Amazing Anniversary Safari!
We wanted to do something really special for our fiftieth wedding anniversary, and we contacted three safari providers via Safaribookings. From the first communication back from Joysharon at Morningstar, they impressed us most. Joysharon presented us with itinerary options, clearly explained costs, and answered for us numerous questions we had planning our first safari. The itinerary we decided on was two nights in Nairobi (Argyle), two nights at Amboseli (Kibo), one night at Naivasha (Sopa), one night at Nakuru (Sopa), and two nights at Masai Mara (Zebra), giving us ample acclimation time from our long travel from the United States and a perfect mix of traditional camps and resorts. Joysharon kept contact with us via WhatsApp and emails thorough the entire planning process, and then once on the safari she checked to ensure that we arrived safely at our hotel in Nairobi, checked on us every evening to ensure our expectations had been met, ensured we arrived back at airport with no issues at conclusion of our safari, and even checked to make sure we arrived back home. She obviously contacted our camps and resorts in advance, and as a result we were surprised with room upgrades, decorated beds, and staff singing and celebration cakes that made our fiftieth anniversary even more memorable.
Our assigned driver and safari guide was Gabriel. He was courteous, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He has excellent driving skills on the challenging Kenya roads. He made extra washrooms stops for us, modified the schedule of activities to give us additional rest times, and even went and bought a step stool when he noticed us struggling some to get in and out of the jeep. In addition, Gabirel knew just where to go the maximize our wildlife encounters, often being the first or only vehicle for animal viewing. He took care of all of our arrangements, tickets, etc, and we just had to sit back and enjoy the adventure of a lifetime.

Incredible experience and first class service
An incredible day with brilliant surprises:
We started the day with delays at the buzzing Zanzibar airport (thanks to the president for these 😉).
Our organisers were absolutely amazing, keeping us posted as to plans despite our delays. When we finally got to the airfield, we were greeted with an amazing surprise - due to our travel delays eating into our day, we ended up overnight in a lodge free of charge. We couldn’t be more thankful.
We bumped into Giraffes on the way out the gate, stumbled across elephants in the undergrowth, sought out lions resting in the heat of the day, and heard plenty of hippos grunting in the swamps. Wild birds, baby alligators and zebras all made an appearance throughout the day, as well as the big buffalo strutting across the road.
Comfy jeeps, lots of water, great lunch and Jafari (our guide) and Fadhili (our driver) were first class hosts.
The absolute highlight had to be being woken up by what we thought was something in our room at the lodge, thankfully not. But we were woken by an elephant in touching distance outside our window.
Overall an absolute incredible experience, would absolutely recommend to others.

An unforgettable safari experience !
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience with this agency! From the beginning to the end, everything was very well organized and professional. We really appreciated the communication, the organization, and the attention to detail throughout the two days.
A very special thank you to our amazing guide, Osmane, and our driver, Tony Kapango. They were both incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and attentive. Osmane was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best possible experience, while Tony was an excellent and careful driver. They both went above and beyond to make these two days unforgettable.
The safari itself was simply amazing. Seeing the animals in their natural environment, discovering the landscapes, and experiencing the beauty of Tanzania was truly unforgettable. It was even better than we imagined!

Amazing safari, perfect organisation!
The safari went very well, we had two exceptional days and were able to see almost all of the park’s different species. Thanks to our guide Joseph and intern Antoni, who made this experience very enjoyable while sharing their knowledge. The organization was perfect, and the lodge was great, too. No complaints at all.

Excellent
We were a group of 4 and arrived in Nairobi. Our trip commenced from Kenya and was planned along Masai Mara, Northern and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and flying out from Arusha.
A Toyota Cruiser Safari vehicle (7 seater) was our mode of transport throughout the nearly 1000 km journey over 9 days.
We were fortunate to see the Mara River Crossing of Wildebeest and the Big 5 throughout our expedition.
This was my first trip to Africa and was so pleased about it in every way. The memories will be cherished for a long time. Accommodations in Zebra Plains, Mara Heritage camp, Nyoto luxury camp and Embalaki were top notch and packed picnic lunch in the Bush was surreal.
An absolutely committed team by Big time who ensured we had a class experience and would recommend their company all the way.

Totally amazing experience that way exceeded all our expectations.
We choose a 6 day 5 night package that offered a great variety of different national parks and experiences and this proved to be both a trip to remember forever but also amazing value.
