An outstanding safari experience from start to finish. Amos, our guide is knowledgeable, dependable, and very considerate. He arranged excellent accommodations and somehow always knew where to find the animals. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience. Amos is the best!

Trip of a lifetime with Wagatil and Jackson, our awesome guide!
After much research for our trip to Africa, we knew gorilla trekking was top of our bucket list. Wagatil Safaris came up as a very reputable company to deal with through our research. Pretty, our Wagatil contact, was very responsive during our planning process and showed that she was very committed to making our trip memorable. Yes, making the initial trip deposit was a bit intimidating sending $$ off to Uganda, but we trusted in Pretty and team, which did not disappoint!
The start of our trip was a 3:00am pickup from Jackson, our awesome guide, from our Kigali hotel and off we went for two days of incredible hospitality from Jackson. Day one was a golden monkey trek, which was a physical challenge, but very worth it!
Wagatil then arranged our accomodation overnight at a beautiful mountain
lodge. We enjoyed a terrific dinner and the great company of Jackson. Day two was our gorilla trek. Jackson ensured that we had the guides and group for the best experience possible and it was an experience we will never forget.
To see the gorillas in their natural habitat and comfortable with us in their space, we will long remember. Bucket list item, this is a once in a lifetime experience and the Wagatil team made it happen for us.
Jackson even came to our rescue to re-pick us up after leaving us in Kigali due to a misrepresentation by a property on booking.com. His commitment to ensuring we are looked after was unwavering. We would highly recommend Jackson and the Wagatil team! We would love to be able to revisit some day and have the experience all over again!!

I will highly recommend this 1 day trip in Pilanesberg. Our guide - Martin, was very knowledgable and with his help and the nature help we manage to see amazing animals, including lions.

First and unforgettable safari in Tanzania — dik-diks in love, bird picnics and the cutest animals!
My first safari with Goldfinch Adventures was absolutely unforgettable. They organized everything from A to Z — flights, tickets, transfers, and stunning lodges with pools where we woke up to delicious breakfasts. But the real magic happened outdoors: our breakfasts and lunches were served in the heart of nature, surrounded by birds, with breathtaking views of the national parks. We got incredibly close to so many animals — lions, elephants, giraffes and more — that we truly felt like the luckiest people alive. Our guide shared fascinating and funny facts about every single animal we encountered. The adorable dik-diks stole our hearts — these tiny creatures that always come in pairs, like a real love story in the wild. On our last day in Arusha, before the flight home, we explored the vibrant city markets and soaked in the local culture. Amazing Safari experience
An absolute stunning life experience Everything was perfectly organised, from the incredibly comfortable lodges to the delicious food. A massive shout out to our guide, Dickson, with eagle eyes spotted animals we would have completely missed, and his deep knowledge of the bush made every single game drive educational and thrilling. Highly recommend this exact circuit for anyone looking to experience the magic of Tanzania.

Tarangire National Park:
Kicked off our safaris with towering baobab trees and breathtaking numbers of elephants. Watching the giraffes up close was magical and Maasai village visit offered a deeply memorable window into traditional pastoralist culture and community life before, heading out into the wilderness again.
The Serengeti:
Pure magic. The sheer scale of the endless plains is mind-blowing. We witnessed the Lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas and more and got so close to the wildlife it felt like we could touch them.
Ngorongoro Crater: Descending into the crater was like entering a lost world. The landscape is stunning, and the density of animals is unlike anywhere else on earth.
Our safari reconnected us with raw nature and left us with an unforgettable awe for the wild.
