It's a very nice company where by everything was planed well and we were handled well.
Their guide was so equipped with the information about the park and he drove us well, had a lot of fun with him and show us a lot of animals which we didn't know about.

Review about Namib-Naukluft National Park by Erika Santana
We loved our trip to the Sossuvlei Desert. It is a unic place with scenic views and a good energy. It seams that Namibia is still evoluing in the tourst business. I think that the service given on the trip is too expensive for what they offer, but it is still worth. I would do it again.

My Daressalam city tour was perfect!
I could organize the city tour from one day to the next day, very good. I could speak about my wishes,
what I would like to see in town and so one. The communication with manager on mobile phone
without problems. And next day punctual the driver and guide Oswald picked up me at the hotel.
I got a lot of very interesting informations about towns historie, culture, local peoples living,
tinga tinga painting, special music forms and more. I had a very nice day! Thank you.

Good for most parts
Driver picked us up from our accommodation in Nairobi but was 30 minutes late. Journey went well although very bumpy ride in the vehicle after Narok. We did call at Tuskys supermarket at Narok and stocked up with snacks and water. There was a pizza place in the mall but were told our lunch would be later. Lunch was a big disappointment and health risk. 700 KES each for a poor quality buffet with birds constantly pecking the serving spoons. We set off again and reached Masai Mara and our first game drive. We had 4 altogether over 3 days and we enjoyed them. We stayed at Mara Serena Lodge which was within Masai Mara park and it was a lovely hotel and food. The second day the driver told us 6am start but then turned up 30 minutes later and said it was 6:30am. He said we’d got the time wrong but all of use heard him say 6am. Everything else went smoothly. Our driver was Benard but I did wish we had a 4 wheel drive vehicle rather than an 8 seater minibus. Overall we did enjoy our Safari.

4-safari
The trip was fantastic, I have no complains to your product. The driver and the chef cared for our every need, they did their outmost to make this an unforgettable experience . The parks and facilities lived up to every expectation.
Also a 4-Day trip is more than enough. The 6-day package does not offer much more.

excellent experience
the country - which is called the "Pearl of Africa" is a gem, the western areas in particular.
I had a 4 day safari starting from Jinja in the east and including Lake Mburo, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Lake Bunyonyi. The places are wonderful and they deserve visiting.
I booked my trip through Tourist Centre Safaris' agency in Jinja and the program they submitted was simply super.
The accommodation chosen were great, all set in wonderful places with magnificent views.
I recommend Tourist Centre Safaris in Jinja for their skills and care with customers

Good moments at the nature
Serengeti is a wonderful place, as well Tarangire park. The experience with the wild animals is fantastic and the "big horizons" of the Serengeti are wonderful.
Zanzibar Nungwi beaches are excepcional and the hotels at the beach have interconnection, so it's possible to try different restaurants every day.
Most of the restaurants at Nungwi serve excelent sea food.
Some points in Tanzania are problematic: 1) the insistence of vendors at the Nungwi beaches is terrible. They still offer drugs as marijuana and cocaine! 2) the bureaucracy at the airport is unbelievable. It's necessary to reserve extra 30' after check-in to go trough the immigration and at the double or triple check of passport. 3) the Zanzibar airport is without air-conditioning and has a poor roof, so it's like a sauna. The restarant upstairs takes to much time and charges extortionately for simple food.

Would definitely use again
We visited Uganda back in January and would definitely recommend Terrain safaris to friends who were thinking of visiting. They're prices are great and they tailored our trip exactly how we wanted it. Edith was a great help in organizing our trip and answered emails promptly. We ended up doing a 12 day tour and had Moses as our guide. The 4x4 land cruiser we had was great and Moses drove very safely and got us everywhere on time. He also gave us a bit of a bonus game drive one day as we were unlucky not to see any tree climbing lions so Moses really made the effort. As for Uganda itself, it's a beautiful country. So much wildlife to see, the highlights for us being the chimpanzees and gorillas, and it's so green everywhere! Would definitely recommend a visit! Thanks again to everyone at Terrain Safaris who made this trip possible.
