All arrangements are smooth and nice,quick reaction for unexpected situations.
Everything went very smoothly, and the itinerary was well planned. The accommodation and food were even better than we expected.
When we had a few unexpected things come up during the trip, they handled everything very quickly. This is really important when traveling in East Africa.
You can always talk to your guide about what you want to see. If you have favorite animals, just let the guide know. Our guide was very good at understanding our preferences and trying to find the animals we wanted to see.
Overall, we had a great experience!

A very nice guy! We communicated a lot for every detail and problem.
I highly recommend West Wild! We planned every detail of our trip with the owner in advance. He responded patiently whenever we had problems during the safari and helped arrange a birthday cake with the hotel. Big thanks to our guide Emma too, who is the beat at spotting wildlife. Thanks to his sharp eyes, we got to see so many animals!

He was incredibly professional, kind, joyful, knowledgeable, and always respectful of the animals and the environment. Having him with us throughout the safari made the experience even more special. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience, while always prioritizing the animals and their well-being.
This trip has been a dream come true, and we completely fell in love with Kenya. We will never forget the incredible wildlife, landscapes, and experiences we had.

The best
We had a very good experience with the agency since the beginning. Communication was clear and our guide (Mike) was exceptional, despite the long hours of game drive and driving was always smiling and attentive to our requests.
As we were in our honey moon the company made arrangements to improve our experience in different accommodations, that was highly valued from our side.
Finally, we consider that they had very good prices for the experience.

A wonderful trip
We had such a wonderful and fulfilling trip! Our guide was fantastic and incredibly sharp‑eyed. He got us really close to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, and even the wildebeest crossing the river. The accommodation throughout was good too, and the customer service team was very quick to respond. They even kindly arranged a birthday cake at a restaurant for us free of charge! All in all, it was an amazing experience. We’d definitely come back if we get the chance!

It was a fantastic trip. Our guider Shafino is a professor . Well experienced,funny. And he knows so many stuff about animals. And also he is a fixer. He can handle anything even fix the car by himself. Like a Superman. We saw all animals which we wanted to see! Thanks:)
