Our driver guide is Kush，he is a very professional guide and driver. He also pay attention to what we need to and satisfy our needs, so we can be more close to many animals. He is also concerned about the safety and our emotion. Thanks for him to accompany us ！

A magical Safari
It was all perfect. Everything was very well organized: the global plan of the journey, the accomodations (wonderful hotels, nice food, great professionals), the drive. Everything was smooth. Of course, the National Parks were gorgeous and the observation of the animals magical.
Samy, our driver, was just perfect. He adapted to our tastes and rythms, is totally trustful, and a wealth of knowledge about the local fauna and flora. The van was perfect for our family of 5 to visit the parks and observe the animals.
Japheth has alsways been present and reactive from the first email till our last moment when we came back from the trip in Nairobi.
We are thankful for this wonderful travel and of the rich moments we lived.

Ngoni Safaris provided a well-planned, customized gorilla Safari
Gard was our amazing driver for our Safari trip from the Kigali Airport in Rwanda to our hotel and then on to crossing the border into Uganda and on to our Lodge in the Rwindi Impenetrable Forest (and back again at the end). He always had bottled water available for us in the car which mattered so much! We felt totally safe with his careful driving (as Rwandans drive on the right side and Ugandans drive on the left). He helped us negotiate security and immigration. We made lovely stops along the way to eat, photograph and purchase items.
In addition, Gard was so knowledgeable and shared his information with us during the trip from sites and wildlife along the drive, the history of the countries, to essential safety precautions. While at our lodge, he would meet with us each evening so we could prepare for the upcoming treks, helping us to rent gators, get masks, and review the supplies to pack. He would cheerfully drive us each day, multiple times (regardless of the early morning departures), and then diligently wait for us (for many hours) while we trekked. While he waited, he continued to educate himself by reading books on the bat populations and bird varieties in Bwindi, to share this knowledge with others. He had just completed his college degree in Accounting (amazing) and yet still continues learning.
One of the most admirable qualities that I appreciated in Gard was his calm and patient personality: nothing shocked him or frustrated him- he was always cheerful and helpful. We did have a Visa issue at the border and he calmly and patiently helped us maneuver through. We also had trouble with ATMs and he would cheerfully drive us to other ATMs until we had success. If we had a question or concern, he would find the answer. If I was getting car sick, he would drive slower and make stops along the way. Gard Florence is the one who made this trip a success, as he totally customized our tour to suit us individually. We highly recommend Gard, as he was definitely worth a generous tip!

Ngoni mistakenly double charged us when signing up which took some time to reverse the charges. We scheduled two days of Gorilla Trekng through Ngoni and they were amazing experiences which we will always treasure 💕 We had a beautiful cabin at the border of the impenetrable forest, with delicious meals and excellent service. The temperatures were very chilly in the evening inside the cabin, so they provided hot water bottle and blankets, which kept us warm. The hotel near the airport was excellent and the free transportation to and from the hotel/airport was beneficial.
This was an amazing once in a lifetime experience!

Greatest guide!
We had an amazing three days thanks to Savanna Sojourns and our guide George!
Even though we kept changing our plans on the third day and probably made things a bit tricky, the staff handled everything with such patience and kindness.
George was the perfect guide — he gave us all the info we needed about the animals, but never talked too much or interrupted our own conversations. He kept just the right balance, which made the trip super comfortable.
And of course, when it came to the animals, George really delivered! Using both his own instincts and tips from fellow guides, he made sure we saw everything we were hoping for. We got to spot all the animals on our list, and he answered every question we had. Honestly, it couldn’t have been a better three days.
If you’re on the fence, I can’t recommend Savanna Sojourns and George enough!

Truly amazing and unforgettable safari
We had an amazing safari experience with Serengeti Clarity. Our guide Eric is very nice and professional. We saw wildebeest giving birth, cheetah hunting, and lovely cheetah babies playing! Already recommended to friends.

Very reactive and helpful
The safari was magnificent! We saw the Big Five except for the leopard. These were moments of pure happiness for us.
Our guide, Ken, was very kind and attentive and did his best to help us spot all the animals. It’s clear that he has a great deal of experience.
We managed to take beautiful photos. The lodges were acceptable for the budget price, except for the lodges in the Maasai Mara, which were not very comfortable and offered very modest meals. I recommend asking to change them and paying extra, as we did.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I truly recommend doing the safari with Jockey Tours — very responsive with good communication.

He was friendly, kind and really knew his stuff.
We took a long safari to NgoroNgoro and Serengeti, and we managed to spot all the animals we wanted such as elephants, leopards, lions and many more. The service was impeccable with punctual timings and a great itinerary! Highly recommend!
