Jaz didn't just guide us, he shared Uganda with us from the heart...
Uganda was an incredible trip and a big reason for that was JAZzzz the man...
He was patient with us, always accommodating whatever we asked for without a single complaint. Uganda is all about the drives and treks and everything in between.. and Jaz handled it all so well, from the scenic routes to the food stops, the street markets and the beautiful stays along the way.. we wrapped up the trip dancing and laughing at a local party with his friends, the perfect way to end and an already unforgettable journey..

Immaculate organisation, great experiences, spot on communication and excellent tour guide
Our family of 5 (kids between 11 and 15) was perfectly taken care of right from the initial planning through to organisation and execution. The communication through Jamie Carew was excellent and the execution of our tour through our tour guide Frank was outstanding. The tour was tailored to our needs, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and attentive to our family requirements. Perfect mix of culture, nature and information. Frank facilitated for our special wishes where possible, was super knowledgeable and reliable and gave us always enough space to enjoy our privacy as a family when needed while always being there for us. Couldn't have wished for anything better.

The absolute BEST. Can not find fault with Netherken Safaris. Our Guide Mahmud was brilliant.
The very best safari with the absolute BEST guide, Mahmud. He was very professional, answered all my many questions, went out of his way to ensure we seen as many of the wild life as possible, and we did. Wonderful experience, we have made a very good friend in our guide. We will definitely return using Netherken,
easy to book, friendly, everything ran smoothly. We will request Mahmud on our next trip. Thank you Netherken and thank you Mahmud

One of the best travel experiences we could have hoped for with Classic Explorers
Our two-week trip took us through Kenya and Tanzania. We started in Nairobi, then a visit to Amboseli National Park, where we were lucky to catch a clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro. From there we continued into Tanzania, exploring Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, before returning to Kenya to spend the last days in the Maasai Mara.
Each park had its own character and highlights. Every game drive brought something new — from giraffes, elephants, and hippos to lions, leopards, hyenas, and buffalos. We were able to see everything we had wished for.
The lodges recommended were all very good and added to the overall experience.
But what truly makes a once-in-a-lifetime trip like this unforgettable are the people — the guides you spend so much time with. Nixon, Moses, and Samuel were all fantastic: attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. A very special thank you to Nixon — we spent almost half the trip with him, and he is truly one of a kind, a man with a kind heart.
Finally, thank you, Anges and Benson, for being so attentive to every detail and for putting so much care into creating an experience we will never forget.

The best guide in my life
Ethiopia is truly a beautiful and diverse country we wanted to see and our destination was Lalibela, Gondar, Simien Mountains, Tigray with Gheralta rock heaven churches and Danakil Depression.
And I we very lucky to accidentally find Mulugeta in internet..
From the first correspondence, I felt what an educated, kind and warm person he is. And really- he studied in areas including Addis Ababa, Gondar, Aksum, and Lalibela, his deep knowledge of history, religion, and local legends brings every site to life, age is incredible warm person too. Remember when we first met in Lalibela, I realized what a fantastic atmosphere we would have during the entire trip. He is really an extremely educated person, very intelligent, sociable, with a sense of humor, a dedicated to his work person. The atmosphere during the trip was so special that we all felt like a big family.
Although many unforeseen things happened during the trip and we even had health problems several times, Mulugeta took care of everything so professionally that we felt safe with him. I am very grateful to him for all the time we spent together and the efforts he made to make our trip unforgettable. All the group, we were very happy with him and not only that, we found a friend for life,
Thank you, Mulugeta, for your wonderful job. I hope we will meet again

