Our driver Tarimo was a great, calm, knowledgeable driver with many years experience, he seemed to know where to go to find the best animal encounters.
Our accommodation over the 10 days was top notch for our mid budget trip.
We did Arusha NP, Manyara NP, Serengeti , Natron, Lake Eyasi & Tarangire NP. They were all very different but we loved them all. Our cultural day with the Hadzabe & Datoga people was wonderful and we learnt alot.

Kathi was a major part of why our honeymoon trip to South Africa was a trip of a lifetime! Every step of the way Kathi was organized and so prompt in the beginning stages of planning. She was very prompt with email replies back.
It is clear that she has a deep understanding of the area including the cities and safari, which allowed us to experience the highlights of South Africa and Kruger park. During our trip, Kathi remained in close contact, and was so accommodating when we wanted to add to book an extra excursion. She would provide us ahead of time the name of any drivers, and give us reminders to check into flights. I also wanted to shout out the tour operators that Kathi connected us with; Debbie was amazing and we loved spending the 4 days touring Cape Town and surrounding areas. We also can't even start with the safari Kathi recommended and booked us into! The whole trip went so smoothly, and we felt safe the whole time thanks to Kathi's work.

We had a wonderful experience on our safari in Tanzania, perfectly organized by Annie, who assisted us with great professionalism and attention to every detail.
A special thank you goes to our guide, Daudi—a highly knowledgeable and personable young man with whom we immediately hit it off. He speaks excellent Italian, and it was truly important for us to be able to communicate with him easily and fully understand all his explanations. Thanks to his experience and passion, we managed to see the "Big Five" and even witness the spectacle of the Great Migration—a truly unforgettable moment.
We had a fantastic time with him and the entire agency. It is an experience we highly recommend to everyone! 🦁🦬🦏🐘🐆❤️

Our tour guides were top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and seriously so much fun to hang out with!
Our group was in Africa for 2 weeks. Matt helped organize our guides where we had no hiccups at all. We were picked up and taken care of from the very beginning, to the very end. We had long drives to get from one place to the other, but we had some really fun stops along the way to break up our hours in the car. I thought we were doing safaris most of the time, but we did village experiences, hot air balloon rides, an equator stop, gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trekking, orphanage and school experiences, and incredible talks in the vehicles! Our guides were with us every step of the way, and were so much fun to get to know! I was told by so many of my friends, to be prepared to sit and be bored. That was NEVER the case with us. Our guides were entertaining and laughing with us as, and they were just as excited to see the animals as we were, so they would drive with passion to get us the best view point for our pictures as possible! It was better than I ever imagined (and I had imagined amazing things)!!! I told my friends that I don't think I could go back to do another safari trip, because I don't know how you could top this one. Every place we stayed was just better than the last. It was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the people were so kind everywhere we went! I couldn't say better things about Tapestry of Africa Tours and Safaris! If you are planning a trip, this is your place!!!
