Our experience with Makini started with our tour operator Naomi who patiently and expertly created our perfect trip. No detail was left to chance and thanks to her meticulous planning everything worked out perfectly . We were entrusted into the expert hands of Gift, our safari guide, an incredible young man with a deep love for nature which he gently conveyed to us. His knowledge and delicate manners allowed us to live every day at our pace without any imposition on his part. His magic lay in always being in the right place at the right time, whether it be during the game drive our while entering and exiting the parks. This allowed to see a bountiful amount of animals , including not only the BIG FIVE but the UGLY FIVE 😁. One last mention must be made for the superior driving, smooth and able. There is nothing but praise for MAKINI and the people that work in this fabulous group!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Very reliable and very good
Jennifer advises very well and answers all questions quickly and competently. We felt very well cared for from the beginning. The tour itself was indescribable. We were picked up by our driver in Kigali and taken to Uganda to Bwindi National Park. Our driver was a small treasure and quickly became part of the team. We really enjoyed the tour. Great lodges, all well organized.

From the second i got into contact with the Swahili safari escape team i had 100% trust, confidence, security and belief that they would deliver exactly what i wanted. I only did a short-ish tour but everything was so well organised from day dot, from arranging to meet myself in Arusha to picking me up, completing the tour and dropping me off was seamless. NO FAULTS WHATSOEVER!
I highly highly recommend this tour company to anyone out there that wants confidence when booking a tour as there are many people out there that sell the wrong idea and thought of it all from start to finish. 5 days between Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, with Mirambo.
Mirambo is an impeccable guide, with an incredible instinct for spotting big cats, we achieved our Big Five goal during our days with him. Incredible. He was extremely punctual and knowledgeable about the history of the parks and the descriptions of the various animals we encountered on the journey together.
The lodges and tented camps were beautiful and very well-organized, with helpful staff, ready to accommodate every need.

Reflect Africa Expeditions provides a small and intimate experience on an Botswana Safari.
Reflect Africa Expedition is unlike other safari operators or brokers due mainly to the company's personal approach to its clients. The owner Sox was great to work with from the start. He and I communicated regularly via WhatsApp. He understood my wishes, my budget and my idiosyncrasies and he did his best to accommodate. With his help I got an African themed lodging with reasonable price, and a private safari tour on Chobe. He did not assign other safari drivers but instead he did the game drive himself. Sox is also a dedicated environmentalist and he channeled much of his company's income to the non-profit organization to help the environment. Sox knows well the behaviors of various animals throughout Chobe and that helped get us saw many animals, including the elusive lion. Sox speaks English very well and that makes it easier for international travelers.
Sox is also a lover of Botswana and its unique Kalahari culture. I wish to attend another Botswana Safari with Reflect Africa in the near future.

A dream come true
An exceptionally well-organized and implemented safari by Peter - Pavillion Safaris and by Tony - our guide and driver!!! Everything went as described on the website. We enjoyed the beautiful reserves, and were lucky enough to see many animals, including the big five, as well as natural beauties. Although with an average budget, the program was executed wonderfully: the overnight stays in the hotels and lodges were excellent - clean, comfortable and cozy, the food was very good. We felt safe the whole time. The people were very friendly. The plane was seven hours late, but Peter provided us with transportation to join the booked safari group on time, for which I thank you very much! Huge thanks also to Tony for taking good care of us and being able to present the reserves to us in the most beautiful part of them - nature and animals. I will recommend Pavillion Safaris to my friends. THANK YOU again for the pleasure you gave us!!!!

Nature at its finest!!
We had an unforgettable 4-day safari with Serengeti Smile where everything was tailored to our needs and organised by the company so the trip ran smoothly. Our driver, Abia, was superb - friendly and full of interesting facts which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The safari itself exceeded all expectations with memories made to last a lifetime. We managed to see the big 5 which was a spectacular view.
