A wonderful combination of natural beauty and impeccable service. Some journeys in life leave a lasting impression on the heart - our recent safari to Kenya and Tanzania was one such experience. The people who deserve the most credit for this are the great team at Precious Memories Safaris. From the planning phase of the trip to the sunset of each day, everything was so carefully and orderly that we had nothing to worry about. Our emails were answered in a timely manner. Purity was with us from start to finish - not just a customer service representative, but a trusted travel companion. Answering every question, removing every uncertainty - all done with a smile and professionalism. Accommodations were comfortable, eco-friendly, and full of detail - from USB chargers to solar-powered hot water and even equipment tailored to the special needs of guests. In such an arrangement, it is understood that this company sells not only tourism but also experiences. On the way to the safari, when the lions were roaring, the giraffes were swaying in the soft breeze, and the sun was setting on the horizon - we realized that we were right there with the company. I'm waiting to come back again.

Amazing!
Our experience was amazing! A 5-day safari in Tanzania with Twiga Expeditions that included visits to Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti. Each place was stunning and so different from the next!
Everything was really well organized, and our guide was fantasti.
The whole trip felt smooth and stress-free, and the lodges we stayed at were comfortable and had great views.

he took care of us and he is the best guide i never meet in this trip
Solomon is a highly competent and experienced driver and guide. On the very first day, he arrived at our guesthouse on time to pick us up, and his perfectly maintained 4x4 vehicle looked especially powerful and impressive. On the Maasai Mara plains, we saw several lion prides, countless wildebeest, zebras, and various other animals. Solomon was always the first to get information about animal sightings and quickly drove us there to witness them. We also saw many elephant herds in Amboseli National Park, and during a night drive in Amboseli, we encountered some animals we had never seen before — it was an amazing experience. My family and I are extremely satisfied with this adventure trip, and we would definitely come back if we have the chance. Once Africa, always Africa!

If you want to see the big five in their natural habitat heart of Africa got you, they know all the great reserve. Ngorongoro was where we got our scenic views.

My Safari was really a trip to remember
Umarella voyage safaris exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service and axpertise. From the booking process to the end of our trip to Murchison falls National Park and Kidepo Valley National Park, everything was seamless and well planned. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, sharing stories about the local culture and history. The scenic views and wildlife encounters were breathtaking. I highly recommend Umarella Voyage Safaris for their professionalism and passion for Uganda's natural beauty. Next time I will be back for Gorilla and chimps trekking.

Amazing
I had an amazing trip to Marchison Falls, particularly to Bamboo Village Lodge. The drive from Kampala was a smooth one with the very knowledgeable guide who had lots of history stories about Uganda.
Bamboo village where we spent our 3 days had very hospitable people who made sure our stay was memorable. The guide also made sure we enjoyed our game drive where we saw all the big 4!

disappointment
Our family vacation with Tropical Cats Tours was a huge disappointment, despite my high expectations. Jems, our guide, appeared ill-prepared and disjointed. Although we felt hurried during the events, we waited for a long time. We missed out on some important experiences because the itinerary was not properly followed. Furthermore, there was a lack of effective communication, making it difficult to receive prompt answers to our enquiries. They are not someone I would suggest to families who want a fun and easy experience.

Quick response and very responsible
He is excellent. Every time I texted him, he replied in 5mins. Even though schedule changed in last min, he organized my tour very well. I could enjoy Safari a lot and thank him for every support.
