Emails were quickly responded,communicating via WhatsApp as well,i quickly received a Safari offer adapted to my wishes. After i transferred the money, there were changes in the program, because my booking was short notice and some accommodations were no longer available. Fortunately, i got higher quality lodges for the same price.
After the pick up at the airport by Eric i did not have to worry about anything for 5 days until my departure.
My expectations were more than met.Francisco, was not only very helpful, reliable and charming, but also knowledgeable who could answer all questions in details, he was a very good scout and driver, so I was able to experience new highlights every day.I can't imagine a better companion and care.

Mindblowing experience of exploring wildlife and nature in Kenya staying at the perfect locations
We went to Masai Mara and Nakuru for 3 days and 2 nights. Perfect and professional service from the tour operator including customizing the package to suit our schedule and finding the most ideal places to stay. Their expertise and in-depth game drive knowledge is very impressive. The 3 days of travel was nothing but full of great memories forever to cherish. Thank you for the amazing experience. Looking forward to return to Kenya to explore more places.

It was a grate experience. We saw a lot of animals in our safari tour.
Good communication with the tour operator. OK with de guide/driver.
In 6 days we manage to see a lot of animals. The guide/driver seems to know very well the places where animals hide. We manage to see the big five (buffalo, elephants, lions, rinos, leopard - and even ghepard).

Our family holiday in Kenya was a great success , made possible through Hyvens Tours. . They arranged visits to Safari parks and pre arranged accomodation. Even tranfers to the coast and airport went to plan. We will be back next year and gladly take on Hyvens services.

Good Value for Money - Happy with them
The value for money it's very good. Our driver Dhula, was excellent, very competent both in driving and in knowledge of animals. The quality of the hotels also was very good for a Mid-Range package. We did the 3 nights Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, which is a package that few companies propose and we very fully satisfied with our choice.

Great Choice for Tanzania Safari!
My friends and I wanted to travel with Tanzanians owned Company on our safari and decided to book with It Started in Africa Tours after reading many great reviews about them and their involvement in the local communities there.
We had such a great safari, many thanks to our guide Isack who is an excellent guide with many years of experience; and Bernard in their office for arranging our trip for us.
I would highly recommend It Started in Africa to everyone contemplating a trip to Tanzania.

Trip of a life time with great guide but some improvement in scheduling and meal times.
The quality of the accomodations exceeded our expectations. Actual safari days took us to more animals than we could have expected. Beach day was great way to unwind after 4 days of safari and travel time. Maasai lodge visit was the highlight of the trip. Having a box lunch in airport waiting rooms was not acceptable to me on an otherwise luxury trip.
