Very efficient, good communication
We had a fantastic time on our 7 day ultimate northern circuit safari/Kilimanjaro tour.
A great balance between safari and hiking.
Thanks to our dedicated driver/guide Moses we saw the big five and loads more. A great group of people, good food and plenty of it. Even though we had some car trouble it was handled very efficiently and did not cause any hold ups (special thanks to Moses 👍👏👏👏)
Our final 2 days were spent with Geoffrey an amazing guide/ driver. Never lost for words he is a great source of information about the Kilimanjaro area, a true ambassador for his country.
I would definitely recommend Kilipath.

Humble, extraordinary animal knowledge, very good driver, friendly, polite
Michael had made all the difference. We felt safe, we joked a lot, we talked a lot about various topics, we shared meals. It was an all package experience and we couldn't have wished for a better tour guide. Some might find all the transportation lenghty and uncomfortable, hence it makes it even more important to find a mutual chemistry, as the safari experience doesn't start at the park entrance, but inside the car.

Excellent in all aspects. Made the experience for us unique.
The experience was really amazing. The tour operator was very well organised and focussed on customers to get the best experience possible. The Safari driver (Gerard) was very nice, helpful, constantly trying to give us the best experience possible, whilst explaining wildlife on the go.
Highly recommended, both the tour operator and the driver.

Above & Beyond Service with Mr. Santa - Black Santa Tours & Safaris!* ⭐⭐
If you want someone who treats you like family, book with Mr. Santa from Black Santa Tours.
We got introduced to Mr. Santa on short notice when we decided we wanted to go to Mombasa for a one day adventure for quad biking, boat cruising, and the sand dunes. *Despite the short notice, he still delivered* and made everything seamless.
His advice was simple: "Book the 10pm train to Mombasa and I’ll pick you up." And he meant it.
Mr. Santa literally left his house around *2am* and waited at the Mombasa terminal until our train arrived at *4am*. Who does that?! He then drove us straight to Malindi and even *paid for our breakfast* before we started the day.
*Our day with him:*
1. *Mambrui* — Quad biking, camel ride, and playing on the sand dunes. So much fun and he made sure we were safe and got great photos.
2. *Water Park* — We couldn’t do the activities due to logistics, but Mr. Santa didn’t let that stop us. He immediately made other plans.
3. *Boat Cruise* — He got us on a boat cruise at another location so we didn’t miss out on that experience.
4. *Lunch with Family* — The sweetest part. He took us to have lunch where his lovely wife *Isabella* joined us. It felt so personal and welcoming.
5. *Drop-off* — He then drove us back and dropped us at the train terminal for our trip back to Nairobi.
Mr. Santa is reliable, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond. Black Santa Tours isn’t just a business — it’s hospitality from the heart.
If you’re going to Mombasa/Malindi, do not think twice. Book Mr. Santa. You’ll get adventure, good food, new friends, and memories for life. Highly recommended!

Friendly, safe driver, knows the area well and always adapts to his clients’ interests.
The guide is very friendly, drives safely, knows the area very well, and does his best to adapt the experience to the interests and preferences of his clients. We saw so many animals, including the Big Five and many more, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful.

One of the most curated safari experience we could ask for!
We had a wonderful experience with the Shanjoy team during our week-long safari. We started in Nairobi and traveled to Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Amboseli during our trip and saw everything we were hoping to see. Our guides, Dominic and Isaya/Rasta, were also phenomenal and made our first safari experience very wonderful. They were both extremely knowledgeable about every animal we saw as well as keen on making sure we saw everything on our list (Ex. Big 5, Great Migration, Mara River Crossing, etc)! They assisted us during the border crossing between the countries and it could not have been more seamless. Their office team is also extremely responsive and our contact Rodah was amazing to work with. She also made sure we were well-taken care of during our entire trip! I researched many tour companies and eventually chose the Shanjoy team. Would highly recommend the Shanjoy team for any safari goers!

Great tour
I did a 2 night trip with MoAfrika Tours, to Pilanesberg national park. They were very easy to communicate with. Pieter, who I communicated with, was very polite and professional. The tour itself was very good. The Bakabung Bush lodge where I stayed was wonderful! Clean, with great surroundings and great food. The morning game drives were conducted by the lodge, but the sunset drives were conducted by MoAfrika Tours. The driver Tshiamo was the best! I got to see lots of animals on both drives with him! He was very polite and knowledgeable, and did a great job keeping an eye out for any animals around, sometimes manoeuvering the jeep to get the best views. Overall I'm glad I booked this tour with them.

Good communication, good guides!
We started our safari in Arusha and ended in Nairobi, from where we took a nonstop flight to the Seychelles for our beach holiday. The communication with the Freeingo head office (Akai) was always fast responding and precise. After the first program for the safari was sent, we only needed to do small adjustments and got an updated response guickly. I did the full payment weeks ahead to the trip (via Wise) . The communication was excellent before, while and after the trip.
The trip is a long 8 day ride on the 4x4 Bushtaxi going thru several nationalparks, city's, countryside and a border crossing. We visited: Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro NP, Serengeti NP, Serengeti North NP, Massai Mara Reserve and Lake Nakuru NP. We seen a ton of animals very close: The density was the highest in the Ngorongoro crater. The first rhino we did see within the first 5 minutes and it walked by the jeep. A group of 4 rhinos 2 hours later. We did see cheetah with 4 kids, a black rhino (Lake Nakuru), a desert rabbit on daylight, leopard walking side by side with the car and climbing trees, 3 times Mara River crossing with good to excellent views, a lion eating a buffalo and much more.. The guides were superb. John Boma (Tanzania) was really good in estimating how the animal will move and positioning/moving the car very good for view and taking pictures. At the border crossing (Tanzania to Kenia) both guides did the handshake. We have not been a single moment unattended (safe for single female travelers). Do the visa application process online, it might take 1-2 weeks!
In Kenia the guide John Wachira had really good eyesight in finding the animals and overall professional guiding work done. In Kenia the safari is more private and less crowded by the jeeps. However you might see a little less animals per km driving, but the landscape is enjoying and nice. In both countrys the stops at the washrooms always were fine for my female partner. We asked for a Budget to Mid-range accommodations and used the budget for the private bushtaxi on the hole trip. I would do this again. We liked the Friends Camp (Northern Serengeti) the most. Nice view for stars and milkyway also, but you are not allowed to go outside after dark (ask for a guard at the dinner, to take pictures of the milkyway or the stars). The landscape of Tanzania was cleaner (less plastic and litter) but mostly dirt roads (free African-Massage), while in Kenia there is more litter and plastics in the landscape but from Lake Nakuru to Nairobi it was real road. Overall we were satisfied with value for money. Keep in mind these trucks a thirsty. On the fifth day after the border crossing the accommodation could have been better at this price tag, but the flair camp was okay for us. Sometimes things needed a moment to go on, but no breakdown. Do not underestimate the harsh conditions for the equipment and the people. Bring yourself some earplugs or noice canceling for longer rides on the dirt roads and a dust mask (ffp2) for dusty conditions on the safari.

Kasaine was friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, making our safari experience special
Booking last minute can always feel a bit risky, but Jocky Tours and Safaris delivered a seamless experience from start to finish. Everything was well-organized, and all services were provided as described. The tour offered great value for money without compromising on quality.

Organized and professional
The overall experience with Jocky Safari was great, starting with the booking experience. The team was very forthcoming especially considering that we've organized everything within 48hrs prior to the safari.
The overall arrangements was smooth and customer friendly. I was picked up from my hotel on time and without any complications. The team was proactive and kept me informed about the schedules and itennaries.
It was my first safari and a great time.
Thank you
