The staff were professional, friendly, punctual and highly organised.
This service is good value for money and having a charging point for my cell phone was handy. The only neagtive things is that the seats are a bit cramped and not comfortable. However, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great safari!
We asked for a french guide for the safari but it ended up that our guide didn’t speak one word of french. However our guide was amazing and we could see a lot of animals!

Excellent. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations. Reliable, friendly, professional service.
Booking was super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from start to finish. The pickup was on time and comfortable; the hosts Ithu and Sunny, as well as the rangers, were professional and friendly. The accomodation was also great and though we didn't see all the animals we'd hoped for, there was enough to do on site with the live music, swimming pool, chess, trampoline, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground to keep our young children entertained.
The food was fabulous, with very generous portions. We would do this visit all over again!
