One day layover tour
We had a 18 hour layover in Nairobi and wanted a day tour to get the most out of the day. Communication was very good from the start via email with very quick responses. We booked a private driver/tour guide for the day with pick up and drop off at the airport. The driver/guide was very good at getting us around the national park and we were able to see practically every animal, this was the highlight of the trip!! The other stops were the giraffe centre and elephant sanctuary and somewhere for lunch, which was just okay.
After seeing a lot of giraffes at the park, I wish we didn’t spend more money to go to the giraffe centre (it was very expensive day as is). We were hoping by booking a private tour that our guide would be able to give us some local insight into other things to see or do or suggest great things to try and eat. Unfortunately, our guide didn’t seem very knowledgeable or perhaps not willing to share a lot of information/facts and didn’t take us any where other than the main tourist hot spots even after asking for other suggestions as we had spare time. Basically our guide didn’t say much unless we had questions. This was a stark difference from a private tour we did prior to this one where the guide was VERY informative. Overall the driver/guide was very nice but we are disappointed in the little information we actually learned about Nairobi or Kenya. I would recommend this company if you need a private safari tour only.

Safari guide Mansur knows his stuff! Saw every animal could think of, even a tree-lounging leopard!
Lydia booked me into lodge accommodations that were very nice, as promised, and I was joined with a great group of people from all over the world. We may have been a bit concerned about the transport on day one but it became clear that the vehicle could perform and is solid. Overall I was thrilled with all the animals and the non-stop work that Mansur put in to show us as much as possible in a short Safari! Thanks

The rhinos make it worth. Otherwise, there's not much else to offer. Do not expect to see all those flamingos usually seen on travel magazines... They are much easier spotted (and in bigger number) in other lakes.

Good safari experience!
Guide Felix very knowledgeable of all the areas and fauna, we managed to see amazing lions and leopards in action, always going the extra mile even during game en route!
Hotels selection not satisfactory in Arusha, rest of the locations pretty fine.

Great experience in Kenya
The safari tour was amazing - the guides knew the area very well and were very knowledgeable. Our main guide was Morris (sp?), and he was fantastic. He knew detailed information about all animals that we came across, and also shared with us interesting facts about the various areas we drove through. Service throughout the trip was excellent.
Communication was good, considering how big of a group we had, and that we were booking from abroad. Our needs were accommodated, and our expectations were met. The trip was well-organized, and guides were flexible, allowing us to change the itinerary slightly when we needed to. While we enjoyed the food at all of the lodges, some of the packed lunches en route could have been better.
Overall, we had a good experience and we would book with Lets Go Travel again.

Excellent connect
Mr Erastmus was very prompt in communication - when we arrived in Kenya - he explained itinerary in detail. The tour was largely good - there was small hiccup which was clarified by him . Overall pleased with the tour as safety , lodges , meals , animal sightings were perfect.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by loddeur
Beautiful park to drive through. In the season we went, most wildlife was not in the park so the density was not high. Nice views and a different feel than the serengeti but hard to find good sightings.

Very special park with varying habitats. Really diverse wildlife and every corner reveals something new. Lots of trees and bushes.

A good first safari!
There are a few companies that sound similar to Twins Adventures, so it was hard to know who exactly we had booked with. Mr Zinga was very good about getting back to us and explaining who they were, but having something official from a website with phone #s that were consistent as confirmation would have solved this.
The downside: the jeep ride, without a/c, on bumpy and dusty roads for 5+ hours each way was tough. Although staff was lovely, the lodge we stayed in near the park was subpar - from food to electricity and on.
The upside: Mr Zinga and Isaiah ( a student working with him) were excellent guides and knew the park well. In addition to being knowledgeable, they were interesting people and did everything in their power to provide us with a wonderful experience.
