Incredible service from the beginning to the end
The whole experience with Serengeti African Tours was extraordinary. We did the whole negotiation and conversation through Whatsapp and Neema, who we talked at first was really caring with all of the details. She manage to tailor make our tour adding a one-day hike to Kilimanjaro.
We were assigned with the guide Dickson and we couldn’t be happier. He knew the parks like he owned it, went for all the places and managed to find the big 5 easily.
All the accommodations were incredible with honorable mentions to Serena Lounge in Serengeti and Suricata Boma in Lake Manyara.
Everything was perfect and I know my wife and I won’t forget any experience we had. The high point we experienced was the lion hunting warthogs, which Dickson got us a privileged site to watch it.

Our experience with Serengeti African Tours was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first conversation, everything was handled with warmth, care, and incredible attention to detail. We arranged our entire trip through WhatsApp with Neema, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the planning process. She listened carefully to what we wanted and went above and beyond to create an itinerary that felt truly personal to us, including a one-day hike on Mount Kilimanjaro that made the journey even more unique.
And then there was Dickson — an exceptional guide who made our safari truly unforgettable. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and animal behavior was remarkable. He seemed to know exactly where to go and when to be there, always with patience and respect for the animals. Thanks to him, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five and countless other incredible moments in the wild.
One experience, in particular, will stay with us forever: watching a lion hunt warthogs. Dickson found us an incredible position where we could witness the entire scene from a privileged viewpoint. It was one of those rare moments when you simply stop speaking, take in what is happening before your eyes, and realize how extraordinary nature can be.
The accommodations were also exceptional throughout the journey. A special mention must go to Serena Lodge in the Serengeti and Suricata Boma in Lake Manyara, both of which added their own charm and comfort to an already incredible adventure.
Looking back, it is difficult to choose a single favorite moment because every day brought something new and unforgettable. What made the experience even more meaningful was the feeling that we were not simply following an itinerary — we were being genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey.
My husband and I will carry these memories with us for the rest of our lives. This safari was so much more than a trip; it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that touched us deeply.

Perfect Honeymoon Safari
We had the most incredible honeymoon with Extraordinary Africa and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Alex was fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process of planning our trip so easy and stress-free.
Our honeymoon took us to Kenya for an amazing safari, followed by Zanzibar, where we stayed at Pongwe Beach and then spent our final night in Stone Town. Every part of the itinerary was perfect, and we loved how each destination offered something completely different. The safari was an unforgettable experience, followed by the perfect amount of relaxation on the beach, with Stone Town being a lovely way to finish the trip.
Everything was so well organised, from the accommodation and transfers to the flights and arrangements along the way. Everything ran incredibly smoothly, which meant we could completely switch off and enjoy our honeymoon without having to worry about a thing.
Alex was also brilliant at helping us plan a trip that felt really special and suited exactly what we wanted from our honeymoon. We genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was the perfect honeymoon and we came home with so many amazing memories. Thank you so much to Alex and the whole Extraordinary Africa team!

Perfect trip
Communication with the travel agency through Josua was smooth and precise. The 3 treks we did around Gombe with our guide Said were amazing. You couldn't ask for more. Said is a very professional, friendly, and fun person, and he is always making sure you are comfortable. In short, this company is highly recommended.

Rescue team!
First of all we want to say BIG thank you for this company, especially to Taher, who made our life much easier and helped us a lot.
We were planning our trip for 3 months and were really looking forward to our 6 days safari in Kenya. Sadly we didn't expected the situation we came through. We came to Nairobi early in the morning, waiting for the driver booked by another company who didn't showed up. It wasn't a problem, we booked a taxi, but same company suppose to provide our 6 days safari next morning, in the afternoon they wrote to us that they had some made up problems and could not provide us our trip. So we realized that it was all a fraud, we were in Nairobi with no tour, no hotel and no refund.
My friend started to search for another tours, but it was high season and we suppose to leave already next morning. That time my friend wrote to the White horse safaris, who replied almost immideatly. We told them our story and they found us 3 spots right away, leaving next morning. But the problem was that we already trusted one agency with working legal license and was kind of afraid to trust another one. So Taher suggested to come to our hotel (even if it was far from his office) he came with his colleague, we talked and he assured us that everything will be OK, and we will leave for our long waiting safari next morning (even let us make photo of his passport and company licence) Long story short we really went next morning to the marvellous safari, everything was arranged perfectly, our safari car driver was really experienced one, thanks to him we saw all the animals, even the rare ones. Taher guide us all through the way asking if there was any problems or do we need assistance, so he pampered us up with care.
We really appreciate and gratefull to all the White horse safaris team to turn our awfull situation to minor discomfort and let us experience the wild life of Kenya. Looking forward to tell about it to all our friends back home and would definitely suggest to arrange it throug White horse safaris. ❤️

