Our guide is a wise legend and they organised it well
We did all the comms over WhatsApp which was really easy. Everything was organised for us. The lodges were great levels of service and the food during the safari days was superb local cuisine. Our guide knew more about the parks than anyone else - a real smart cookie.

Trevor was excellent, provided amazing animal sightings, including Pride kill and leopard tracking.
We used Elephant Herd for the first day of our 6 day Safari. Our Guide Trevor made the experience exceptional, including leopard tracking (he was able to anticipate where leopard would go next so we were able to have a solo view-everyone else crowded on the other side of the river). We saw 4 of the Big 5 that day and he gave us a route for the following day when we were Self-Driving to see the 5th, which we did. He was clearly Senior Guide as was consistently asked by other Guides for sightings. Able to sight both mammals and birds was a big plus. Also his stories were amusing and relatable. Highly Recommend.

Our guide Champion was knowledgeable informative guide and the great driver. He was on time, the car was clvery clean. He answered all questions about nature, about the life of the tribes and many other questions. A very pleasant conversationalist and narrator. I can safely recommend Champion as a first-class guide. For 3 days of our trip, he became our friend. Serengeti Smile has chosen an excellent campsite and a hotel for us, which I would love to return to. Lunch boxes for lunch were tasty and satisfying. You can safely entrust these guys the organization of your safari, you will not regret it.

Amazing safari trip and overall very good experience with Nortaz safari! Paul has the ability to make you feel like a friend even over text message! He always respond right away, and takes time to explain any concernes! After many months of chatting, it was good to finally meet his smile, face to face in Arusha. It felt very safe to have someone who knew the culture in both Tanzania and Norway, and you can even commuicate with Paul in Norwegian!
At safari, we got to go with both Paul and guide Fredy. They made us feel very safe and almost like a big family! We got to see alot of animals thanks to Fredy! When we saw the lions, we even got some background entertainment with «the lion sleeps tonight» acapella version. This was a trip with great people, good entertainment and a lot of memories!
Nortaz is a company i will recomment to anyone who wants to visit Tanzania! This is a company who greet you as a friend, not a tourist, and a crew you will get a personal relationship to!
