Well organized, highly professional, and offered a once in a life time opportunity.
Booked a private 3-day tour to Amboseli. The process from start to finish was well organized and highly professional, which led a smooth once in a life time experience. Several people in the office were quick to respond to my many questions via email prior to the tour. We were very fortunate to have John as our guide. He was thoughtful (for example, would turn down the radio while we were viewing the wildlife) and experienced (has a lot of knowledge about the land and animals and highly skilled at driving through difficult terrain), and it was obvious to me that he tried much harder than other guides around us to ensure we had the best view of the animals. I will happily recommend Jocky Tours to others.

Amazing five days in Tanzania National parks
We are just back from an amazing 5 day safari to Lake Manyara, South Serengeti, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park with Tanzanian Wildheart Adventures. When we booked the tour, Goodluck was quick to respond to our queries and organised the safari to our requirements. For me, one of the reasons for choosing this company was that the safari was just starting when we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, so it was really a 5 day safari. The safari vehicle was in very good condition, with good safety belts and suspension. Kefas, our safari guide, was already assigned in the contract. And with him we really had a great time during the safari and made the most out of these days. Apart from being a careful and safe driver, which was important as we had long distances to cover between the sites, he is an excellent guide who always gives good explanations about the different animals we saw - and we saw a lot. He gave us plenty of time to get a good impression of how the animals were behaving - if not sleeping. We were never in a hurry. Unexpectedly there were rains in the Serengeti, so he made the right decision to change the itinerary and we went first to South Serengeti because of the really heavy rain in Central Serengeti. It was only in the evening that we had to drive to our lodge in Central, which was quite an adventure as we had to pass through some very difficult places where the road was more of a river than anything else. So we were quite anxious to get to the lodge before dark. Again, Kefas remained calm and assured us that we would reach our destination safely - which we did. The next day we had a beautiful safari in Central with sunshine. Unfortunately it rained during our safari in the Ngorongoro Crater, but we still got to see lots of animals - it was just a different experience. We spent our last day in Tarangire with beautiful scenery, lots of elephants and giraffes and finally saw our first lion sleeping on a branch of an acacia tree ten feet above the ground. All the lodges on our luxury safari were really luxurious and we enjoyed our stay very much. At Ngorongoro Serena Lodge the rooms were even heated as it was quite cold in the evenings. We highly recommend Tanzania Wildlife adventures and Kefas as a guide. We can say, we came as strangers and left as friends.

Responsiveness, kindness and skills are words that perfectly describe this tour operator.
We booked 7 days private safari with Kiriwe Travel. We had 7 wonderful days! Kiriwe Travel was very responsive during the preparations, listening to all our wishes attentively. We were able to plan our entire stay together and choose our hotels.
Our guide, Geoffrey, was fantastic! Kind, speaking French very well, he took us from park to park (Arusha, Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) showing us all the possible wonders! A perfect safari!
Thank you very much

Great experience
I booked a 3 days/2 nights safari and I chose the Dumela tented camp. It was perfect, my tent was really comfortable with a fridge, AC and an ensuite bathroom. In the camp, there was a bar and a swimming pool. All the team at Dumela was nice. Shoot out to Rulen who is a very nice person and a very good cook and Suvi who is a nice person as well.
All the team (drivers) were nice and gave us all the necessary information. I had a blast at the Blue Canyon Reserve. Derrick and Prosper, our drivers put crazy energy to allow us to see as many as possible animals. It was the highlight of my trip. The next day at Kruger Park, it was good as well.
The only "bad" experience was the pick-up time/point. I waited for 1h at the lobby because there were some confusions.

Just good enough.
Generally speaking, the experience was quite good. However, there were some points that we did not like at all.
First of all, the visit to the "Masai village" from the Enkorok Mara Camp hotel. The hotel is very nice. However, we had a very bad experience with the visit to the “Masai village”. It is not worth visiting it at all. We were 2 adults and 1 kid. We pay 70$ for a 15-20 minutes visit plus the big market that they make ready just after finishing the visit to try to sell to you different kind of items.
Regardless of the cost, the worst point was the feeling we got after the visit. We felt that the only and main aim of the visit was to get money from the foreigners, not to show a real Masai village.
The hotel itself is not directly involved in this visit/activity, but they are aware of the situation. In fact, one of the hotel staff members were directly involved in the visit as an inhabitant of the Masai village. Therefore, they should advise their clients about the details of the activity.
Second one, we got the feeling that our guide was "just doing his job" without providing any extra advice or knowledge of many points related to the trip. For example, he does not advise us on how to deal with the shopping at the markets. He neither advise us on the visit to the Masai village. In fact, he even recommended us to go to the Masai village.
Therefore, it could have been quite better.

Amazing
We decided to book our safari with a local agency, and after our research, we chose Jungle Roam Safari.
We contacted Chesi, who was very attentive to our needs and concerns when designing our private tour based on our preferences. In our case, we did a 5-day, 4-night safari, visiting Amboseli, Nakuru, and Masai Mara. The selected hotels met our expectations, offering comfort and a good variety of food. A special mention goes to the SOPA LODGE chain.
Our guide, Rodger, was always attentive and available to our needs. He provided us with a lot of information about the country, its culture, and especially the parks.
Rodger knows the parks perfectly, explaining everything about their wildlife at all times and selecting the best routes and schedules for our safari. His deep knowledge of the area allowed us to see all the species in the parks we visited.
The highlight of our trip was experiencing “The Big Five.” Simply breathtaking.
Thank you so much for this incredible adventure—we will never forget it!

Amazing Safari experience
The guide was very responsible and led us through the entire Safari journey safely and smoothly. We got to see animals like elephants, zebras, wildebeests, lions, etc. up close. I'm extremely satisfied. Besides, the trip to the island was also a complete success, and I took many beautiful pictures of the scenery!

Wonderful,Safe.
My recent safari experience in the Tanzanian savannah was absolutely incredible! The vast landscapes and the sheer diversity of wildlife were beyond my wildest expectations. We were fortunate to see so many animals up close, from majestic lions and towering giraffes to herds of zebras and elephants. The highlight was definitely the moment we spotted a pride of lions resting under a tree—it was a sight I'll never forget. Our guide was exceptional, not only for his extensive knowledge about the animals and their habitats but also for his unwavering commitment to our safety. He navigated the terrain with ease and ensured that we reached our destination safely, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this safari experience to anyone who loves wildlife and adventure. It's truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

Great Guide! Flexible Company
For the most part the company did a good job of communicating particularly over WhatsApp. By far our highlight was our guide Rocky. Great Safari!
