Unforgettable Experience!
I recently went on a safari tour with Cuckoo Safari and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, and we got to see an amazing variety of wildlife up close in their natural habitat.
What really made the tour special was our guide Simon—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the local culture. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time on all our activities (which were also fantastic), answering all our questions with such enthusiasm.
It was a perfect balance of adventure, comfort, education, and breathtaking scenery. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Amazing experience
I had a really good time and it was an amazing experience seeing the animals in their natural habitat. I booked a day trip, but we started the game drive around 4pm, which limited how much we could see—I only managed to spot two of the Big Five. It would be great if they could adjust their timings for day visitors so there's more time to explore. Overall, it was still a memorable experience, and the guide was fairly okay.

Heidi set us up with a wonderful tour that incorporated all the places and experiences we desired.
We were really pleased with all aspects of our South African trip. We experienced a variety of areas that gave us a view to the diversity of the country and we met several interesting people along the way. We loved the energy and wonderful restaurants of Cape Town, which were an incredible value and excellent quality. Our local Cape Town guide, Ryan was entertaining, smart, flexible and fun. We rented a car and drove to Stellenbosch for wonderful wines, more shopping and restaurants including The Fat Butcher, one of our favorites. We visited Franschhoek and also drove to Swellendam on the Garden Route and ended up in Knynsa with beautiful beaches and a wonderful sunset sailing trip. From the nearby airport in George, we made an easy flight to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. From there we went to Inyati Game Lodge for safari trips and also Ulusaba Game Lodge. Both were beautiful and in each place we found the team including the rangers and trackers were expert and also very fun to be with. We saw all the amazing animals we hoped to encounter and were very impressed by the overall conservation and management of the areas. Heidi Bedford prepared this great itinerary and we will remember this trip forever.

Satisfied
After postponing for a while, got a chance to experience the African Safari. Was lucky to see the animals that were apparently hard to spot, thanks to our guide who advised for the early morning Game Drive. I have no complaints on how I was handled by Wildscope team even on the last day to the Airport when I thought their job was done. Job well done!

Wonderful Namibia
We had a wonderful time in Namibia. All things organised by Viatu were great. The lodges were beautiful, with amazing views, friendly staff and great locations. Also the rental car was very comfortable.
De trip was well planned out, with great offers of activitities and superb locations. The drives are sometimes long, but on beautiful roads and landscapes.
We were glad that we had a combination of desert, mountains, safari's and seaside activities.

Top-notch experience with Kale Voyage Expedition
I did the 4-day shared Safari tour to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire national parks through Kale voyage. It is an on-point Safari tour company! It's reasonably priced, trustworthy and has a good liaison. I had some special requests, e.g. to pay the rest of my Safari payment on the morning the tour starts, and they made it all possible. They really did everything to make me feel comfortable. The owner (Oscar) went even beyond and helped me with other concerns regarding my travels in Tanzania and let me just say I'm super grateful to him. He was the most polite, kind and patient local I met on my one-month long solo trip in Tanzania. He even meets his customers before and after the Safari trip to make sure everything is fine. We had few beers together and it was fun.
I was joined with another group and tour company called Suricata Safaris. It's very common in general that Safari companies combine groups with each other if there's not enough people to fill in the car and make the tour possible. Suricata Safaris had the loveliest chef (James) and tour guide (Mandela). Food was good and the tour guide knew a lot about animals and the nature. However I wouldn't recommend doing the Maasai tribe tour optional to the Safari. It's only an hour long, you don't really get to see their culture and they will persistently sell you things. I think the selling is the main focus for the Maasai tour. Also 3-days would've been enough for the Safari. The days will be long and sometimes tiring but you will probably see a lot of animals. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were definitely the best ones to experience.
Only problem I had was with my health and getting to the hospital. I would've appreciated if the Suricata Safaris' tour guide was honest with me straight from the beginning about when I will be driven to the hospital. Apparently you cannot drive in the park when it's dark, but the bigger obstacle was the high entrance fee to the park you have to pay again for the whole group if you leave and come back to the park. I didn't know this and I was very scared about my condition since I also have type 1 diabetes. It wasn't nice living in the uncertainty. So if you have any health problems you should talk to your Safari company in advance and tell them you have an insurance in case of an emergency and you can pay for the required costs.
Anyways, this was not Kale voyages fault and they kept in touch with me and Suricata Safaris during that time. Everything turned out well in the end. Regardless of my health troubles I had an amazing and unforgettable Safari experience. I would recommend Kale voyage and especially Oscar from the bottom of my heart. He really cares about the customers and wants to make a good impact.
