The best!
Had an amazing experience doing the 5 day Safari in Tanzania! Went to Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Tarangire. Our guide, Vincent, was wonderful. Excellent driver who shared knowledge of the parks and animals, and gave us plenty of time for game drives. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best views and pictures! Met other solo travelers and enjoyed our 5 days traveling through the parks. I would highly recommend this tour, it is an experience of a lifetime!

life at lake Mburo National park
Travelling to Lake Mburo with Dav Safaris was all bravo, guide Amos made it as Professional guides do, he was really helpful to us, he made the tour enjoyful. Accomodation was very good in the hotel of Mestil where they cared for us like babies. On our way to Mburo it was amazing, we had to see the beautiful features of Uganda which guide Amos really explained to us. On reaching Lake Mburo we had boat cruise which was above our expectations, it was all fun at Lake Mburo. Great thanks go to guide Amos plus the entire Dav Safaris team for such wonderful preparations.

Trust is the issue. How can someone in the USA trust some company they don't know to set up a family tour in Africa? In some country so far away? For a lot of money? And trust they won't get duped or be unsafe, or just not have a fulfilling positive trip? Trust Kiboko. I did and still do. John and Trina have owned this company for a long time. John (Juma) is from Tanzania. He grew up around Lions, seriously. I spent 10 full days in country on a Safari showcasing all different kinds of camping. Woke up in the Serengeti in a little tent. Saw Ngorongoro Elephants from the porch of an elegant cabin. The drivers have encyclopedic knowledge of the flora and fauna. My driver spotted 3 lionesses in a tree (did you know they sometimes sleep in low trees?) three football fields away - without field glasses. I trust Kiboko. They changed my life forever. I still talk about it and I went with them when they were first putting the company together. Imagine how organized and professional they are after almost 20 years in business! One of a kind holiday
Our golf safari took in the golf of Kenya with a safari in the Masi Mara. We finished at Vipingo Ridge. Leonore from Africa Golf safari was superb. Book your safari with her and you will be very happy

On Time. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Affordable.
Late May 2022 - 4 day 3 night Safari in x3 days Masai Mara and x1 Lake Nakuru (roughly $380 USD/person pre-tip and extra expenses). Our driver/guide, Edward, was a very nice and soft spoken gentleman. He drove our 4x4 Combi-Style van very well inside the city and in the field. He was an excellent animal spotter (we found 4 of the big 5 animals on a single day at Masai Mara!). Overall, the food throughout the whole trip was delicious (warm, tasty, and clean). The stay at Masai Mara was Glamping style, which was nice. The weather was a bit warm at times, but this was no issue with a quick shower and just opening up a window. For the price and what you got, this package was very nice and would definitely recommend. We had the option to visit the actual Masai Mara Village as well, where the chief's son suggested a $20 USD/person fee to enter. Like anything in Africa, things are negotiable (so we negotiated this price down). Once in the village, we witnessed a dance, visited some of the houses, bought some souvenirs, and visited a local school. People everywhere in Kenya are nice, but some are very persistent in getting you to buy their stuff at their price. I appreciated our guides efforts to warn/guide us on this, and we successfully deflected/negotiated prices for much/all of our trips throughout.
In conclusion, great communication, service, value for money, reliability, tour and food - we would recommend Karibu Safari!
Don't forget to haggle/negotiate prices, always and everywhere.

The perfect experience
This is a life experience. Masaai park is amazing and Edward ( the guide) is a very good person, with a lot of knowledge on the animals and the area in general. I ve always felt very safe with him and I had a good time. The company is reliable and the are no "bad surprises", they re very transparent and honest. It was an amazing experience. I couldn't spend in a better way my money. Thank you Karibu safaris!