Excellent service during a 7-night safari trip
Just returned from a 7-night safari trip in Zimbabwe booked through Cuckoo Safaris and they were fabulous to work with. I had so many questions and had to make several changes but Tatenda was always patient and willing to help.
After being picked up at Victoria Falls airport, we spent two nights at the Hwange Safari Lodge. We had three game drives during the two days and saw amazing animals. Our guide, Laz, was informative and knowledgeable. The lodge itself was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We are not fans of buffet meals and unfortunately, they seem to be the standard at hotels in Zimbabwe. We were able to order from an a la carte menu, and while it was limited, the food was good. The lodge has a watering hole in the back, so wildlife viewing was abundant right on the property.
We transferred back to the town of Victoria Falls and stayed at the wonderful Samanzi boutique hotel. This is perhaps the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Only 16 rooms, each with pool access and sun beds, and a beautiful attention to detail. The food here was wonderful, including cooked-to-order breakfast in addition to self-serve items. While in Victoria Falls, we had a tour of the falls with a terrific guide Simon; he was also able to assist us with several errands. We also had a sunset cruise hosted by Pure Africa which included canapes & drinks; the local gin is wonderful. Finally, we had an evening game drive & BBQ at the Stanley & Livingston game reserve. Our guide, Africa, did an excellent job and the food was tasty. We had one completely free day, and which we enjoyed relaxing at the hotel.
Finally, we transferred to the Cresta Mowana Safari Resort in Kasane, Botswana. Our driver, Shelton, handed us off to his counterpart in Botswana who helped us with the border crossing. We really appreciated this assistance; we could have done it on our own but having his experience made the process simple. We had two game drives in Chobe National Park that were guided by Figo. He did a good job with the drive but was perhaps a bit fast; however, this may have been because he knew we had seen a lot in Hwange and was specifically trying to find us a leopard. Cresta Mowana was our least favorite lodging location due to its size and food quality. This property seemed to cater to large bus groups and didn’t seem to know what to do with a group of just 2 people. Our final activity was a boat safari guided by July who was excellent finding and getting great views of the animals. He was very knowledgeable about the different species of wildlife. This was one of our favorite activities because we were able to see the animals from a different perspective.
We had one more transfer back to Victoria Falls airport with Shelton. Both he and Simon were excellent at sharing the local culture and customs. We enjoyed learning from them and getting a broader world view.
Throughout the entire trip we were able to be in contact with the Cuckoo Safari office through WhatsApp. All our questions were quickly answered, and concerns were addressed. I would recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future. A huge thank you to all their staff for make our trip to Zimbabwe so memorable.

The best Tanzania tour organizer
I had the most unforgettable trip to Zanzibar with my sister, thanks to Pangolin! Everything was perfectly organized, making the whole experience smooth. Zanzibar was pure paradise from the stunning beaches and turquoise waters to the rich culture of Stone Town. Our guide’s passion and knowledge made every excursion feel extra special.
My sister and I enjoyed this trip far beyond our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, the meals delicious, and the service truly exceptional. Pangolin’s attention to detail made the entire journey magical. I’ll always treasure these memories and can’t wait to travel with them again!

Great provider. If you look nowhere else, you won't be disappointed
We had a custom 6-day safari with the great migration and an extension in Zanzibar organized by Renatus, curated by Jackson and guided by Ernest. Safari Soles is a great team, extremely responsive, prompt and reassuring.
Thanks to Ella McKendrick, we received estimates from a handful of companies, but Safari Soles always stood out by being the quickest to respond, the most flexible, the most transparent and the leading edge on value for money. Our decision process was laborious because we knew we would probably only get on go at a safari, but Safari Soles was always the most patient and helpful with us, and this carried through the entire safari.
Our guide was Ernest who we would ask for again if we went back, and who we highly recommend. We developed deep trust in Ernest's instincts, but also his manner. He was always patient with us, knowledgeable, prepared, punctual and extremely friendly. Ernest always kept us informed about what was going on and why we were going where we were going, and he never tired of our constant questions. It was a pleasure to share that time with him and we consider him a friend.
All our accommodations worked exactly as they were explained to us. We didn't have to worry about anything but showing up. All our questions during the trip were promptly answered by Jackson and the staff at the office, and everything was clear.
