With Hamsa as Guide it was a awesome experience!
I had a rountrip through Uganda with the national parks, nature walks, shimpanzees, gorillas and the lake Buyonye. My guide Hamsa was the best! He show and explain me so much about the animals the nature and the people who live there! The lodges and the meals there was really awsome and i enjoyed it much. The organsiation of the routes and the timetables where also really good.

First Safari, Saw It All
Seasoned traveler, only my second tour, and first safari. I chose Good One Tours through safaribookings.com because at the time, they were the only ones offering anything longer than 6 days. I selected their posted 8-Day safari, was able to swap out the cultural village tour day for a walking safari in Arusha National Park, and was pleased with the discounted quote - which I paid in advance in two installments using their secure Pesapal online payment system. In trying to prepare the best I could, Gadiel was always quick to answer questions saying everything was provided - which was not always the case. On arrival, my hotel had changed...as the provided itinerary states is a possibility, and Gadiel came to the hotel to explain my itinerary had also changed - based on grouping me with another tour company that was leaving the following day with room for a solo traveler visiting Tarangire, 3-days in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater (which were the safari highlights and would have been sufficient), and Lake Manyara National Park - which I currently do not recommend due to climate change rising waters of the lake, loss of grasslands, and slash and burns happening all over the park to recreate habitat for the minimal animals seen. Otherwise, I spent only two days with Good One Tours and Martin was definitely the highlight as my guide and driver for Arusha National Park, Napuru Waterfalls, and return to JRO airport. He was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely interested in connecting and sharing with me on numerous levels beyond my just being another customer. He was not constantly on his phone, trying to pass me off to strangers, attempting to 'witness' debate me about Christianity and religion, and I never would have made it to/from Napuru Falls without his help navigating the said "30-minute walk" with undisclosed steep trail, slippery rocks, and crossing a rushing stream at least 7 times. He has a resilient passion for people and being the best guide and host possible. For the payment system and Martin, I can recommend Good One Tours but be prepared for 'luck of the draw' to what you finally get once there. Even with the worst of inconveniences, it's still a 5-star experience and just another part of the adventure.

Professional, Reliable Organisation, knowledgeable guide - incredible experience.
The tour with Manka was great all the way through. Very professional organization and communication beforehand - safe drivers, great food, incredibly knowledgeable guide who drove us to alle the great spots in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and gave valuable insights into wildlife and animal behavior, information about plants and history of the park. He had been a guide for 20 years and knew the area inside out.
We saw all the big 5 and so much more.
Overall an amazing experience, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special, awe-inspiring Safari experience!

Making our safari the best
We took a safari during low season, so there wore less animals and less turist. Our accommodation were nice, very quiet and relaxing and good food. The guide try very hard to show all the animals and we learn alot from the driver. Very nice experience!

Spectacular Safari
Our first safari was spectacular experience was amazing.
From the start, Wayne was fantastic and very quick to respond with detailed and professional service. Was able to accommodate and tailor to suit our needs and communication was quick and answered all our questions prior to trip.
Umkumbe Lodge was a superb location - all staff at site went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time.
Sabi Sands is breathtaking.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Trustworthy company, professional and dedicated guide
Guides Heaven and Davido took our family of three on a tour of national parks such as Amboseli in Kenya, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire in Tanzania.
Our guide has excellent eyesight and has discovered numerous animals along the way. He has seen lion and cheetah families, herds of elephants, rhinoceroses, and even shown us how lions and cheetahs eat other animals.
Our guide arrives at the hotel to pick us up before the agreed time every day. Every morning, we find that the guide has cleaned the inside and outside of the car and filled it with frozen drinks and snacks.
Heaven is a very thoughtful guide who introduced us to a lot of animal knowledge and precautions. His driving skills are very good. When encountering bumpy roads, he always decelerates in advance to reduce vehicle bumps, which brings us a very good riding experience. He is also very friendly to children, always caring about their emotions and getting along well with them. My 6-year-old child really likes him.
All our itinerary arrangements are in accordance with the contract, including hotels and attractions.

From the beginning Lucy was very helpful and quick in her reply with ALL of our questions. It’s hard enough to book a trip from a distant and a little bit scary to transfer money you don’t know where to end up. But the cooperation with Gatelinks was reliable and professional, we are very pleased with both service before and during our trip.
If we could change anything: We should have been more clear about respecting the animals over getting a nice picture. Many vehicles surrounding the animals up close - awful feeling.
High value for our money. We ended up paying 400$ extra for a stay at Kibo Safari Camp in Amboseli, but it was one of the best. Good communication with driver on Whatsapp. High level of knowledge from our driver John. Thank you for an amazing trip!

I had 5 days safari tour with Emanuel’s team. Including tarangire, serengeti, ngorongoro and lake manyara national parks. You can skip tarangire and lake manyara and you can spend more time on serengite and ngorongoro in my view. Because you can see all animals in serengeti and ngorongoro. And i will never forget two places where i stayed 3 nights; suricata boma lodge and ngorongoro ang’ata lodge. I started to miss there.
Briefly, everything went well but of course they need some improvements. First, please keep your beers cold :). In all operators, as far as i see, cars are little bit old. Yes roads are tough in deed but some cars need maintenance.
Our tour guides were perfect, they are really good drivers. Especially, with Pendeal. I can even go to space with him :).
At the end of the day I can recommend Crater Explorer to every one without doubt.

Very good organisation
We did the 5-day safari, Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Manyana, traveling as a family, from 4 to 76 years old, and it was a great experience for everyone. The trip was excellently organized. Good accommodations, especially surprising and beautiful, the overnight stay in the Safari Heaven Camp. I have rarely experienced so much hospitality and not so much luxury in the bush either. Mike, our guide, took us to all the animals we could see, endless numbers. He served us every day a good lunch. He is very likeable, smart, a great driver, we liked him from the first moment.
We thank Mike and Benaiah, how orgenized it all.