4 days Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari with Francis Faru – Jocky Tours! 🇰🇪
From the very beginning, Faru was professional, kind, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. He knows the parks exceptionally well and always knew where to go and when to be there. Thanks to his experience and instincts, we had some truly unforgettable wildlife encounters and saw so much more than we could have imagined
What we appreciated most was that Faru didn’t simply “drive us around”. He was genuinely involved in creating the experience.
Faru made our safari feel personal, not like just another tour. His enthusiasm and passion for what he does really made a difference.
Maasai Mara was already a dream for us, but Francis helped turn it into an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. 🦁🐘🦒

The best decision we could have made.
Where to start? First, I want to clarify that I wrote this review in Spanish and am translating it into English because I found it difficult to locate information in my own language before getting started; I began by spending hours reading comments and reviews on TripAdvisor, social media, and SafariBookings (the companies' official website).
The information available online is overwhelming; there are over 300 accredited safari companies—a mix of foreign and local operators. We decided on a local company called Serengeti Smiles. Jeremiah was the person responsible for answering all my questions; despite the time difference, he was always attentive and helpful. We took an 8-day, 7-night tour covering Tarangire, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Zanzibar.
Regarding hotels: on the first day, we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport in Arusha on a flight from Doha and stayed at the Green Mountain Hotel. Our guide, Champion, picked us up early the next day to begin the journey. He was the best choice of tour guide we could have made; having a guide like him makes an incredible difference. We started by paying the remaining balance for the tour at the Serengeti Smiles offices—which were on our route—since we had paid a 30% deposit to book and needed to pay the remaining 70% in cash upon arrival in Tanzania (keep in mind that the banknotes must be large denominations and printed in recent years). Afterward, we arrived at Tarangire National Park, where the safari began. Champion handled everything, including the check-in, and got us into the park very quickly. Upon entering, we managed to see our first animals—wildebeests, zebras, ostriches, elephants, giraffes, warthogs, antelopes, and baboons—as well as the famous baobab trees. It was only the first day, yet I felt like I had already seen all the animals; I had even spotted one of the "Big Five." Afterwards, we went to sleep at Karatu Classic View Lodge; the welcome was lovely—customer service was 110/100, and we were greeted with hibiscus juice. The food was excellent, and in the evening, they held a beautiful dance and ceremony. Breakfast was a full buffet featuring beef, chicken, and pork—everything was delicious.
On Day 2, we headed to Serengeti National Park. We saw many lions, cheetahs, elephants, and leopards; we had already spotted three of the "Big Five" animals. We spent the night at Classic View Camp in Central Serengeti. On the third day, we continued through the Serengeti, spotting many birds, giraffes, lions, and antelopes. We ate out on the savanna while waiting for the Great Migration, and we finally managed to see thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River. We witnessed nature in action, watching crocodiles feed on the crossing wildebeest. That night, we slept in the bush again—in fully equipped rooms with private bathrooms—listening to lions roar in the dark; it was impressive, yet we felt safe thanks to the guards stationed outside. The camp was called Serengeti Classic View Migration Camp. The next day, we continued our journey and saw hippos, jackals, lions, hyenas, and more leopards. We returned to Karatu Classic View Lodge to sleep before heading to Ngorongoro the following day to conclude the safari; there, we spotted rhinos and buffalo, completing our sighting of the "Big Five." Ngorongoro is stunning, the weather is amazing, and the animals can be seen in an environment that is more comfortable for them. Afterward, we flew to Zanzibar and stayed for three nights: one night at Villa Unaweza Matemwe and two nights at Villa Kiva.
I highly recommend this company without a doubt; I had checked quotes from many others, but their price was reasonable, and their customer service is outstanding.
And above all, our guide, Champion, really impressed us with his knowledge and his constant effort to find all the animals. We will certainly return with the same company and the same guide.

Communication and service excellent .We get what we ask for and more The tour was amazing .We have seen all the big five and many more .Especially our driver and guide Felix makes our expericience unforgettable .He tells many facts about the animals,the parcs .We could ask everything He took care of us any moment of the day .The food was good .And he drives very good .He starter as our Guide but now we can say We have found a new friend .We will for sure recommend you with our family and friends in The Netherlands

An unforgettable safari experience in Kenya
We had an amazing six-day safari with Leopard Orchid Safaris as part of our honeymoon in Kenya.
Everything was well organized from the beginning, and communication before and during the trip was smooth and reliable. Our driver-guide was friendly, professional, and incredibly good at spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, we were able to see so many animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, rhinos, and many more. We were especially impressed by how he could spot animals from such a long distance and always tried his best to give us the best possible experience.
We visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and Lake Naivasha, and each place offered something completely different. Seeing Mount Kilimanjaro clearly in Amboseli and watching wildlife up close in the Maasai Mara were some of the highlights of our entire trip.
The long drives between the parks were also comfortable, and we always felt safe throughout the safari. The itinerary was well balanced, and the accommodations were also enjoyable.
This was our first safari, and it became one of the most memorable experiences of our honeymoon. We would definitely recommend Leopard Orchid Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.
