Reliable Organized Tour Operator
We enjoyed an excellent four day tour of Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth National Parks in early May with Semu. The parks and lodges were quieter at that time of year, which made the experience even better, and the weather cooperated throughout. We were fortunate to have Edison join us, along with Jimmy, our driver and guide. From the earliest planning stages right through to the end of the trip, Edison provided clear, helpful information and always responded promptly.
For our budget accommodations, I was pleasantly surprised by Mpogo Lodge — it was outstanding. Our second stay at Engiri Game Lodge offered a different charm: the huts were simple but comfortable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We were even treated to daily visits from elephants wandering through the property, which was such a memorable highlight. Meals at both lodges were very good.
The itinerary kept us busy, with several activities each day. We saw an impressive variety of wildlife, thanks in large part to Jimmy’s sharp eye — he often spotted animals long before we did. Although the drives from Kampala to the parks were long, they were enjoyable, with plenty to see along the way. Our guides did everything possible to make the trip smooth and enjoyable.
We added an extra day to visit Jinja and the Source of the Nile, and it was absolutely worth it.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip filled with lasting memories. I highly recommend booking with Semu.

Just amazing
I just experienced one of the most incredible trips of my life. This safari exceeded all my expectations: from the very beginning, the service was impeccable and the treatment was simply outstanding. Every detail was handled with such care that it made everything even more special.
The landscapes were out of this world… golden sunrises, sunsets that looked like paintings, and a connection with nature that is hard to put into words. Being able to see animals in their natural habitat was truly magical—an experience that takes your breath away.
On top of that, the atmosphere, the organization, and the warmth of the people made me feel completely comfortable and happy at all times. Thank to Michael Ndeto, our guide, to make this experience just amazing.
Without a doubt, a trip I will keep in my heart forever. 💛

Amazing safari with Ally - very well organized
All in all we would book our safari again with Amshar Serengeti every time, they made the best offer for the amazing performance, from the planning and booking until our safari till the last day we were very happy.
Every question i had before was answered via whatsapp very detailed and quickly.
Our driver and guide Ally picked us up from our hotel and he was punctual every single time! He introduced us to Tanzanian safari and gave us an important briefing.
We were surprised how smooth and well organized everything was, we could just lean back and enjoy every moment. The lodges we had were absolutely phenomenal. During safari Ally always tried his best to look for the animal and give us the best views, also he shared his knowledge and were happy to answer questions we had. He stopped whenever we saw something. Also, the drive is really tough most of the time but he managed it so safely and well. Thank you so much again. Asante sana

Great safari offer and great tour company
The experience was great and my family and I were able to witness a ton of nature, especially up close! Animals that I never expected were able to come a few feet in front of us! And our tour guide, Gilbert, was the greatest. He had so much knowledge of the area, being able to offer us a ton of natural views of animals, and he was insanely funny and energetic as well. Hope many more people pick him!

Nick was a perfect guide for us. He knew very much of the wildlife and birds.
We booked a 9 days tour, started in Nairobi, and we loved it. We were lucky to be in Masai Mara during low season. Very beautiful out there with morning and evening games. There were not to many other jeeps driving around. We also visited Nakuru lake and Elementaita because of the pelicans and flamingos. In the jeep was always water available.
We were very pleased the way Nick drove us around and his knowledge of nature, animals and birds.

Perfectly Organized Botswana & Victoria Falls Safari with Wonderful Service
We recently completed a Botswana & Victoria Falls safari arranged by Off2Africa, and overall it was an unforgettable experience.
When planning the trip, we initially contacted several tour operators, but chose Off2Africa because they offered the best itinerary suggestion and very competitive pricing. Looking back, we are very happy with that decision.
From the beginning, Chloe, Emma, and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. Every transfer, flight, and connection was handled smoothly, which made traveling through multiple camps and countries completely stress-free. We especially appreciated the detailed communication before the trip and the thoughtful welcome gift during our stay.
Some highlights included the beautiful sunrise cruise at Thamalakane River Lodge, the amazing horseback safari and meerkats at Camp Kalahari, an unforgettable helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta, great game drives at Nokanyana where we saw many animals including painted dogs, beautiful river experiences and impressive sightings of lions and elephants in Chobe, and wonderful experiences at Victoria Falls, especially the Lookout Cafe and Baines Restaurant recommendations.
While we did experience some issues at one of the camps, Off2Africa handled everything professionally and genuinely cared about our feedback. It was clear throughout the trip that they wanted us to have the best possible experience.
What stood out most was how well-organized the journey was. In a destination where logistics can be complicated, everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.
We would absolutely recommend Off2Africa to anyone planning a safari in Botswana or Zimbabwe, and we would happily book with them again in the future. Thank you again to Chloe, Emma, and the whole team for an incredible adventure!

Very communicative, responsive, economical, and professional.
Our tour guide, Musa, was wonderful. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time and was very knowledgeable and kind. We were able to go to a few different countries in the Victoria falls area and Musa helped a ton with helping us prepare for the border crossings. He was very thoughtful in his recommendations for where we should go, very responsive and communicative when we had questions or changes to the schedule. This trip was wonderful and the tour company and Musa greatly contributed to our positive experience.

BEST BIRTHDAY TRIP!!!
This review is long overdue but the memories are lasting! I have not stopped thinking about the amazing time I had celebrating my birthday in Tanzania with the PERFECT safari experience. My guide Stan the Man deserves a raise! He goes above and beyond to make sure you get your bang for your buck by delivering the BEST SERENGETI SAFARI EXPERIENCE! He was very attentive and educated about the vast wildlife and culture of the Serengeti. Stan is even a GREAT photographer and student of the craft which we connected and shared our interest in the art. I felt completely safe under Stan's instruction. This experience was life changing and I will always hold this trip dear to my heart! The coordination was also seamless and fairly priced, thanks to Mike who helped me arrange a private flight from Zanzibar directly into the Serengeti airstrip and straight on a game drive! Mike was very helpful and available for any questions as needed throughout the whole experience. The camp site was very organized and safe as well as the resting hotel post safari. Unforgettable moments! I wish I could relive this over again! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a true authentic guided trip of the beautiful mainland Tanzania and its endless wildlife! Friendly communication and great travel, logistics could be smoother
I had a wonderful time on my recent safari. The communication before and during the trip was top-notch—very friendly and helpful staff. While the game drives and travel were enjoyable, the logistics of moving between different locations could have been more efficient. If the transfer routes or timing were tightened up, it would be a perfect 5-star experience.
