From initial contact, through handling payment issues due to technology, and collection from and delivery back to Johannesburg, everything went well.
I have to particularly recognise both Sonny 1 and Sonny 2 as my shuttle drivers. I felt much safer travelling with them than many other drivers throughout the world.
Tremisana was a perfect base and between there and Kruger I managed to see most of the animals I wanted to see in Africa. (My time in Botswana fortunately provided some great - and very lucky - photo opportunities for leopards, cheetahs and lions.)
The Tremisana Lodge staff and food were really good, as were the guides. The sunrise, sunset and armed bush walk were highlights.
A special thank you to Smiley. His day tour to Kruger NP was most enjoyable and very informative. He is a real personality and asset for the lodge.
All in all, an incredible experience and excellent value for money. I will recommend Viva Safaris without hesitation.

Safari Adventure of a Lifetime - Big Thanks to Inno and Norah
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday of a lifetime. We had 6 days of Safari followed by a week of relaxation in Zanzibar. My husband arranged the trip with Norah. For him this was a 'bucket list' trip and it more than lived up to his expectations. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 16-21. My husband requested a luxury experience and this is exactly what we had. The hotels we stayed at were at times totally breathtaking with amazing service and an experience in of themselves.
Our safari guide was Inno who was absolutely amazing (so much so that we renamed him 'Inno the Tanzanian Safari Maestro'). His experience shone through and we trusted him explicitly to deliver the experience we were hoping for and which he delivered on every level. Every question we asked him was knowledgeably answered. How he knows his way around the various parks is beyond me! We were lucky enough to see the Wilderbeest migration which was an absolute highlight. Every safari is different so my listing everything we saw (or didn't see) is a little irrelevant but suffice to say we saw some amazing wildlife and it really had all the elements of a trip of a lifetime which we will never forget.
Everything was superbly organised by Norah. All our transfers and tours outside of the safari were on time and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gosheni. A 5 star holiday all round. Thank you so much.

The accommodation was really good. Staff very friendly. Our driver in the safaris didn't just find the animals but he also explained well everything about them. Great work from the guy who bring us from the meeting point in hazyview to the hotel and viceversa, storing all of our many baggages in the car.

Very well organized Safaritrip - 100% recommended
We booked a 3-day tour (one day each Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater & Lake Manyara) from Zanzibar through Mike and Sereland Safaris.
The organization was really perfect, from the pick up at the hotel in Zanzibar, to the flight, the safari itself and the accommodation on site, to the return flight and transportation back to the hotel in Zanzibar. We were well informed in advance and Mike was always available for questions.
The safari itself was also very impressive, but the third day (Lake Manyara) can be saved in our opinion, as the other two parks offer everything for an entry-level short-term safari.
The guide/driver on our tour was a subcontractor and basically did a good job and knew the parks without being really enthusiastic or providing a Service beyond what was expected. Overall, however, this was also fine for our claims.
We had booked for 2 people (in max. 6-car), but then had a car just for the two of us.
All in all, we can recommend Mike as an organizer 100%, the exact design of the trip is of course up to everyone, for beginners in our view a 2-day intensive trip is also sufficient.
Stanford was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.
Stanford picked us up at the airport and started our fantastic journey in Africa. He made sure we got to all the places we visited on time. The places we stayed were excellent and the food was great. Each stop in our journey became a lifetime memory. I can't say enough about Stanford and his professional approach to guiding us and becoming our friend. Thank you for making this vacation one to remember for a long time!

Wow, what a trip! We can’t recommend Kiliclimb enough. They really care about your personal experience and making sure you have the best time possible. We were pleasantly surprised with how affordable their prices were, especially compared to other quotes we’d seen online. What was even better was that this didn’t mean they compromised on quality. We had a private briefing where Moses came to our house, it was informative and we felt very cared for and prepared. Our driver on the safari, Louis, was phenomenal. He was brilliant at making sure we saw as many animals as possible, even spotting three lions sleeping on the side of the road that other drivers were whizzing by! If you want a company that really cares about making your safari special, Kiliclimb all the way!

It was such a fantastic trip and we got to see many rare activities in the animal kingdom
The trip was fantastic good.! This was my second time joining a customised tour arranged by Kathi. Kathi has been so helpful and she provided many thoughtful tips and arrangement was made accordingly . I brought along my 88 years old father (2nd time for safari) and he thoroughly enjoyed the trip with many happy and great memories.
I contacted Kathi at anytime I had queries and she never failed to answer me quickly. Just before trips, we suddenly had several urgent queries (probably due to excitement or worries), and her answers calmed us and assured us that she was on top of all the arrangement.
During the trip, we again had several queries and she quickly looked into them and assured us of her tip top arrangement (e.g. to arrange hot lunches when we moved from one place to the next). From point to point, there were guides who met us and welcomed us warmly. We never had to worry at all ! Thank you for a great trip with family and friends! A special thank you to you Kathi!
