Extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating.
5/5

What an absolutely phenomenal once in a life time experience I had on the 2 day safari in the Mikumi national park. The quoting and booking process was stress free with the help from Pilly. She sent a detailed day to day document that was followed with even more unexpected surprises like going to the Mgogoro National snake park. Eddie and Meshack were our drivers to and from the Mgogoro train station and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Khindo will pick you up from any hotel or the airport in Dar es Salaam and drop you off at the SGR Dar es Salaam train station which both the train and the stations are brand new along the whole line. Nuhu was our safari guide for the game drive while Steve was our guide for the bush walking with the help of Nuhu. They are both Maasai warriors and have incredible unexplainable knowledge of the animals, plants, terrain, weather, natural resources, Tanzania and so so so much more. They both speak extremely good English and of course Swahili and Maa(Maasai language). Within the first 2-3 hours of our first morning game drive we saw the Big 4 at the park. 3 males Lions, Elephants, Water buffalo, and the extremely rare Leopard (unfortunately there are no Rhinos at Mikumi). I'm not kidding when I say I could have reached my hand out and pet 2 lions that brushed up against the Safari Jeep. We also saw hundreds of zebras, water buffalo, impalas, and many types of antelope. 2 highlights of the game drive were seeing the lion eating a water buffalo that they freshly hunted and being surrounded by over 20 Giraffes at 1 time. Day 2 was the bushwalking and Maasai village tour. Prepare to learn about things you couldn't possibly have previously thought about. Seeing the Small 4 insects. The different trees and what medicinal and practical uses the Maasai and the local population use them for. You will see small came on the bush walking like cattle, insects, birds, and antelopes. The big game is much further away and there is not much water near the hills so the prey and hunters gather near the water holes, so no need to fear of being eaten by a lion but even in a 1 in a billion chance there was some sort of dangerous game in the area I was fully and utterly confident in Steve and Nuhu to control the situation. They are Maasai WARRIORS they have lived in these habitats there whole life and know the "bush" like the back of their hands. If you are looking for souvenirs the Maasai village has a plethora of fully handmade jewelry, clothing, carvings, ect.... I cannot recommend Khindo, Pilly, Nuhu, Steve and the rest of the crew more. For the price of the trip and what you receive in return cannot possibly be replicated anywhere else with anyone else. I cannot say enough the accommodation factor of just going with the flow and not worrying about a thing water was covered, food was all inclusive and fantastic, traveling and plan of action all taken care of! For my Wazungu( White people) use your common sense you are going on a legit African Safari bring some sunscreen, sunhats, sunglasses, binoculars, walking shoes/boots, outdoor clothing. - Mzungu Maasai

Reliable & well-organized
5/5

We did 4 nights & 5 days private tour with them, 2 nights in Okavango Delta (camping) & 2 nights near Moremi Game Reserve (lodge stay). They were very reliable and well-organized (so punctual), always tried to tidy things up and cooked amazing meals for us every day. Among the numerous Botswanan local operators, it's only one who has a lodge facility (for now, check the latest info). Unless you are a camping enthusiast, it's so nice to have a hot shower at the lodge after dusty roads. Highly recommended.

Amazing trip with an excellent tour guide, but disappointing back-office support
3/5

This trip was amazing. Ben was lovely and helped us out very well. Nevertheless, the vehicle that was addressed to us was below expectations, and frankly not safe. The seatbelts weren't working, the dashboard was broken (no speed and gas indicator) and the engine broke down. As a result we were stranded multiple times for several hours. Ben, our guide, tried to make the best of the situation and the vehicle he was given (thank you Ben!), but back-office support was very disappointing. Peter, the manager, ignored us, didn't contact us to provide more info and neither did he apologise. A manager should take responsibility for the shortcomings of its company, instead of hiding behind an employee.

A lifetime souvenir journey to Uhuru peak, Kilimandjaro
5/5

Wow! What an AMAZING experience with Bora Trekking Tours and Safari. I trekked Mount Kilimanjaro for 5 days on the Marangu route, staying in the huts, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. I had an incredible experience that I will remeber all my life.

Frumence, the manager of Bora, was very kind and organized the trip extremely well. His communication was clear, fast, and reassuring, which made the whole experience smooth from the moment I booked.

My guide, Ernest, was truly awesome, knowledgeable, patient, and always attentive to my safety and comfort. The porters, Charles and Ernest #2, were incredibly helpful and hardworking, and my cook, Hassan, prepared great meals throughout the trek. I had an awesome team!

The price of the tour was very good, especially considering that it included all the equipment and clothes I needed. This made preparation much easier and saved me a lot of hassle.

As a type 1 diabetic, I especially appreciated the special care they took to adapt to my condition. The team adjusted the pace to my needs, checked in regularly, and made sure I always felt safe and supported. Their attention and flexibility made a huge difference.

This is a truly local agency, working with local guides, porters, and staff. Having two porters, a chef, and a guide dedicated solely to me made the experience smooth, personalized, and stress-free.

I highly recommend Bora Trekking Tours and Safari to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring company for trekking or safari adventures in Tanzania.

Thanks Ernest and Frumence! Hope to see you again!

Professional and very welcoming Organisation
5/5

We had an amazing experience in northern Tanzania. Everything was very well organized by Kisambi Tours. We first stayed in Materuni, experienced a waterfall and coffee and then headed to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro for an amazing safari we will never forget. In Materuni we were guided by Silvester who did an amazing job. Raymond picked us up at the airport and then drove us safely from Materuni to Arusha. Our safari guide was Sale, who drove us safely from park to park and showed us what the nature has to offer, as well as explaining a lot about the animals, nature and local cultures.
All in all we would recommend this company for an u forgetable tanzanian experience.

Friendly and Helpful. Responsive and Effective.
5/5

We did a safari in November 2025 (Masai Mara) and Esther and Robert made everything smooth from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear, and they planned a trip that fit our style: great pace, no stress, and zero surprises.

All the logistics were handled really well (pickups, timing, lodge coordination), and we always felt taken care of. Our guide was professional, calm, and very knowledgeable, and they clearly knew how to maximize sightings while still keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Overall: reliable, organized, and genuinely caring service. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely book with them again.

Great safari experience with KLA Adventures
5/5

I initially consulted several safari agencies, and among them, KLa's Kusekwa impressed me with his very positive attitude and smooth communication. KLA's quote was also the most reasonable. After landing at Kilimanjaro Airport, the driver Praygod who came to pick us up was also very kind and friendly to my 6-year-old daughter.
Then I would like to focus on introducing our guide, Robert, who is very professional with eagle-like eyes and took us to see many animals every day. During Serengeti's four-day Safari trip, every day was packed. One day, he took us west to see a large number of migrating wildbeests, leaving a deep impression on us. During Safari, Robert explained animal-related knowledge to us and provided thorough and detailed answers to the questions we posed. Robert was also very kind. Throughout the entire 7-day, 6-night trip, we had a great time together, with nothing uncomfortable happened. His driving skills are also excellent, our vehicle did not encounter any problems.
In summary, the safari trip provided by KLA has fully satisfied us. Thank you all.
