Very friendly & knowledgeable!
Today’s safari was absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend Kentau Safaris highly enough! From the moment we met the driver (at the game park gates) to getting through the entrance gate and then starting the safari - we felt very well informed and safe. The driver was clearly very knowledgeable and a skilled driver and along with communications with other colleagues, we were able to see lions, rhino, hippos and so many more wild animals.
The driver then took us to the elephant orphanage and giraffe sanctuary and what a pleasure these both were!
Overall the whole safari went incredibly smoothly, the vehicle itself was spotless and well maintained and the driver himself was very professional and friendly.
Thank you Kentau Safari for giving us such a wonderful experience - today is a day I shall never forget!

As good as the reviews say …
There’s something always something slightly suspicious about almost universal five-star reviews - surely the experience can’t be that good? But I can confidently say that the excellence of the rating and the reviews are fully deserved! Winnie and the office team were super efficient and a delight to deal with. The pick up was smooth and on time, and Richard as our guide for the two-night safari was outstanding. His driving was careful and professional, his knowledge of the animals and surroundings exemplary, but never showy. His care for group members was assiduous, and his sense of humour added to a memorable tour. He’s a true star! The only disappointment had nothing to do with Axis, as my chosen accommodation (Wildnest) was poor: no hot water, poor food and power cut from 10pm. But nothing but the highest praise for the Axis Africa team …. You can trust those reviews!

Fiona is top of the top! Our Midrange safari experience was amazing from the reservation all the way after the trip. Her level of detail, adjustment, customer service and help it’s truly amazing. Special appreciation goes to our guide, Simon, who made this experience exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife, keen eye for spotting animals, and genuine passion for nature made each game drive exciting and enriching. Thanks to him, we were able to see an incredible variety of animals and learn so much about the ecosystem.
The three days felt perfectly balanced – full of breathtaking sights, yet never rushed. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.

Fabulous Safari Experience
Richard Issaya Mogomo was our guide for 4 days in Tanzania during January 2026. I cannot recommend him more highly.
First, Issaya is a warm, very personable, open and honest family man. He is completely fluent in English. A significant part of our enjoyment on the safari was getting to know him and his expansive worldview.
Second, he has superb knowledge not only of the area’s wildlife but of Massai society, which dominates the area we were traveling though. We learned a great deal about the Massai and the current challenges they face.
Third, Issaya did a superb job locating wildlife, which is not something every guide can do as effectively. Within the first 6-7 hours with Issaya in the Ngorongoro Crater, we had seen each of the Big 5—elephant, rhino, lion, leopard and cape buffalo—plus numerous other species spread across the crater floor and, subsequently, the Serengeti Plain.
He also somehow managed to find, and lead us into, the middle of the Wildebeest Migration in the southern Serengeti, an unforgettable experience of horizon-to-horizon wildebeest traveling with their newly born young. They call it The Greatest Show on Earth for a reason.
I have no doubt that anyone who uses Issaya as their guide with have a superlative experience as they get to see firsthand The Greatest Show on Earth.

Absolutely fantastic experience, incredible safari guide, would 100% recommend
We had the most amazing experience with our tour guide Eddie; Eddie and the Wildsasa Adventures team were incredible helpful leading up to the trip, and made a huge difference in the planning and execution of our safari. They took on board all our requirements and restrictions and really helped plan out the entire trip, providing suggestions and tips to help best fit the limited time we had. They even helped recommend lodges/accommodation that would suit our requirements, and were extremely accommodating to our many many itinerary changes up until the day we flew out. They were also incredibly responsive throughout, and available to answer questions or help at any time. The safari itself was an incredible experience, and Eddie really pulled out all the stops in order for us to get the most out of our experience; he was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and patient with us, and really made sure we saw everything we possible could in Amboseli National Park. His knowledge of the wildlife and the landscape was truly impressive, and was genuinely a pleasure to spend the time with. I cannot recommend Wildsasa Adventures enough for anyone planning a safari of any kind in the future - I will most definitely be using this firm again for any potential future adventures! 5* customer service, 5* experience, cannot fault this team at all. Thank you Eddie for such an epic adventure.

It was awesome generally
We were planning a honeymoon to Tanzania when a friend recommended Mamnana Adventures.
They created a beautifully tailored itinerary that fit and even came in under our budget.
Our planning was to consider a midrange option but because of the best price given by Mamnana Adventures we upgraded our planning to the luxury package, which allowed us to spend two nights at Escarpment Luxury Lodge in Karatu were they gave us a honeymoon cake and special room decorations at no extra cost and the other night we slept at Serengeti Serena, it was amazing.
Our guide, Baraka, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His car was always clean, comfortable with electrical cable for charging phones and Cameras, binoculars, refrigerator and unlimited beverages.
He drove us to Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Serengeti with great care. We got chance to see Big five and hundreds of other animals and birds. The last day our guide took us to Kilimanjaro Airport for our flight to Kenya.
We greatly appreciate Mamnana adventures service, much appreciation to Noah our travel consultant, Baraka our guide, Juma the company manager and all of the staff at Escarpment Luxury Lodge (Helen and your fellow). This was the once in a lifetime experience.
