An unforgettable safari with amazing people
We had an amazing experience with Plex Africa Safaris. Everything was very well organized, from the communication before booking to the transfers from Michamvi to Zanzibar Airport, the flights and the complete journey back.
Our driver and ranger, Jafari and Shabani, made the safari extra special. They were incredibly kind, professional and passionate about their work. After spending these days together, it really felt like we were travelling with friends rather than just guides.
We saw so many incredible animals and also really enjoyed the boat safari and our stay at Impala Camp.
This trip is something we will always remember, and Jafari and Shabani will definitely be part of those memories. We would recommend Plex Africa Safaris without hesitation.

Communication leading up to the safari has been great. Thank you Andrew and Gerald. Responding right away and assisting with any questions. The program was very well organised. Food was incredible! Thank you Emmanuel and Sophie. Rooms were big and comfortable.
We were able to adjust our program along the way and even added 3 people later on, with group of 9 in total. 10/10 would recommend!

Peter Kimani
Peter was amazing, his excellent driving and positioning allowed us to get to sightings first and have the best position once we got there. We saw a lion hunting very close to the vehicle, a leopard at close range too and a host of other amazing animals. Peter was insightful and funny throughout and overall made it an incredible trip

Patient and fun
Our guide Gerard did a great job! He was very patient with us, even if we were a bit late to breakfast sometimes. He also joined us for all our meals and was a very fun addition to our group. Super smiley and happy guy:) He also takes great photos!

Unforgettable 6-day private safari with an amazing guide, Godana
Our group of six booked a private 6-day safari with Global Threads Safaris in late September 2026 (Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli), and our driver-guide Godana made the whole trip.
We saw just about every animal we hoped for, including countless elephants, giraffes and cheetahs. The landscapes were just as memorable. Seeing Mount Kilimanjaro rise over Amboseli and the beauty of Lake Nakuru were moments we'll never forget.
Godana wasn't just driving us from park to park. He genuinely cared about how we were experiencing the journey, and he shared stories about Kenyan culture along with his own philosophy and perspective on life. Those conversations gave the trip real depth.
The distances between parks are long and the roads are very bumpy, so the jeep did break down a few times. What impressed us was how everyone, Godana and the other drivers alike, jumped in to help each other and get us moving again, always putting the travelers' experience first.
If you're planning a safari in Kenya, ask for Godana. Asante sana for an amazing week!

Eric was born to be a guide!
Eric was one of the best parts of our trip to Rwanda. He knew so much about the country and its history, and we learned a ton from him along the way. After visiting the memorial, he shared some of his own family’s story with us, which gave us a really personal perspective and made the experience that much more meaningful.
He also got us a fantastic gorilla group and made sure we saw all the important sites. And he was just a ton of fun to spend time with—his passion for Rwanda and for what he does really came through.
We had the absolute best time with Eric. Some people are just born to be guides, and he’s definitely one of them.

I had an amazing experience with this team. The hotels they arranged were comfortable, and the whole service was thoughtful. We met a few small issues along the trip, but the company responded quickly and solved everything actively.
Special thanks to our driver George! He is careful, skilled at spotting wild animals, and drove safely the whole time. He kindly helped us exchange money, and when we lost our belongings, he acted fast and successfully helped us get them back. It really saved our trip.
All game drives were wonderful, we saw plenty of wildlife. The itinerary was well organized. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the journey.
