Our tour operator was the perfect mix of delight, knowledge and experience. Would choose him again.
After spending 5 days in Kenya, we have one regret only: not spending more days there. We were lucky enough to have seen it all: the big five, the angry five, elephants crossing in front of the Kilimanjaro, the wildbeest crossing the Mara river, black and white rhinos and lion cubs of all sizes just to name some of it. With the help of Beryl we were able to organize a trip where we had the opportunity to visit several parks and thinking back, we wouldn’t have skipped a single one of them.
James, our tourguide was a real pleasure to meet. Always there, always upbeat, trying to teach us about the culture, about the animals, giving us tips and answering all our questions, no matter how silly they were. One can tell, he does really enjoy what he is doing and he is doing it exceptionally good. If anyone asks for a recomendation in the future from us, no doubt we will tell them to go for Morningstar and specially, to ask for James! We are already wishing we could go back.

The best communication I have ever received in any industry was from Seresa safaris,detailed in every state and very informative. Their services were excellent, what was promised in the itinerary was exactly delivered, the guide Mr Joshua was always up and ready to pick us every morning before we could even wake up.The guide was very knowledgeable with the wild and each and every animal and bird by name and history.we received value for what we paid and I will always recommend them for being reliable to us. I Recommend a visit to Maasai Mara ,Serengeti and Ngorongoro, this destination carry the meaning of a safari.

Ernest and his colleague took excellent care of us. They picked us up from the airport and took us to a beautiful location in Ruaha National Park. Well-intentioned, responsive, local, caring but maybe lack experience to deliver to certain standard
Generally communicated well and were very responsive in the period leading up to my and my 9-year old's 6D/5N Okavango camping safari.
Well-intentioned, attentive and caring team with good local knowledge during the tour period. BUT there were some significant issues that substantially negatively impacted the quality of the tour and our experience: (1) On our arrival in Maun, the team were not adequately prepared for our tour despite us having booked months in advance. We were left waiting for 3+ hours while the team "bought supplies". As a consequence, we left Maun late, arrived at and set up at our first camping location well after dark, and missed a scheduled game drive, (2) there was a big difference between the indicative photos of camping accommodation provided in the pre-tour period, and the actual accommodation when we were there, (3) after arrival the team often seemed unaware of the agreed itinerary, changes to it and their necessity/rationale were not well communicated to us, and some planned activities did not happen e.g., 2 game drives, walking safari, boat trip (though apparently sometimes for reasons beyond the team's control), and (4) there were no seatbelts for passengers in the vehicle. Overall, I do not think these issues were intentional and probably related to a lack of adequate experience in delivering a product to a certain level.

Unforgettable experience for the whole life
We have selected the private tour for our family of 3 people to 4 national parks with the Company. We have visited Tarangiri, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara national parks. The parks we are 100% recommend are Serengeti and Ngorongoro, two other parks are not mandatory, better to stay in Serengeti for 2 days. Serengeti is full of different animals, it is like live pictures from the National Geographic. Ngorongoro is an interesting place by its nature, you will see thousands of zebras, buffalos and wildebeests. We have very good guide Regy with us and we have seen all big 5 with him and a lot of other animals, for an example cheetah hunting and eating antelope. We had the following accommodations: Marera Valley Lodge (all good, but be prepared for very slow wi-fi only near reception) and Friend’s Camp in Serengeti (all very good). The food in accommodations is good, lunches to go can be different, sometimes they are not tasty and included overcooked chicken. We also recommend to visit Masai village, absolute value for money, very interesting. Overall impression: it was very interesting adventure we can recommend to everyone and plan to repeat! Thank you the Company for good organisation!

Very Good service and customer friendly.
We organized a lunch at the Lookout Cafe, sunset cruise and guided tour of the falls and we had a wonderful time, the guides were absolutely amazing. Lookout Cafe is a must do , what a wonderful view. We highly recommend Bushshrike Safaris and they’re very accommodating.

Incredible Trip! Jackson is the Best Guide in Kenya
We had an incredible trip with Jacmiya Safaris from July 11th to 15th, 2026. We were lucky to have Jackson as our guide. He is the best guide, driver, and spotter! He was very friendly and helpful to us. He was always making sure we had everything we needed, making us laugh, and sharing fascinating facts about the animals we saw. It was hard to say goodbye because we became good friends! I highly recommend this company, and especially Jackson, as true professionals!

Elias was fantastic
Highlights of our trip was the Serengeti, we saw so many big cats, it was amazing. The crater was good too. All the accommodation we stayed at was unique, and an experience adding to our safaris. We did the hot air balloon and had breakfast on the open plains, it was great, highly recommend.
