Great, very helpful
4/5

Great deals and Janine is very helpful. I loved the fact that they also included a list of what to pack to make sure you are ready for anything and have a great experience too. The lodge was amazing, good welcome by the staff. Overall I had an amazing time, staff takes care of you, whatever you want, they are super nice, just amazing. I'll definitely use Gems of Africa a lot.

Tarangire day trip
4/5

Hi Paul
Thank you for the reminders and patience. We had a great time in Tarangire Roika lodge. Hamisi was very patient with us and ensured that we had sightings despite the short time.
Maybe next time we can go for more days. Thanks again

Goldfish Tours√√√√√√√
Nothing is impossible, i prove this word the day that we summit Mount Kilimanjaro with the an amaizing company Goldfish Tours.

I and four friend of mine we climb mount kilimanjaro 7-days via Lemosho route, they organize our trekking from the day we start climb to the day we summit.

We appriciate mr. Mohamed, he is friendly and active on replying an e-mail, this becouse when i send an e-mail he reply on the spot, also he's good on answering all the question about the trip and he has an experience about the Mt.Kilimanjaro.

About the guides, they have the proffecional one who they have many years of experience on the mountain, they gave us a good information about a flora and fauna in the mountain, also their cooks are awaresome they cooked delicious food. They tought us a swahili word like "karibu Tanzania" which means welcome Tanzania and many others.

Your next trip think about Goldfish Tours, they are one of the best local tour operator in Tanzania.

Kenya and Tanzania Safari
4/5

We finally got to write your review, thanks for the reminders.
There it was- that familiar joy and excitement of receiving my flight confirmation email in my inbox. Although that sense of joy was accompanied by a hefty side order of apprehension. Is it a good decision? Is the Safari offer worth it? I’m I being irresponsible? What it I get covid? In true World escapes form , Paul and team had anticipated my apprehension and took many steps to reassure me as they proposed a 14 day safari tour of Kenya .Tanzania with Zanzibar. Plans were put into place to receive us upon arrival in Nairobi and to to take us on Safari. Although we had challenges adjusting to the rough roads and in a minibus in Kenya, Tanzania proved more rewarding in terms of comfort. We are putting up a blog about our experience. We shall be back.

Maasai Mara and Kakamega Forest
4/5

We have posted on other sites about the experience following my wife and I spending our honeymoon in Kenya in January. It was superb and andoubtedly cheaper than most competitors while maintaining a connection with the local community in Maasai Mara that has really been affected with the epidemic and bolstering the local economy. Paul our guide was nothing but courteous, helpful and a font of knowledge. He was our driver for all of our safaris in Maasai Mara. I think it is worth considerable going out with the lodges themselves, given their local knowledge. I highly recommend World Escapes and Kenya. Kakamega forest is one of the most underrated destinations.

amazing safari, friendly guides, good accommodation, with an old car ..
4/5

the safari was well organized and we were able to adjust everything a little ourselves. the driver and guide were great! The first hotel was especially good! the second was completely ok, the first just a dream. the only bad thing was the car. Unfortunately, the seat belts no longer worked and for the two long journeys it was a bit exhausting without air conditioning. all in all, the tour was highly recommended!

Our last minute booking was so good
4/5

We spend ourholiday in Kenya last year, one year passed already. It was last minute booking, everything was great, apart that the weather was not good, there was too much water in Masaai Mara and our vehicle got stuck many times. Thanks to our Safari Sepecialist Jong and Solomon was our driver guide, he is good! Thank you for inviting me to review. Overall safari was good!

Lived up to expectations and would go again.
4/5

We really enjoyed our safari. Our driver in Tanzania, Victor, was just wonderful . Always managed to get us front and center on animal viewing. We were always first and sometimes the only vehicle to sit and watch leopards or cheetahs. He was always so very patient and helpful and a really good bloke.
The places we stayed were very good. Every single one, from lodges to tented camps. We especially loved the camp in the Serengeti, Kisura Kenzan Tented Camp, as the staff were always so happy and helpful and joined in with us around the fire and on walks etc. They even took us thru their tented kitchen so we could see how they managed to feed us the amazing meals.
Speke Bay Lodge on the waters edge was a relaxing respite for the heat and the canoe trip organised by the owner, to a fishing village across the lake was so worthwhile, to really wake us up as to how some other people live. The people in the village were all happy to see us , but its an eye opener for sure. Something every western child should see.
Our meals were more than adequate and always plenty of choice.
Bench Africa, in Sydney, Australia, organised the whole safari , plus a couple of extended days either side, and we could not fault them either.
We cant wait for covid shots so we can go again.

Good organized all-inclusive safari to the Maasai Mara!
4/5

We had contact by email and phone. Both worked quickly and were informative. We booked a budget private tour and were glad with our choice! The whole Toyota Land cruiser for ourselves was pretty nice and worth the additional money.

Jack was a great driver and good tour guide. Especially inside the park; he knew the animals, gave informative facts & background and he tried his upmost best to find the wildlife! We felt save on the slippery tracks and comfortable at times to look at the animals and taking pictures.

Due to COVID-19; Jack was wearing his mask correctly and consequently at all times and there were a lot of places where you could wash your hands.

The accomodation was fine, don't expect too much however, it's sober. Bed and bathroom were clean. Kitchen and security staff at Lenchata camp were friendly and supportive. The programm was in line with the proposed itinerary and lived for sure up to our expectations.
