From the very beginning, booking with Woodbridge Safaris was an absolute breeze. Communication from the day we reserved our trip was top-notch—every single question and concern we had was answered thoroughly before we even stepped foot in Nairobi, giving us total peace of mind before our journey started.

What truly made this trip extraordinary was our guide, Robert. Robert is incredibly professional, friendly, and exceptionally experienced. He consistently went out of his way to position our vehicle so we had the best possible views for wildlife sightings and photos. More than just a guide, Robert was a fantastic person to spend five days with—patient, reliable, helpful, and always ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. His deep knowledge of the animals, nature, and local surroundings enriched our daily drives and made the entire safari so much more meaningful.
Our accommodations fully met our expectations, offering a great mix of comfort (3 nights in wonderful lodges and 1 night in a hotel). Our safari jeep was also extremely comfortable for the four of us—it had great seats and a pop-up roof that gave us fantastic 360° views throughout the game drives.
Woodbridge Safaris took great care of us throughout the drive as well, providing plenty of bottled water in the vehicle and scheduling well-timed, comfortable stops along the route.

Incredible Safari, Amazing Guide (Festo), and Outstanding Service!
Summer Winter Adventure made my dream safari and migration trip a reality! Johnson, the owner, was a pleasure to work with—he patiently customised my quote multiple times to fit my budget and checked in regularly to make sure everything was great. He is very responsive and ensure everything was well arranged prior to the trip.
The accommodations were super comfortable. While our car had a couple of minor breakdowns, our guide managed to fix them quickly with zero delay. Special shoutout to our guide, Festo, who is knowledgeable, easy-going, and a master at spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and the river crossing in just our first three days! 10/10 experience. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to consider to visit Tanzania for the very first time.

Outstanding professional
I had been planning this family trip for about two months, wanting to give my children, aged 11 and 13, a different and unforgettable experience. After receiving many offers, I eventually decided to work with Safari Soles, mainly because of the prompt and excellent communication with Hawa Thomas, who organised our five-day trip down to the smallest detail, exactly according to what I had asked for. She followed everything I told her I wanted this adventure to include and created the best possible itinerary based on both our wishes and our budget.
Our journey then began with our guide, Elli. There are simply no words to describe everything we saw and experienced, but what I really want to highlight is that Elli made an enormous difference to the whole experience. I won’t even talk about the animals, the crossing, and all the incredible things you can see in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Instead, I want to talk about Elli’s safe driving and the way he made even the most challenging roads feel completely manageable. My son, who generally gets carsick quite easily, never had a problem during the trip.
I also want to mention the way Elli patiently explained everything to the children and answered all their questions about the animals, the jokes and laughter we shared throughout the journey, and, of course, the dancing! He is an absolutely incredible person: kind, cheerful, positive, funny, and 100% professional.
My children are already waiting for him to come to Athens so they can be his guides this time!!!
Elli, you were so much more than we ever expected to find in a guide, and I truly hope that all your drivers are as wonderful as he is. Congratulations to the whole team!!!!

From our very first emails with Jackline, the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. We were able to choose our hotels and design a tailor-made safari that, once we arrived in Tanzania, far exceeded our expectations.
We would especially like to highlight our guide, “Solo.” He was much more than a guide: he became a travel companion with the wisdom of a true explorer. He knew the terrain perfectly and anticipated the animals’ behavior like no other guide. Thanks to him, we spotted animals that other vehicles drove straight past, and he always positioned us in exactly the right place before the animals arrived. He is truly incredible.
We will never forget the friends we made, the campfires, the meals in the heart of the Serengeti, and the wonderful moments we shared as a family.

Reliable and flexible safari experience
We had an amazing 5-day private safari experience organized by our guide Robert who patiently answered all of our questions quickly and handled even last-minute changes. Throughout the journey he was flexible and made sure everything was running smoothly. Robert is a kind and funny travel companion and an excellent driver on the busy roads!
At the lodges we had mostly buffet style meals with a starter soup, main meal (spaghetti, rice, beef stew, steamed veggies etc.) and a dessert (cake/fruit). Also coffee, tea and hot chocolate was provided. Food was spesifically nice at Crocodile Camp and the sunset view facing the Masai Mara National park was amazing.
We were also able to take all our luggage (two big suitcases, one smaller one and 3 bagpacks) with us to the car so we didn’t need to worry about finding luggage storage elsewhere.

Fabulous Safari trip with amazing camp sites.
Our group of eight had an amazing experience with Savanah Explorers. The guides were super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional at all times. They took us to the right places and were able to see the great five plus many other animals and all sort of birds. Our trip highlights was seeing 40 lions and lionesses, crowned crane, secretary bird and cheetah with her four cubs.
The cabins we stayed out were superb with great staff and delicious food.
The guides worked tirelessly to make us comfortable and happy.
