Professional,competent and reliable tour operator
5/5

The experience in the Mabamba swamp area was amazing. Lots of birds to be seen and fotographed. And finally we also found the famous shoebill. The tourguides were very competent and friendly. Really can recommend to visit as I really enjoyed my trip.

Amazing 9 days Victoria Falls Chobe via Elephant Sands and Okavango Delts
5/5

We did a 9 days Victoria Falls to Okavango delta experience. We started communicating with Munshe Manson on Gmail and he explained all the details of the tour to us and he is also a good communicator faster on replying email.

When we arrived at Victoria Falls International Airport we meet our guide Delight, he was so welcoming and he gaves us our itinerary and explained everything in details. At this point l know everything was organised.

Late afternoon we did the sunset cruise, Delight was waiting with us at the reception to make sure we were picked up on time. We also did the guided tour of Victoria Falls with Delight as our guide, he is so fun and had alot of knowledge around the Victoria Falls

The game drive and cruise safari in chobe National Park was one of a kind experience we enjoyed every details and we saw alot of animals

All l can say that the activities were mixed well safaris and leisure activities. At elephant Sands we were resting while the elephant come the water hole to drink water and that was my highlight of the trip. Imagine wild elephant 50meters away from you, they seems friendly. I like that experience.

We then proceed to 3 days 2nights okavango delta camping it was amazing the chef and the guides were really good to us. Explaining everything to us and also taking good care though the delta walk was so tiresome. We did the mokoro excursion and cultural village tour in the camp as well.

I really recommend this type of safari camping for someone looking for a budget trip. Talk with Fuhara Safaris team they will make sure you enjoy the trip

Responsive and personalized
5/5

This is intentionally a short review intended to address my primary concern before the trip - using a tour operator on the basis of online reviews. We put our $$ and our families in the hands of people we had never met based on the glowing review, but I still had some nagging doubt until we saw them standing in front of us at the airport. I could have easily address these concerns by requesting a video chat session, which they would have gladly done, and built that overseas trust earlier. If you have any similar concerns, I suggest you do this b/c Wislay and Geoffrey are fantastic.

They were so extraordinarily responsive before the trip that we were able to completely personalize the itinerary (you're not restricted to the standard packages!). The lodgings were great and our driver Lee was conscientious and took care of us the whole time. The itinerary included lovely surprises such as a boat ride to feed the eagles, a stroll through a sanctuary, and a visit to a Masai village. On the return, we had multiple flight delays and they took care of everything for us.

Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Bad experience
1/5

I recently booked a safari tour with Optimum Travel, but the experience was not at all what I expected. The vehicle did not arrive on time, and the guide seemed very inexperienced. The spots were not seen properly because the guide was in a hurry. At some places, we were not allowed to stop and take pictures.
Also, the quality of the food was very average.
I thought it would be a bit professional service, but the management was very average. I will try another company in the future.

Amazing experience, highly recommend!
5/5

We had an amazing experience with Kisambi Tours for our first trip to Tanzania’s national parks. We planned and booked our trip and lodges directly from Italy, with the help of Elisante. Everything went smoothly and safely.
The trip was perfect, Joseph, our guide, was very professional and we were extremely satisfied with every stop and every lodge along the way. We’re also happy to highly recommend the local guides we met during our journey: Ali for Kilimanjaro, Isaia (a Maasai) for Lake Natron, and Heyden for the visit to Materuni and the coffee plantations.
Highly recommend Kisambi Tours – professional, responsive, and well-organized.

Incredibly flexible, local expert
4/5

I rode alone with Rene— he was inbetween group trips! I got the most wonderful, local experience— mix of city, countryside asphalt, and off road cycling. We even rode inside a wildlife conservation area. Accomodations were lovely, and exposure to authentic Kenyans ( speaking English as well as Swahili) were provided. Food transportation and lodging were excellent! Would have been great with a group! EXACTLY as advertised!

Amazing Safari Experience
5/5

I recently completed the 6-Day Ultimate Apes and Wildlife Safari with Lulu Safaris Uganda, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, combining unforgettable wildlife encounters with rich cultural experiences.
Highlights included golden monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park, an incredible gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi, and chimpanzee tracking in Kalinzu Forest.
Each lodge was comfortable and well-located, and my guide was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. Every detail of the trip was well-organized, and I felt safe, informed, and completely immersed throughout. I highly recommend Lulu Safaris Uganda to anyone looking for a truly meaningful and memorable African safari experience.

safari good, driver bad
3/5

Safari was 5/5⭐️ because we saw the big 5 and went to nice places.
Driver (Ben) was 1/5⭐️ because he didn’t care about us a a group, he never talked with us, just when we asked something, he made us wait for 45 mins without saying anything and then he couldn’t even say sorry, he was very unsympathetic and cold, and when you experience a safari just once in your life, then this should not be your driver !!!
because „the driver makes the safari“
