We pre-booked our safari before our holiday to Zanzibar through Telly Africa safaris. The communication was really easy as it was all over WhatsApp and Catherine is very helpful.
The tour was incredible value for money as it included lunch, drinks and the flights to and from Zanzibar. Then lunch was delicious as well. The safari was just magical. From seeing giraffes and elephants almost immediately to the determination from our guide to ensure we saw everything, including Lions. Our guide Ramadan was exceptional. He always knew where to park and wait to get us the best view and his knowledge of the area was impressive.
The drivers who collected us and took us back to the hotel were also lovely.
Catherine also regularly follows up to make sure everything went ok.

Very nice team taking care about each individual, you can really trust and relax!
I felt very comfortable from the beginning, the whole team was very friendly, took care of everything, was experienced and gave the impression to really work as a team! The tents were very good, the driver prudent, the cook was excellent and our guide really perfect, friendly, he knew everything, had a careful eye on the whole group and team and really likes to work with people.
The team also handled problems very flexible and in a very smooth way. The tour itself was full of different, beautiful aspects of south ethiopia, from the mountains, Coffee, agriculture and animals to salt lake and Hippos, seeing nature and meeting people. Two weeks full of beautiful impressions and experiences! Thanks you!!!

Best choice of safari operator
From the moment we started planning, this trip was something special. Kelvin handled everything for us honestly, he made organizing our Tanzania adventure feel effortless. As soon as we landed, Mdoe met us at the airport, and everything just flowed from there. No hiccups, no stress.
Reuben, our guide what a guy. He was friendly, sharp, and seemed to know everything about the animals and the landscape. He took care of us the whole way. I couldn’t believe how good he was at spotting wildlife half the time, he’d point something out before anyone else even grabbed their binoculars. On day one, we saw the Big Five, even the rhino, which we heard is pretty hard to find.
We visited in mid-November, so we caught the Great Migration. Seeing all those animals and birds up close was unreal.
Honestly, I still can’t get over how amazing it was. We’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

A very reliable tours and travel company with good customer service.
We enjoyed every bit of our safaris.We were picked up in Nairobi,had a stopover at Thika fourteen falls.We then proceeded to Mt.Kenya National Park which has an exhilarating view of the Jumbo's.we also did hiking and of course the climate is good for rest.
We then travelled to Maasai mara and witnessed the famous wildebeest migration and had a glimpse of the big five
We finished our safari at Nakuru National park...woow it was some good three weeks of unwinding and catching up with nature.
The charges were friendly and the customer service was good.Our tour guide was very professional and helpful whenever we needed any help.
Communication throughout the safari was top notch.

Very very efficient and friendly
A few extra days on the tour would be perfect. A rest on day 1 would be ideal before setting off on excursions especially when there are mid night flights from SA.
Time for withdrawing local currency is important.
Otherwise the service everywhere was excellent.
