Great Team Work!
The company had excellent team work while handling our 5 Day safari. From Esther in the office to William our driver-guide. We really enjoyed the animal sightings and the knowledge plus professionalism Mr. william has. He always took his time to explain to us various animals and birds. He never was in a rush while doing the game drives which really enhanced the animal spotting mostly the big cats. When we had any questions he would answer and Esther would always check on us while on safari. We really felt at home and more like friends to them. I would highly recommend them if you want peace of mind and value for your Money. Thank you Esther and Mr. William.

An amazing tour operator with fantastic guides and unforgettable safari experiences
We had two amazing and relaxing safaris with our guide Smiley, followed by a beautiful Panorama Route tour with our guide Beckefa.
Both guides did everything they could to make our experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and we really appreciated their enthusiasm, kindness and effort throughout.

organized, professional and competent
We had a very good experience with Morning Star Safari Tours. Everything was professional, organized, and well managed. Our guide was knowledgeable and competent, and we saw every animal on our checklist. Overall, the safari offered great value for money.
Unfortunately, we arrived too late in the season to see the Great Migration, but this was entirely about our timing.
The trip is highly customizable, which is a major advantage. However, because we didn’t know what to expect as first-time visitors, we mostly followed the default itinerary. It would be helpful if Morning Star provided more detailed information beforehand about the available customization options and how each choice could affect the experience.
Overall, we were very happy with the trip and would highly recommend Morning Star Safari Tours.

Amazing Animal Spotters!
Ian and David were our drivers for our trip and they do such a great job with pointing out the animals without binoculars! They have eyes for detail and have a good understanding of the terrains! We managed to catch the BIG 5 on our 1st trip!

An exciting and action-packed trip
We did 8 days safari and visited Masai Mara , lake Nakuru,lake Naivasha , Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East
We had an incredible safari experience! Thanks to such an extensive and enriching program, we spotted the Big Five, learned so much about the animals and birds, and got a real feel for the unique features of all Kenya’s major parks.
Our guide Glenn was absolutely amazing and highly professional. He explained us a lot about the animals and especially about the birds, as Glenn is absolutely passionate about them (he knew the name of every single bird species we encountered).
He navigated the parks perfectly and did everything possible to help us find the animals.
When it comes to Masai Mara, he knows it inside out (which is so crucial for a guide!).
On top of that, he is an excellent driver, we felt completely safe on some very rough and difficult roads.
Also I want to say a huge thank you to Paul, our organizer! He was always in touch, answered all our questions, and managed to quickly reschedule our safari dates when our flight to Nairobi was delayed by two days.
I highly recommend Africa Starpal as your tour operator, you will definitely get great value for money.

the best tour ever
We had a great experience in Kenya thanks to Like a Local Safaris and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!! :) Maurice was communicative, welcoming, and willing to accommodate our last-minute requests, including finding us a hotel room and taking care of our luggage.
Borni-Borni was knowledgeable and experienced. He went extra lengths to help us spot some rare animals during the safari:

We did have one unfortunate situation happen. When coming back from Masai Mara, our car had an issue, and we had to wait for about 4 hours in a shop in the middle of the road. Eventually we were picked up by Culture, but in the end our bike ride in Hell’s Gate was significantly shorted than what was planned; we only had about 1h there. Although this was unfortunate, this was completely out of everyone's control, and Maurice was very communicative and quick to help find us a new car to continue on our journey so hats off to him!
Culture was a wonderful host while we were in Lake Naivasha. He drives a cool car.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we hope everyone at Like a Local Safaris thinks of us as fondly as we think of them. 💕🫶🥰

Provided the best tour guide and great food
Kida was always responsive and took good care of us. The safari package was very good value for money. Food provided on our safari was excellent; not individually boxed as the norm for other agencies. We always had 3 courses.
The 'star of the show' was our incredible guide 'Meku.' He worked hard to make sure we had the best experience and rewarded us with seeing all 5 big cats ... on our first safari!

Trip of a lifetime!
I highly recommend Nalange Mobile Safaris for your African/Botswana safari. We had a wonderful experience with owner/guide, Tebla and his crew, chef Penyo and all rounder, Mike. Our 16-day curated safari included 5 different camps from the northern Kalahari, a waterfront Okavango Delta concession, Moremi National Park, Mababe Lodge and finally the magnificent Savuti in the southern section of Chobe National Park. Each offered a different type of landscape and experience but in all Tebla led us to exciting viewings of all the animals on our wishlist and more including leopards, wild dogs, hyenas, lions, cheetahs, elephants, hippos, zebras, giraffes, oryx, warthogs and several different types of antelopes including springbok, impala, steenbok, kudu, eland and other rare sightings. Plus a myriad of birds! Tebla has a wealth of knowledge in tracking, animal behaviour and, of course, identification. This knowledge, combined with an impeccable eye for the best photograhic angle and light, translated to a myriad of animal and bird sightings and a photographic feast.
Our camps were basic, glamping style in magnificent settings. The food was exceptional with a menu designed by chef Ruth, (Tebla’s wife and co-owner) expertly cooked over a campfire by the ever-smiling Penyo. Veggies and fruit; delicious desserts; local and international dishes for mains; salads or hot dishes for lunches in camp. Coffee/tea and cold drinks, naturally, sundowners to round out the day by our camp fire under the setting sun.
Our days fell into a rhythm of morning and late afternoon game drives with each drive revealing something new and interesting. The open safari truck was tiered for optimum viewing for everyone with the chill of cold mornings warmed by our fleece-lined ponchos - just one of the thoughtful extras that Tebla and Ruth provide that takes this company above its rivals.
Tebla is kind and considerate with a great sense of humour and a drive to try and give you a safari with everything you could wish for. Safety of course is a priority and we were given detailed briefings and reminders of appropriate behaviour around wildlife. Although at times only a metre away from lions or other big game, I always felt safe under Tebla’s guidance.
Organisation was seamless with arrangements made through Ruth, smooth with any questions answered quickly.

Made Our Trip Truly Special ❤️
Our experience with White Horse Safaris was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but everything was handled so smoothly that we were able to relax and actually enjoy our trip.
What I appreciated most was how attentive and helpful the team was throughout our journey. They were always available when we needed them and made sure everything was arranged properly. You could really tell that they cared about making our experience special, not just completing a booking.
We came back with so many beautiful memories, and I’m genuinely grateful to White Horse Safaris for helping make our trip such a memorable one. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and would happily use them again for our future travels. ❤️
