of us in a friendly and professional manner.

My advise: Do not book!
Perplexed by all the recent reviews of Natural World Kenya, we were worried about being stranded mid-day despite paying in full so did some digging the day before our scheduled tour date. Thanks to all the recent reviews here, we saved ourselves a lot of pain.
We found that accomodations for the second half of the trip had been cancelled due to non-payment (e.g., Mara Serena Safari lodge told us that they had held the reservation and then released it when Natural World failed to pay them). This checks out with all recent reviews which highlight how Natural World leaves tourists stranded so that they're forced to pay again after paying in full.
Additionally, we received no flight or hotel confirmation until an hour AFTER our tour was scheduled to start! And that was only after they realized that we had cancelled our trip with them and filed for a refund with our credit card company. Amusingly, the confirmations only had one of our names (I guess the second person is flying with the luggage???) and that name was spelled incorrectly.
We ended up successfully re-booking with another marvelous tour operator. When we spoke with multiple operators to explain why we were already in Nairobi without a confirmed safari, they all understood and highlighted the same: Natural World is in financial trouble and so doing very shady things to keep the company afloat. Unsure why they're still allowed to operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We felt extremely cared for and safe.
We hired the safari for 4 days and it was our second time doing a trip like this. Kapande picked us up at the hotel in the agreed time and drove us to our lodge 4h away from Dar Es Salaam.
We had 2 full game days and 2 other days with different activities (Boat Safari and visit to the Maasai).
Kapande took care of us the whole time! He was not only super punctual, but he is also an excelent driver!! I wanted to see a black mamba and he didn't stop looking for one for the entire two days!! Also when we found out there was a lion around in the radio, he raced through the park until we found it and we got the BEST pictures AND felt like we were in a real adventure!
I cannot stress enough how much Kapande made a difference on our trip and it wouldnt have been the same without him.

Everything was perfect!
We had an amazing three-day safari in Mikumi National Park. The tour operator was very professional and made everything easy and well organized. The park is the most beautiful in Tanzania, with stunning views and so many animals to see.
The best moment was when we saw baby lions – truly unforgettable! Everything from the drives to the accommodation was perfect. We highly recommend both the tour operator and Mikumi National Park for anyone looking for a real safari experience.
