We were in contact with Mama Savana Safaris for almost a year before our trip, and all the planning was done via email.
Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent- always polite, patient, and attentive to every question or concern we had. Since we were a group of different family members, including older travelers, it was important for us to find a solution that truly offered good value for money, and Mama Savana delivered exactly that.
Once we arrived, we met our guide Hassan, who exceeded all expectations. He was kind, friendly, flexible, and above all- an extremely professional ranger. With his 9 years of experience, he was able to spot the most unique animals in the savanna, and we truly felt how knowledgeable and trustworthy he was. I felt completely comfortable letting him slightly adjust our route along the way to better match our safari schedules and check-in times.
We couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience.

Wonderful organization
We travelled to Namibia as a family and we had a great time. The tour was very well organized, our Guide was an excellent communicator (and driver), we stayed in beautiful lodges and were able to both relax and visit the most interesting sites of the Country. I am recommending both Namibia and Nature Travel to my friends!

They make your dreams come true
It has been a month since our trip to Tanzania - Ngorongoro Consevation Area, Tarangire National Park and Zanzibar. We still remember our experiences in Tanzania every day. It was a wonderful journey and adventure for our family and friends. The sun, nature and the animals delighted us!!! :-) We saw everything we hadn't even imagined we would see!!! It was amazing!!! Excellent guide
I had a 14 days round trip in Uganda and I had an excellent guide (thank you very much Isaac!), nice person, knowledgeable and customer-first mentality. I have seen many different animals. The best part for me was the tracking for Chimps and Gorilla's. This trip definitely made me a good ambassador for Uganda the tour operator. Many thanks!

Best Ethiopian Tour Operator
Ashu is honestly the best guide you could have for both the village and Lalibela. Everywhere we went, people knew him and knew his company—it was clear how respected and loved he is. He knows the history inside and out, but explains everything in a natural, easygoing way that never feels like a scripted tour. Walking through the village felt personal and welcoming, and in Lalibela he really helped us understand why the churches are so special without it feeling heavy or overwhelming. 10/10, highly recommend.

The best
Very good visit, fiability and availabilty, an unforgettable experience, Winnie took care of the whole process perfectly. Kelvin Mimi was the best tour operator, very kind, was very caring, we were able to see the big five and the ugly five, he knows the masai Mara like his back of his hand. I highly recommend, there is no better value for money.

The local tour service was well arranged and professional.
The only downside was that the journey was quite tiring, with long hours spent in the car.
