Very kind mama and her staff
I chose Porcupine because the price was cheaper than other tour companies, but their service was the best.
When we exchanged e-mails, Mama Anna answered the questions well. She welcomed me when I arrived, and served me meals and drinks before and after the tour, so I didn't have to spend extra money.
Her daughter Abigail gave me Arusha Town tour before the safari. She was also as kind as her mother and the tour was quite interesting.
Even the safari driver Jonas was kind enough to take all the questions from the talkative group member, and he tried very hard to find leopards and cheetahs for us.
Among Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro was the best because of its temperature and atmosphere. But I recommend visiting all three places.
I didn't expect to receive such hospitality from the other side of the world. So I will recommend this company to my friends as well.

He knows where and how to find the animals
In total it was really good. We see a lot, also the Big Five. But I was wondered and surprised what was not included, like the Boatstour or the Walk with the animals. I took again a look of the Safari-Description but I didn't find these advices.
And also to see the animals very close was really nice, sure. But I don't think that it is good for the animals. And to breake rules by leaving roads was terrible. There is a reason why this is not allowed.

Phenomenal experience
A fantastic trip around Tanzania, which was organized according to: our plans. Serengeti Smile is a team of amazing people who do their best to satisfy their clients. At the beginning, we were a little worried because we only had contact via e-mails and we relied on opinions from the Internet. However, the contact was very professional and we always very quick received answers to all our questions. Eric answered my questions with great patience (over 50 emails) and dispelled every doubt I had. We traveled with a group of 10 friends and the trip around Tanzania was according to our plan (tailor-made), so Serengeti Smile had no easy task to meet all our expectations. However, they did a brilliant job and were also the most flexible in terms of pricing. The hotels they chose for us were incredibly comfortable, beyond our expectations, and they also organized internal flights for us. Everything was really perfectly planned and we are clients who travel a lot around the world, so our requirements are above average. Ayub Kileo and Baraka are dream drivers with enormous knowledge, experience and a great sense of humor. Our Safari wouldn't be the same without them, we saw a wildebeest giving birth, a white giraffe, and lions playing very closely. Serengeti Smile offered us hotels for a very reasonable price that were amazing, very comfortable and brilliantly located. This trip is one of the most successful and all thanks to the commitment of the entire Serengeti Smile team. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Exceeded expectations, amazing experience!
Fast, friendly efficient service from the beginning. Managed to get us booked onto the 4 day budget safari to Kruger National Park. Very competitive price and such great value for money. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. From the transportation from the airport through to check in at the lodge and organised safari and panoramic tour, everything was reliable and high quality. The lodge itself was very comfortable, great food, a 3 course dinner and breakfasts included as part of the price was fantastic. We saw the big 5 and loved the safari experience. Hospitality and all staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay even more! I would highly recommend booking any your with MoAfrika and look forward to doing more in the future
