Rastaman was just doing a Great Job
Rastaman did a Great Job on the Four days of Safari. He always has known the best spots, so that we got absolut top pictures of all big five as well as uncountable more animals.
Furthermore he is an expert with out a decade of experience. Thus we could ask him anything and always got an interesting story.

Amazing
Our Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour was unforgettable: vast plains, huge herds, and a crater that felt like another world. Rastaman made it even better: sharp-eyed, patient, and full of local knowledge, he turned every game drive into something special. We would book with him again in a heartbeat.

Complete Communication Failure
I booked a 4-day safari for 2 people ($2,000) with Park Adventure. After just 4 hours of jeep, I experienced a severe medical crisis that left me unable to move or continue. I had to stop at a lodge – the safari was over.
While the agency covered my accommodation during those days, I requested a partial refund for unused costs (meals, guides, activities). They simply ignored me. Complete ghosting. No response. No attempt to address a serious medical situation.
I don't expect refunds per their policy, but professional agencies communicate and show basic respect when something goes wrong. Park Adventure chose silence instead.
They received $2,000 and provided nothing. Don't expect support if problems arise.
Not recommended.

Excellent Burundi tour guide
My time in Burundi was fantastic, thanks to the service provided by Gisabo Tours. Audace did a great job organizing and facilitating my tour. He is very knowledgeable about the historical and cultural aspects of Burundi, as well as Africa. Highlights of my trip were the Burundi Royal Drummers, the Pygmy village and the Kwa Miganda Eco-Heritage Center. I loved having the opportunity to trek to the Kerera waterfall. The boat ride in Rizizi was interesting, not only viewing wildlife, but observing the unusual 'meeting of the waters" phenomenon. I recommend this company for any trips to Burundi.

Great experience
We did the 6 days - Masai Mara - Nakuru - Amboseli budget tour and the team has been amazing, especially our tour guide, Jack. We got lucky to see all big 5 and everything else. Jack has been wonderful and knew the whole region by heart, very attentive, engaging and kept everyone safe and happy. The accommodations were better than expected and everything went smooth! Would definitely recommend! :)

Superb
Had a fantastic time, the safari went beyond expectations, we saw everything, so many Lions, Zebra, Rhino and Elephants. The accommodation was also brillant the safari tent stay was so much fun. Our guides Robert and Jarred were brilliant, very knowledgeable and found all the animals.
