Our Tour Guide Black Santa is so good at his job so much knowledge so good at tracking and spoting animals from far away. He even goes out of his way to do his very best to find u animals eg Lions.
If you book with this compwny you will be well taking care of the park was very good tge place we stayed for one night was amazing with a swimming pool in a safari park. Great views so many memories and photos. And at a very good price you will love Black Santa, you are in safe hands with this man.

An exciting safari wildlife tour
5/5

Our safari with Rubi Tanzania Adventures was unforgettable. We were lucky to see the Big Five across Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater, with incredible close-up wildlife encounters. The guides were knowledgeable, professional, and great at spotting animals. The itinerary was well planned, transport comfortable, and every detail handled smoothly. An exciting, well-organized safari we’ll remember forever.

Really helpful and went out of his way to make the experience worth every minute
5/5

They were responsive, incredibly easy to work with, and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience at Nairobi National Park and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Our guide took us to the best spots to see some of the Big Five and offered great recommendations for buying curios and local jewellery. I would highly recommend them.

The tour in French was excellent, as was the Winnipeg organization, the driver Frank, and the translator Mussa.
5/5

It was an incredible safari! The hotel at Mikumi Park, Bastian Camp, was beautiful and very clean. We had unforgettable days. The service was impeccable; everything was perfect. Our guide, Mussa, explained everything to us, our driver, Frank, transported us to see the animals, and Winni organized everything for us. Thank you!

Safari to Umkumbe , Sabi Sand from Johannesburg.
5/5

Fantastic safari organised by Safariwithus . Andre, Micheal and Sakra were easy to deal with, quickly answered our questions and organised a trip which was ideal for us , two older women travelling together , and at a good price. Everything worked like clockwork , despite big issues with flooding in the Kruger . We were kept informed at all times and issues were minimal. Our driver , Thabo was punctual, safe and respectful . The game lodge team at Umkumbe were wonderful .

Jocky Tours and our guide Johhny did a great job
5/5

I'm happy that we booked through Jocky Tours. Our guide, Johnny, was excellent and put a lot of effort in so that we experience the Masai Mara in the best way possible. We saw rare sightings and even saw the Big 5 in a single morning before 12:00. We also spent time looking at the smaller animals and birds.

Great experience!
5/5

We had a 5day safari through Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha. Our Captain was Moses and he is an all round professional. Huge wildlife knowledge, great driving skills and a big comedian as an extra! Somehow we were always at the right place, right time and were greeted by the animals really close. And for my fellow tall guys (6ft9), the land cruisers with open up roofs have plenty of space!

A Disappointing and Overpriced Experience with a Problematic Guide
2/5

I regret to say that my safari with Axis Safari fell far short of expectations, especially considering the significant price I paid. I booked what was described as a mid-luxury tour to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru.

My primary issue was with the value. For the price (approximately $1000), I expected a consistently good standard. While the first lodge was excellent, the accommodation at Lake Nakuru was, in my opinion, very poor. The room was tiny, the food for dinner and breakfast was disappointing, and excessive noise made it impossible to sleep well. I was traveling with others who had booked the cheapest option, and from my perspective, I could not see a justified difference in the quality we received for the extra cost. I feel I did not receive value for my money.

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly worsened by our guide/driver, Yasin. His demeanor was consistently grumpy and he appeared annoyed by our questions about the animals or the tour. He was frequently on his phone while driving and while we were on game drives. He would often start driving without warning while we were still standing up taking photographs, which felt disrespectful and unsafe.

The most unacceptable incident occurred one day in the vehicle. After a misunderstanding about the itinerary for the following day, I tried to clarify. Yasin became very angry, stopped the car, and raised his voice at me in front of the entire group. This outburst made everyone extremely uncomfortable and was utterly unprofessional. While he apologized later that day, the incident left me feeling very upset and it ruined that entire day of the safari for me. His general inattentiveness, fast driving, and lack of guiding commentary made me feel he was more of a disinterested driver than a guide.

The Masai Mara itself is absolutely breathtaking and worth visiting. However, based on my personal experience—feeling overcharged for uneven quality and being subjected to a guide whose behavior was, at times, unprofessional and intimidating—I cannot recommend Axis Safari. I believe there are operators who would provide better value and more respectful, engaged service for a similar price.
