You Can't go wrong with Beacon Safaris!!
We returned from our safari a couple of weeks ago and it is still all we can talk about!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! The booking and quotes went very smoothly. Winfred was very patient with my changes and questions. She was also very prompt about replying to any questions as we waited for our Safari day to arrive. We did have a flight cancelled and we ended up arriving in Nairobi at day late at 1am!! Robert was so helpful and understanding. He told us our guide would be there at 1am and get us caught up on the safari day that we missed.
Alex was there right on time waiting for us! We set out and our AMAZING adventure began! Each experience that we had got better and better! We saw lions the first day! The accommodations that Beacon set up for us were great! Wonderful food, wonderful service and great rooms!!
The best part of the trip? Our guide Alex!! I can not imagine there is a better guide out there! He made sure we saw so many animals and was so patient when I wanted to take my 5000th picture of a giraffe! He was so knowledgeable and gave us information about everything we saw! He also set up special celebrations each night for our 25th wedding anniversary! Best part about Alex? The huge smile on his face when something wonderful happened for us, which was every day!

Wonderful experience with reliable company
We went on a 4-day 3 nights tour to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris.
We were very well looked after throughout, and had the most brilliant time, managing to see all of the big 5 (including more than 20 lions) as well as cheetahs, hyenas and more.
Our guide, Gilbert, was truly a in champion in nature. We was very knowledgeable about the animals, and was also very skilled in finding them.
He always went the extra mile to ensure that we are having a good time.
Our contact point for the planning phase of the trip was Juventus, and he was very professional and prompt in his responses.
Overall I can safely say that Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris is a company that I can very much recommend.

Once in a life time, perfect!
The team were amazing and Norman was very responsive over bookings. Each driver we interacted with was brilliant and the guides were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a full day safari to our selves and it was so special. I can’t wait to visit Kruger again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Nhalalala travels. Kruger gate hotel was again so special and I could not fault the service.
Omar is absolutely phenomenal!
Erik the tour guide coordinator took care is is as if we were one of his own family members. We made several last minute changes, and he came through each time. Omar is very knowledgeable about Arusha and the animals that we encountered on the safari. He is so pleasant and funny at the same time. He answers all questions and went far and beyond to make sure our excursions were amazing. His trainee Alex is also so sweet and kind. The extras that Omar and Alex did make the adventure unforgettable.

My wife & I booked a 7 day safari with our 3 boys through Rachel and it was awesome! Rachel was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable even made great suggestions for our trip and made us feel confident about our booking months & months in advance. Alex was our assigned safari driver and they could not have picked a better person to lead our family's vacation. The different animals & quantities of that he brought us to throughout the 4 parks we visited were astounding and his knowledge, personality and patience helped make our trip the best of the best! Everything I wanted and more!
This was a great experience! I chose this company based on reviews, and I’m very glad I did. Leaving up to the trip. They were very responsive and provided me with all the information needed. Once I arrived in Rwanda, I was met with my driver, Isaac. Isaac really made the experience so much more than I expected. He provided clear understanding of each part of the trip, including cultural aspects, historical information, knowledge about the flora and fauna, and a personal aspect as he is local to the region. His knowledge as a local provided a rich cultural experience, and he made me feel completely taken care of at all times. The Safari itself was fantastic! I was linked to so many great experiences. I got to see the gorillas, golden monkeys, chimpanzees, and so much more during the game drive! I highly recommend this company. They also arranged for charming accommodations, which also provided local food, and cultural experiences. And if you can have Isaac be your guide, the trip will be that much more enriching.

Perfect Zanzibar to Serengeti Safari with Saving Tour
My husband and I did a Zanzibar to Tarangire & Serengeti safari with Saving Tour and rated them Excellent. Communication was fast and clear. Our guide was skilled and knowledgeable.
