Had an incredible experience from being picked up at the hotel with sunny. Very lively and communicative driver! Then our ranger Vincent was such a cool guy, he is experienced and really operated in an engaging and informative manner. I would recommend using MoAfrika Tours

Martin took us for our ride around the national park. He was very informative about the animals and birds. He tracked down so many animals and kept in constant contact with the other drivers to share his information. We saw white Rhino, black Rhino, elephants, leopards, wart hogs, zebras, water buffalo, impala, giraffes and many more. I would highly recommend this trip. 😊😊

The safari was a wonderful experience.
5/5

The safari was 4 days, 3 nights with Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. There was different wildscapes in all the parks and lots of animals in each one. Our guide tried his best to show us all of the animals and told us lots of different facts. There was always water available throughout the safari in the jeep. The minus is the camping in serengetti as there was no light in the toilet and the standard for the bathroom was low.

Easy to work with and great people to be with

My wife and I went on a 3 day, 2 night trip to see the Golden Monkeys in Rwanda and Gorillas in Uganda. I picked this company due to the option for a shorter trip since we were squeezing it in between a few other countries while in Africa. Barack was easy to communicate with during the booking process. Overall, the price was very solid for the experiences!

We were able to meet many of the workers, all of which were enjoyable to talk to. We were picked up by Barack and Noah from the airport and transferred near Volcanoes NP. The next morning we were picked up by John and Noah to go to the Golden Monkeys - John and Noah were both great! The monkeys were very fun to experience and well worth it.

After the golden monkeys, we had a lunch nearby and went to the gorilla guardian village to learn more about the Rwandan culture. We then transferred to Uganda to stay near the Gorilla experience. The countryside of both countries were beautiful. The lodge in Uganda was very nice (Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge) and food was great.

The next morning we were picked up and taken to the gorilla safety briefing - remember to bring a mask with you for the experience! We were assigned our group which our guides helped influence - we were assigned a family with multiple babies, it was a great experience. We hiked for about an hour or so each way and were able to find the gorillas to a spend an hour with them. Fastest hour of my life! Was a great time.

We then transferred back to Kigali for our late flight. John was able to score us a quick hotel deal to spend a few hours relaxing before we went to the airport.

Overall, we had a lot of driving during the trip, but had a great time experiencing both the monkeys and gorillas. John and Noah did a nice job of chatting with us and letting us just soak in the drives since they were so cool. Would recommend!

Fun and unique way to experience Uganda
5/5

The Road to Nyege Nyege tour with Rustic Expeditions was such an amazing experience! It was incredibly special getting the chance to connect with both Ugandans and other travelers, and I loved that the itinerary felt more off the beaten path than a typical tour.

Another thing I really appreciated was how Morine and Gerald created such a casual, friendly atmosphere. They were so easygoing and genuine that it never felt like being with tour guides, it felt more like hanging out with friends. As a solo traveler, that kind of environment made all the difference. By the time we arrived at Nyege Nyege, I already felt like I had a solid community to experience the festival with.

I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone heading to Nyege Nyege or wanting a more personal way to explore Uganda!
