We highly recommend Soul of Madagascar. Working closely with their office, we were able to build a customized tour to meet our needs. The agency provided fantastic guidance (re: the itinerary, hotels, transportation, timing, etc.) which made the process of figuring out "what to do" less daunting. We had separate guides and drivers for our time in Antananarivo & Andasibe (Eric & Nicholas) and Morondava (Gervos and Ariel) - as we opted for an internal flight to avoid the long, rough roads between the two regions. All the staff we worked with were absolutely amazing. They also all spoke English (and some of them French), and were extremely attentive and accomodating. We also are so thankful for Theresia, who was our main contact at the head office. She was always extremely responsive (even late at night) and always found a solution for us. She and her team always went the extra mile, which made our trip to Madagascar one that we will always remember. Five stars!

Great service and wonderful experience!
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a short amount of time in the extension of a work trip, and had no idea that I would get to see and experience so much greatness in two days! I was picked up by a nice and safe driver and got to see both a beautiful and spectacular waterfall, a fantastic boat trip on the Nile (got to see many hippos, beautiful birds, elephants, crocodiles etc). - magical. The lodge I stayed at (Paraa) was nice, with great view over the Nile and great food. The safari experiences were amazing - both in the afternoon and early morning. I even got to see lions chasing a herd of buffalo and catching a calf! I was transported back to Kampala/Entebbe in good time for my flight home. Had good lunch at a place with a nice garden on the way. There are many hours in the car but, so much to see on the way, and I felt very safe and looked after all the way. Thanks to Simba for all the arrangement and very good service!

A perfect Safari experience
A very professional and reliable team, whether it is pre-communication, landing and pick-up, or the whole Safari trip, are all arranged perfectly. In the early stage, Innocent has a fast response speed. He contacted us first after we sent out the demand. And because we are Chinese, he can communicate with us efficiently on WeChat and patiently answer our questions, and can give custom itineraries according to our needs. Our guide, Dickson, is a very professional and reliable person, very knowledgeable, and has a good eye. He can see the animals from a long distance and accurately tell us the specific names of the animals, which is amazing. He helped us collect the "Big Five" of Africa, we even saw the white rhinoceros!The whole trip, whether it is the hotel or the diet, is very perfect, which has brought us an unforgettable African Safari trip. Next time we have the opportunity, we will go to explore nature again.

My son went to track and we were very much worried as he is only 17 yrs and was going alone with his another teen friend. But Kili climb gave them a family atmosphere and inspiration that he could summit. They were supportive all the time and communicated all updates to us. That we were relaxed at home.

Everything went smoothly!
Alonso did a great job leading the way! I was the only one on this trip which it made it even more personal. Gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trekking are a once in a lifetime experience. Jason helped organize everything and answered all my questions before I left. While on the trip, Alonso was there to greet me at the airport right away and showed me the best spots in Uganda. Truly unforgettable.

Great Safari experience in Kenya
Our safari journey with JungleRoam was great! Chesi was incredibly helpful in customizing our itinerary, always responsive to our questions with great patience and timely replies. Very carefull and quicky answers
We did the 3 days fly in and out from Zanzibar to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, it was remarkable. Its a life time experience and we hasld the best treatment and support from the Mountain Warriors Tour. Our driver and guide, Marco, was amazing and helped us to find the big 5 in only 3 days. We loved and recommend it!

Smooth and seamless trip planner!
