The customer journey from booking to the actual Safari event was very easy and smooth. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Our driver Jumbe was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and punctual. The tour itself was great. I definitely believe the price we paid was worth it. An unforgettable safari
This was an exciting, breathtaking and truly unforgettable safari.
The Serengeti was a place we had dreamed of visiting since childhood, and this trip finally made that dream come true.
A very special thanks to our guide,Mr. Clause. He was professional, experienced, an excellent driver, and always made us feel safe. With him, we were lucky enough to see the Big Seven and several wildebeest river crossings. One crossing was especially spectacular, with a huge number of wildebeest crossing continuously for more than ten minutes.
There were so many unforgettable moments: groups of giraffes standing quietly on the plains looked almost sacred; elephant herds were calm and majestic; a lioness brought her four cubs to eat a freshly caught warthog; we watched vultures and hyenas feeding on a dead elephant; and we were lucky enough to see black rhinos in Ngorongoro.
Mr. EMMANUEL introduced the details of the trip on our first morning and came back to check on us again before we left. Before the safari, Joshua and Naomi were very responsive by email and gave us helpful suggestions based on our needs.
The hotels and camps arranged by African Big Cats Safaris were all comfortable, with very good service. At night in the camp in Serengeti, we could even hear wildebeest chewing grass outside our tent.
This is a journey we will remember for a very long time. Highly recommended, and special thanks again to Mr. Clause for making our safari so memorable.

Unforgettable Safari and Hiking Experience
We did a 7-day tour including 5 days of safari in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara. The tour was perfectly organized by our local contact Ivone and an amazing experience. We had a wonderful guide during the safari and really enjoyed the beautiful nature. After the safari, we did a 1-day hike at Mount Kilimanjaro with a private guide, which was a wonderful experience and a 1-day visit of the Materuni Waterfalls. It was really nice to hike in the nature after 5 days in the safari truck. Overall, a perfect combination and just so much to see. All admission fees were included and I can only recommend Best Time Adventures!

Perfect Kenya safari with Morris & Kennedy—great food, hotels, all animals, flawless trip!
We had such an amazing trip! Our coordinator Morris and our guide Kennedy were both outstanding — super helpful and professional from start to finish. The itinerary was packed with great experiences, the hotels and food were excellent, and we got to see all the animals we wanted. Definitely worth it — highly recommend!

At least once in your life
David was the perfect driver! He drove us so smoothly and comfortably for almost the entire day. And whenever he didn’t, there was always a reason: we were about to see something spectacular!
I finished the safari having had all my expectations met—and more. We even got to see cheetahs and leopards!!
I couldn’t imagine doing this trip without him!

Unreliable
AVOID. Still waiting for our refund after more than six weeks.
We paid Wildebeest Safaris directly and in full for our safari, including a hot air balloon excursion which was cancelled on 21st August.
What should have been a simple refund has turned into weeks of chasing.
Initially, Wildebeest Safaris told us they were waiting to get the money back from the balloon company before refunding us, despite the fact that we paid Wildebeest Safaris directly.
After repeatedly chasing and even having to contact our safari guide via WhatsApp to get a response, they eventually apologised, accepted responsibility and confirmed in writing that Wildebeest Safaris would refund us directly.
We are still waiting.
They have since ignored further emails asking for the promised payment date and my emails now appear to be blocked.
The safari itself was enjoyable, which makes their handling of this even more disappointing. We gave them plenty of opportunity to resolve this privately before leaving a review.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Wildebeest Safaris and would be extremely cautious about paying them upfront for any additional excursions.

Competent, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly at all times
We started our safari from Nairobi; the pickup was on time, friendly, and reliable. We traveled with our very friendly and knowledgeable driver, Ephantis Chege, through Amboseli Park, Tsavo West, and Tsavo East all the way to Mombasa. We stayed at beautiful lodges, and everything went perfectly! Ephantis told us a lot about nature and the animals and drove us safely. We felt well taken care of and safe at all times.
Julia was also always warm and accommodating, constantly checking to make sure everything was going well for us. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank both of them very much!
