We had to reschedule our tour late as the plane to Vic Falls was cancelled but that was no problem. They also picked us up at the airport where we got some info about the Chobe trip. The trip was great. The border formalities where smooth but long lines as only one or two desks were open. It is some distance to the park and the safari vehicles are not so comfortable in high speed. Game drive was fine We even saw some lions. Very tasty buffet lunch and after that boat safari on Chobe river wher there were lots of hippos and elephants. We also saw crocodiles 5 m long

Reliable and kind
Our safari was perfect: everything went smoothly and were treated with respect. Our guide was friendly and he listened our wishes. He truly understood and respected the unique beauty of the nature.

Animal respect
Nuhu and Yohana were very good Safari leaders, they give us a wonderdul tour around Mikumi National Park, being very sensitive to our needs and desires.
They wanted us to ser us much as possible and so they worked very hard until late.

I believe they are scammers and thieves
SCAMMERS AND THIEVES — DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER
I strongly recommend staying away from this company. In my experience, they are scammers and thieves.
We paid a $1,000 deposit in May to organize a safari for August. Despite having months to arrange everything, by mid-July they had still booked absolutely nothing.
We gave them another chance after they promised to resolve the situation. By the end of July, nothing had been booked. At that point, we asked them to cancel the safari and refund our $1,000.
From then on, their behavior became even worse. They stopped answering our messages and phone calls. They promised that our refund would be paid by August 7.
Today is August 18, and we still have no refund, no answers, and no explanation. They continue to ignore our calls and messages.
This is completely unacceptable.They've taken our money and then disappear. That is exactly how we have been treated.
If you are considering using this provider, Do not give them your money. Based on our experience, we believe they are scammers and thieves, and I would not trust them with even a single dollar.
We paid $1,000 in good faith and were left with nothing but broken promises, excuses, and silence. Stay away from these scammers and thieves.

A close, authentic safari, guided with passion and heart
From our first message to the final goodbye, this felt like a safari run by people who genuinely care, not a company chasing bookings. Communication was quick and warm, with every question answered clearly.
Our driver, Mustafá, knew the parks like the back of his hand — his experience was obvious in the way he anticipated the animals’ movements and gave us the best possible views, making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. I’m certain there’s no better driver out there than Mustapha . Our guide, Patrick, was wonderful throughout the entire trip: kind, patient, fluent in Spanish, and clearly passionate about the parks and their wildlife. We learned an enormous amount from him .Patrick was, without a doubt, the best guide we could have asked for.
The value for money was excellent, everything promised was delivered, and the whole experience felt reliable and well organized from start to finish. We are truly happy with the agency and how well everything was organized — a trip we’ll remember for a long time.

Just returned from our 14 day trip to Kenya and Tanzania with Frank of Serengeti Clarity, Arusha, Tanzania.
It was our first trip to Africa and we were fortunate to see the Great Wildebeest Migration, not once but TWICE, thanks to our amazing guide Daniel. A big thumbs up for him.
Regarding accomodations, Flamingo Asili Lodge (Overlooking Lake Manyara) and Heritage Mara Camp, Kogatende (Northern Serengeti) were a total disappointment and should be avoided
Nevertheless it was an incredible, extraordinary, superb, mind blowing and awesome experience.

Serengeti Wakanda was incredibly helpful with our bookings. They booked the best options for our family.
Bashir, our guide, made our trip even more special. Thanks to his good experience in the Serengeti we were always on the best spots to see animals and most important it was always with respect. Bashir, completely understood how we wanted to live this experience. It was beyond our expectations.
