We compared a lot of different tour operators and are indeed happy that we chose Inspired Budget Safaris. Although it seems the operators are more or less all nested within the same company, the handling of the different sub companies did make a big difference as other guest had several issues with theirs. For us, Inspired Budget Safaris was really perfect, from the booking process and the super fast and easy communication through what’s app to the last day of bringing us back to our hotel in Nairobi. The safari itself was absolutely stunning, ANTHONY, our guide, was the best and went above and beyond for us. He is very experienced, knew exactly how the animals would behave and guided us so that we could spot all these amazing animals. We did a four-day safari including two days in the Masai Mara and can really recommend taking two days there, as the park is absolutely stunning with its views and beautiful wildlife.

Outstanding experience
Top, top trip. Outstanding Gorilla safari experience. Something special to trek in steep and dense terrain for 2 hrs and then being immersed by a gorilla family and see them thrive in their natural habitat. We were very well taken care of. Everything worked as per plan. Great communication follow up. Mr T (our driver/guide) was simply excellent. Highly recommended

We had an amazing experience with Zara Tours on our weeklong safari in Tanzania! As this was our first-time in Tanzania, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the trip blew us away. From the well-organized itinerary to the luxurious accommodations, everything was perfectly arranged. The food was excellent, and the wildlife sightings were absolutely unforgettable.
A special thanks to our guide, Tarimo. His deep knowledge of the animals and the landscape made all the difference. He was an excellent driver, getting us to all the best spots to see Africa’s Big Five. He was also incredibly helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the trip.
The accommodations were better than we ever imagined, especially the Serengeti Wild Camp. Staying in the middle of the park was an incredible experience, combining the luxury of a high-end lodge with the raw beauty of nature all around us.
We highly recommend Zara Tours and Tarimo for anyone looking to experience the best of Tanzania’s wildlife. We’ll definitely be sharing our experience with family and friends!

Overall good experience
Communication with Pritika was quick and good. As far as I understand, she probably doesn't have a guide she works with regularly. I got the impression that she's more of a reseller. During the five-day safari, I was with different guides and a changing group of participants who had booked with other tour operators.
The first guide, Gerson, was well-connected with the other guides, so he not only exchanged the latest sightings via radio but also received quick assistance when he drove the vehicle into the mud.
The information wasn't always accurate or was sometimes misleading. For example, I had to share a hotel room on the first night even though a single room had been advertised, the safari in the Ngorongoro Crater only lasted until midday (vs. "You'll be in the crater most of the day"), most days we were with seven people instead of six as stated on the website, and the lodge for the last night was changed at the last minute.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Exceptionally Well-Planned Private Safari
We did a 13-day / 12-night private guided safari in Namibia in December 2024, organized by Pepi and her team, and it was a truly memorable experience.
The itinerary was exceptionally well thought out and beautifully paced. Only once we were on the road did we fully appreciate how carefully everything had been planned. The journey unfolded naturally and allowed us to enjoy Namibia without feeling rushed.
We were traveling with a three-year-old, and both Pepi and our guide Joram made genuine efforts to accommodate our needs. Their flexibility, patience, and attention to detail made traveling with a small child far easier than expected.
Our guide Joram was excellent — friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He handled long drives, wildlife encounters, and daily logistics with great professionalism and care.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding a cheetah activity at the Cheetah Conservation Fund, related to which option had been arranged, but this was an isolated issue during an otherwise very smooth and well-organized journey.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Namibia and would happily recommend Pepi’s company to anyone looking for a high-quality private safari experience. We would gladly travel with them again.
