Nice, Availability and Care
The tour operator has been available since the moment we booked the Safari for all my questions. The guide pick up and drop off us at the hotel, as provided. The trip is long but our guide has always been available, kind and care of us. Also during the Safari he cared to find the most of animals in the park. Highly recommended.

A Trip We Will Never Forget
When I was researching different safari companies, Parrot immediately stood out. Not only was the pricing competitive, but the communication from Nicole was what set this company apart. We had so many questions and Nicole was always happy to answer them and help out. Sometimes I wondered if she even sleeps!
Our family of 4 booked an 8 day private safari in Kenya and we were able to customize the whole experience and when I couldn't book the train from Emali to Mombasa, Nicole was quick to offer to do it for us.
Our driver was Edward and he was amazing. He was always able to get to the best spots and get in front of lines. He knew all the areas well and was knowledgeable with all the animals. He made the safari the special event that it was! We got up close to elephants, giraffes, lions, ... We saw every animal we wanted to and more!
I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very good!
The entire Kenya‑Tanzania safari circuit went very smoothly overall. The only setback was two issues with hotel bookings while in Kenya; there were no such hotel‑related problems during our time in Tanzania. Both our drivers‑guides were highly professional, making this a pleasant experience on the whole. Pay attention: our guide Goodluck is a really nice guide!

The guide provided ( Eddie) was the best and incredibly knowledgable and ensured that you got everything you wanted from a safari without following the big crowds.
