The tour (7 Days) was absolutely fantastic and perfectly organized from beginning to end. All the accommodations were very well equipped, and we felt comfortable and welcome everywhere we stayed.
The safari with Joseph was simply breathtaking. He is incredibly knowledgeable and such a friendly, cool guy. This adventure was truly unforgettable! We saw all of the Big Five and so many big cats. He always took us to the best spots, and I was so happy that he was our guide!

Amazing once in a lifetime experience
We Left for a 7 day Safari with our Guide Joseph After being picked up from the Airport the day before. Everything was peefectly organized and went smoothly.
Joseph has so much knowledge and was brilliant at spotting animals (Lions, Leopards, cheetah…). He knows all of the sounds and was able to answer any question we had.
All lodges were well picked and we felt very welcome. Joseph is the Kindest guy you can think of and He thinks of everything (Like knowing we tend to need a washroom every few Hours, He Parks in the Shade, He always found the Perfect Spot to See the animals.
If any of my Friends and Family would want to visit, I would always recommend Joseph and Jackson from Topy Tours.

We travelled with Sunset Adventure Safari in October 2026: two weeks through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Mto wa Mbu, then Zanzibar. We are a family with two daughters, aged 10 and 8, and this was our first trip of this kind.
Sunset Adventure Safari is a wonderful company: attentive, flexible and truly caring. The team planned everything around us as a family: the pace, the number of days, and lodges with swimming pools so the girls could release their energy after long days on the road. Every wish we had was heard.
The heart of our journey was our guide, Seleman. He knows the animals deeply and shares their stories in a way that kept our children fascinated for hours. He always read how tired the girls were and adapted the day with great care. With half a word, a look or a gentle hug, he could turn a difficult morning around. I came with many questions and quiet fears as a mother; every answer he gave came with such calm and grace that I felt safe and at peace. He became part of our family, and both our girls cried when we said goodbye.
And he is a true professional. With Seleman we saw the Big Five, more than once. He always seemed to know where the animals would be: a cheetah eating its lunch very close to our car, lion families together, and a family of hippos playing under the water that he spotted when we could see nothing at all. Soon a crowd of other cars had gathered around us. His eyesight is incredible, he always placed the car at the best angle, and he planned each drive on the spot, talking with other guides to find the best places. He knows every road and shortcut by heart, so we spent our time with the animals, not in traffic. We saw every animal we had hoped to see.
We were also lucky with Alex, who guided us with the Hadzabe at Lake Eyasi. He speaks their language, translates beautifully, and was very sensitive to our younger daughter during the hunt. Our bicycle day in Mto wa Mbu, with a wonderful local guide, was another highlight.
If you are travelling to Tanzania, and especially with children, choose Sunset Adventure Safari - and when you book, ask for Seleman by name. He is the reason our trip was not just good, but life-changing. He will make your journey safe, joyful and unforgettable.

Very organized and attentive
Perfect Safari trip in the best parks in Tanzania. Experienced guide, great driver (Fredy) and very good photographer who accompanied us throughout the trip (Baraka). We got the best sights of the wild life. Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Zebras, Buffalos, Cheetahs and Rhinos…. All from a very close distance. From organizing the trip to monitoring throughout the expedition, the Lion King team showed why it is one of the best in Africa for Safari. Sensational experience that my whole family (my wife and I with 2 children aged 6 and 10) will remember forever!! Karibu Sana Lion King!!!

We went on safari for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Lion King organized the trip very well! Our safari guide, Suleiman, was amazing! He was super knowledgeable about all of the animals and made sure we had a great time! I would highly recommend a safari with Lion King in Tanzania!

It was a spectacular safari with Musa. He is an incredible guide and you laugh a lot. I don't know what the others will be like, but I'd say he's the best. I would repeat any safari with him.

A wonderful experience
Fabulous experience from start to finish. Great ethos in the reserve and we couldn’t believe how close we got to the animals. All the staff were so attentive, the food was great and gave you the option to try new local things. Would recommend to anyone!

It was an incredible experience. Our safari driver, Elikana, was wonderful—very attentive and cheerful—and he helped us with everything. The food provided at the hotels and during the safari was excellent; it was homemade and tailored to our dietary preferences. The vehicle was very comfortable, with drinks available at all times.
