The best experience in Africa with the best
We booked the Safari with Wakanda after a very exhaustive searching and after comparing many companies and it is the best decision we could make. Wakanda is a company that takes care of its customers, communication with them has been close and attentive from the beginning, they have attended to all our requests and questions without any problem. We arrived in Arusha and they came to pick us up at the airport, we also booked two nights in Arusha with them, they chose the Karibu Heritage House and it was a very good choice, we didn't have to worry about anything.
I would also like to remark that we lost our suitcases on the way so we did not have clothes or toiletries to do the Safari, but both, the company and our guide, helped us to buy everything we needed.
Our tour started from Arusha, and we did Tarangire first, the second day a cultural visit in Mto Wa Mbu (very worth it), then two days in Serengeti and finally the Ngorongoro crater and back to the airport. The Safari experience is incomparable, the accommodations were all very good within the category we chose, even the last day when we decided to sleep in a tent camp was great, an unforgettable experience.
Regarding the guide and the cook (we had a cook just for us) it has been the best part of the trip. Benji and Dullah, thank you very much. Benji speaks Spanish very well, he has taught us everything, answered questions, helped us and made things very easy for us from the beginning; Dullah has cooked us an excellents meals, it is not right to compare with other tourists, but seeing what they had on their tables we felt very lucky.
Thank you very much Wakanda and your entire team, we are lucky to have been able to count on you. It is an experience that we will not forget, we take a little piece of Africa to Spain in our hearts.

They make it easy
So you find yourself in Rwanda and maybe you want to see gorillas but have no idea how to proceed? That was me and I just happened to find this company on the internet. Don’t worry about anything just contact Frank and he will take care of all the details. Frank was very responsive and virtually everything he promised came true plus more… from the hotel to transportation even being able to arrange the gorilla trekking to be an easier trek. I know it’s a lot of money but this is a bucket list thing you should just do it , our driver Mohammed was more than courteous. My opinion is that you need a company to help you organize the details and if I ever come back to Rwanda or have any friends I will definitely use Golden Rwanda Safaris again. Paul is very friendly, responsible, and can speak Chinese. I highly recommend him.
The driver was very experienced and took us to see the animals up super close, we were lucky enough to see cheetahs and leopards, and the driver also told us the story of the cheetah brothers.
The operator speaks Mandarin and uses WeChat, which is very convenient for Chinese tourists.

Memorable experience, excellent customer service and value for money
We went to Maasai Mara with Bonafide Safaris and the experience surpassed all expectations. It was our firt time visiting and everything from transportation to accommodation and game drives was perfectly coordinated.
Customer service was a standout feature throughout our trip. William was so friendly and professional.
Our guide Jimmy was so knowledgeable and engaging. He ensured we made the most of our time, took us to prime wildlife viewing points and shared incredible insights about the Mara.
Accomodation at Maisha Mara was great. Friendly staff, food was good and rooms were neat. For us it was the swimming pool and bonfire every evening, the experience was so nice.
I'd honestly say it was worth it and value for our money. The package was perfect.

Good service for an affordable price, Expect Anything ;-)
Jimmy has been a wonderful friendly guide through out the tour. His careful but at the same time adventurous driving helped us to see good places in the park and our experience was great. He took time to explain each animal that we saw on the safari and so it was a good knowledge session as well. If you are with families/kids, Jimmy is the right person due to his careful driving.
The boarding facilities were reasonable and we were decently surprised with the food in a good way. Some delicious food for sure!

The guides were knowledgeable and made our game drives unforgettable. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. The accommodation was amazing, providing comfort and stunning views. Highly recommended for an unforgettable safari adventure! Price was great and worth every penny. Communication with staff beforehand was on point, while at the lodge staff kept us informed. Very reliable and we can't wait to go again!

Truffy is a very professional and kind trip consultant. She helps us get a good schedule of travel. Our itinerary is detailed and reasonable.
Alex he is our guider and driver, who has a lot of experience of safari.
The hotels in this trip are all great. We can got good sleeping per night.

Can't Be Reliable & Responsive More!
I contact Morning star via wechat from China. They are the only one can provide instant response to Chinese without what's app. Email is not efficient to deal with all complicated requirements and intime cases. They did pretty well.
Throughout the whole trip, I didn't even check the hotel condition before departure. Eveything they arranged just meet my expectation and requirment so well. The fact proves that their recommendations are worthwhile to take. I myself recommend one additional spot (I take it from social media), which is the worst of the whole trip, hah.
I have refered to my friends around. If you want mid-to-high level trip in Kenya, I would recommend them to your preferred list.
